Atmosphere and food is ok, The bartender was too busy talking to her co workers than checking on the people sitting at the bar if they needed anything else.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite while in Knoxville, TN. HOOTERS was next to our hotel, Mainstay Suites. Breanna was our server, very friendly and welcoming. Service was great, food was very good. Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.

Nice environment. It wasn't too crowded. Fast service and polite waitress. Prices weren't bad at all. The new waffle fries are amazing! The downfall was no tap beer and bottled beer was limited and kinda pricey but that was supposedly because of the weather. Next time hopefully they will have tap for a better deal. Overall completely satisfied with the visit!

We came to Hooters on our first day in Powell. We were staying at the hotel next door for a business trip and had stopped in for dinner. The service was quick and the waitress was very kind and personable.

Went in solo, was sat immediately. There were 10 tables with patrons at them. I sat there for 15 minutes and got zero interaction. No greeting, no drink order, nothing. But the family with a small child that came in after me was immediately greeted and drinks taken. Apparently you have to come to this place and either sit at the bar or bring a mess of kids to get service. Horrible.
