Hooters

My family (of 4) and I went to eat here today. Everything was great! The service was great as our server was very attentive. Also, food was excellent, we had wings, onion rings, fries, kids' meals, chocolate milk (for kiddos), and beer 🍺(for adults). For us, we personally enjoyed our visit.

Natalie was a super great server. She checked on us frequently and filled our drinks quick. The chicken portions could've been a little bigger, but otherwise really good.

Absolutely horrible service. It was a Thursday evening, the food took almost an hour to be served. And our waitress was extremely irritated and never attended us at the bar, whenever we would ask her for something she would say she would be right with us and she would forget. In her defense it was a busy night. They need more bartenders and better training. The beer was half beer, half foam.

I waited for over an hour for 6 (more like 5.5) cold, sad wings. The drinks took just as long, about 30 minutes between ordering and arriving . There was no beer selection. I gave up waiting for drinks and ended up having a warm Pepsi. It was so bad that it was funny. I felt bad for the girls; they looked like they didn't get proper training, and the manager was hiding, letting them take all the heat. For now, I would avoid this place. It's not a "real" Hooters just yet.

Definitely met my expectations. The food was amazing and Gina the waitress was so awesome and the service was outstanding 💙 worth every penny.
