Management, Service….just ALL OF IT. Is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. My order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 10:36pm It’s 11:30 and I’m still here at the restaurant waiting. The manager Dom does not even care. When I asked about my order once again Dom showing his lack of customer service saying maybe 20 mins. That’s not true. You have a server who keeps coming to the front and yelling, “I just don’t know, I don’t know” This is ridiculous how you do customers. This location completely lacks leadership and does not care to do so. They truly need to shut this location down until they can get someone to run it successfully. Which I don’t see any time soon. What makes matters even worst is they will bring out food for people that are not even here. Instead of even caring about the people who have been waiting for their food.

Service was good. Food was pretty good too. I didn't love the sauce on the fried shrimp but the person I was with wanted something milder than what I usually get so not gonna knock em there. I did get the three-mile wings and liked them. I wish they had a bigger selection of craft beers.

So I moved to McKinney about 6 months ago and have eaten here around 10 times. Always for lunch and have always had a good experience. I stopped in tonight to have dinner for the first time and to watch the fights. I sat at the bar right next to the waitress station. I got my ice water and menu promptly but the girl just would never take an order. After a while she acknowledged that I had been waiting a while and let me know that she would be right back to get my order. Still no. After another while she again let me know that she would be right back to get my order. I then watched here go to other patrons at the bar and refill their beer. I guess I was at the bar around 15 minutes. I left. Had a steak at a different restaurant. I don't know what I did. Why the bartender just would not take an order. But message received. I'll go elsewhere.

Although our booth was cleaned,...there were bits of food in the seats and on the table. The roll of paper towels was tainted so heavily with a dark sauce to the point that every other towel had sauce from a previous customer. They should have been removed and replaced before the next customer. And yes, I understand this is not fine dining but still...gross. Ordered the sliders and waffle fries with NO salt. Sliders come standard with cheese, pickle and mustard. These did not. Although not busy, our waitress did not return for another 10 minutes, so could not request a replacement for the paper towels or missing mustard. Aside from that, the waffle fries were coated in salt. Safe to say we will not return to this location as this has become an all to common experience here.
