Came to Hooters with my daughter for dinner and ordered the Baja Fish Tacos. They were absolutely delicious with a BEAUTIFUL presentation 💯 I also ordered the Hulu Hoop Pina Colada 🥥 I definitely recommend these two..... The manager was AWESOME and was ensuring that we had a GREAT Experience 🙂 Great Service, food and Atmosphere. Will be returning again 😊

Based on my experience here, the food was pretty good. It was served fresh and my order was fulfilled accurately. Customer service was fine. No issues overall. Would recommend and would return.

Staff and management know how to treat customers. Best atmosphere and staff I have encountered in franchises I have been to. Special shout out to my barmaid katy

. We had bad service. The food was terrible,the fries were cold and hard, I ordered a hamburger.. the meat was a joke . It was 2 small patties , it took two meats to fill the bun . The beer was advertised for $5.00 miller lite ,coors lite and blue moon. We ordered coors lite but we’re told that the keg was not working and we couldn’t order any of those beers. It took like and hour for us to get our food , Buffalo chicken sandwich was hard , nachos had cold cheese. Never again.. Save your money Do not go there if you’re going for the food and drinks

Extremely disappointed with the place. I had high hopes for I always have had a good time at Hooters and the atmosphere has always been welcoming. Since the entrance the flat effect of the hostesses should have been my first red flag. The restaurant was half empty and still had a 20 min wait for more disappointment. Our waitress was Gabi, and was honest enough to apologize for the inconvenience of the kitchen staff delay, 2nd red flag. Upon receiving our food, the wings were extremely cold. I had Gabi touch the wings herself which to her surprise, I was not lying. She took them back and they merely nuked them in a microwave. Waited to speak to a manager, but they were busy with other customer complaints. So sad that this new place was such a disappointment to such a popular food chain.
