Hooters

We have been avoiding this Hooters because the quality and service had really gone down hill. However, the craving for some good wings and cold beer kicked in so we went back today. I don't know what happened, but they have completely turned the ship around! It was awesome!! The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the deaf chef is absolutely amazing!! He really is the star of the show! The food was perfectly cooked and he even came off the line to greet us! Keep up the good work guys!!

Normally love Hooters but the bartender was rude and the food wasn't nearly as good as normal. March 11th 2023: Took quite awhile due to employee shortage. But the young lady/hostess that waited on us was very good and apologetic. Food was great.

My family and I visited Hooters on Saturday, November 4th, at 6 pm. Surprisingly, there were only about ten people in the entire restaurant. Despite the low customer count, we were informed of a 25-minute wait because the kitchen was backed up with to-go orders. It was a bit perplexing to experience a delay for in-person dining because of to-go orders. Disappointed with the situation, we requested to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, she never came over to address our concerns. Frustrated by the lack of communication, we decided to leave and opted for Twin Peaks instead. As we exited, we encountered the manager at the hostess stand, where she made some sarcastic comments about the kitchen's purported busyness and their inability to seat us. This remark was particularly ironic given that she had not approached us during our time there. If you're craving Hooters Wings, I recommend trying the downtown Indianapolis or Greenwood locations. In our experience, the food quality at both establishments surpasses the one we encountered here.

So we tried Hooters! The greeting at the door was pretty weak. Hearing "you can take them or I will" isn't the way to begin an experience. We were seated by the "lucky" waitress. Place was empty but clean as long as you don't look up. Still seemed kind of sad. We ordered the Wings Sampler, extra order of fries, sliders and 4 beers. I will never eat here again. All of the food was salty. I mean raise your blood pressure salty. My wife decided the beer was probably good because the food was so salty. The sliders were burnt beyond recognition. Being able to see the kitchen window isn't the brightest idea for a company serving low quality food. Here's a thought...hair nets and uniforms. Back to the table service...she had a corporate badge on...so this made the okay service even worse! She asked about food after watching us brush the salt off of the fries just to try them. I told her the food was bad and she chuckled and ask if we wanted to go boxes. I told her no...she still didn't pre bus the table. We left the mercy tip of 20%. This brand had a niche offering...now the competition up the street is making Hooters obsolete.

Where is the Owner!!! First good points Food is good, location soso. Now The service is horrible! Go ahead and try to order something extra, it's gonna take 20 plus minutes. Not to mention the corporate beer limits. No wonder one mile down the road another similar restaurant has more clients. OWNER!! IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE
