I recently visited Hooters Hermitage Nashville and, unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Here are the issues that led to my dissatisfaction: Beer Selection and Service: Two types of beer listed on the menu were unavailable, and the Guinness that was served was not poured correctly, detracting significantly from its quality. Lack of Knowledge and Engagement from Waitstaff: The waitstaff seemed unfamiliar with the beer list and did not offer the option of using a QR code for more information. Additionally, the service was cold and distant throughout our visit. Poor Service and Neglect in Duties: Our waitress failed to clear the dishes, did not offer water refills, and took an excessive amount of time to serve beers. There was no initiative to check if we wanted more food, drinks, or desserts. Furthermore, we were not greeted when we arrived nor bid farewell when we left, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or smiles. Inattentiveness and Unprofessional Behavior: We experienced an unacceptable wait to be seated. Our waitress was frequently distracted, spending considerable time on her phone and engaging in lengthy conversations with a colleague, neglecting her duties to us and other customers. These issues collectively marred our dining experience at Hooters Hermitage Nashville. I had hoped for a pleasant evening, but the service and attention to customer satisfaction were severely lacking. I believe that addressing these areas of concern is crucial for improving future customer experiences.

The food was amazing the atmosphere was great 👍 Loved their boneless chicken and their fried pickles are very good.

This Hooters has the best food for sure! Service was initially slow due to the waitress talking to some dude. Another waitress had to start us off and then our waitress came to see us. But overall pretty decent.

Ok difference between breaded wings and naked wings? Breaded here was fantastic! Chipotle Honey sauce is amazing if you looking for a lil sweet and a lil spice. 🔥 #chefsdeal

food was great but waitress was HORRIBLE. told her we needed just a few more seconds to decide on our food. to her, apparently a few seconds actually meant 25 minutes. she went to talk to another coworker and play on her phone. my boyfriend had to get up and tell her we were ready to order. after we ordered, she didn’t even pay any mind to our drinks. everyone’s drinks were either empty or less than half full. my mom had to get up and ask for our refills. once our food got out, she never came to check on us until we were visibly done for 10 minutes. food was great as usual but the service completely RUINED our experience. everyone that had came in before us that she was serving had gotten their food and got out before the time we even got to order. as a server, she shouldn’t have even been hired. it’s common sense to check on refills/ask how your guests are doing/ let them know that their food is on their way, etc.!! we were a bigger party but shouldn’t you try to pay MORE attention to your bigger tables since they have more needs? i didn’t get to see her name bc her hair was covering her nametag. she did have a pink belly ring and a 444 tattoo on her leg and that’s all i know. there’s just no excuse for the awful service we got. we don’t come to nashville often at all, but next time we do come back, we won’t visit this location.
