Myself and a neighbor came in and have lunch at the Hooters in our town and the stereo system was up so loud. You had to scream at the waitress to be heard for your order and we ask two different times for if they could turn down the speaker right over our head and they did for a little while, but it was just too hard to enjoy with music that was way too loud.
It has been years since me and my wife have been Patrons of Hooters and I now now know why. Them menu has changed some for good and some for the worst sangria was one of our favorites which is no longer available and the fried pickles no longer come with the “signature sauce” and it is just ranch dressing. Those things aside I must say our waitress Passion was very attentive and was top notch for what she could provide. Our issue with management blatantly lying to our faces as if we were idiots. The everyday all day special of $4 drafts was advertised but the location had ran out. This in my opinion is an establishment issue not a customer issue and the Manager insisted there is nothing he could do about it. Paying more than $4 beer is definitely not going to break the bank for me but it was the principle in the matter that there was no attempt in trying to make right on your lack of preparation. Definitely tipped the waitress more than the typical 20% that we usually do because it was to no fault of hers but delivery and just compensation for lack of preparation would be great. Or just be upfront with customers upon arrival as that will set expectations early. I worked in customer service for decades and there is always something that can be done even if it is a simple coupon for your next visit to ensure you return.
This Location Needs HELP! Went For My Nephews Birthday Celebration And We Had About 12 Of us in our party. The girl who took care of us was so RUDE and impatient I've never met a waitress with such poor attitude and etiquette. We ordered our food It took about a hour for our food to come out. And it was not very busy for a Saturday evening so I guess that should have warned us from the beginning. Everything is coming out a little at a time I ordered a salad got it and had to wait about 10 minutes before she remembered to bring my dressing. They are serving us wet silverware as they bring our orders to us. After finally getting everyone's food out the waitress brings the bill all together mind you we ordered separately so it wouldn't confuse her However she argues that they can't separate checks even though we ordered separately she said the computer didn't allow it so she proceeds to tell us to figure out how much we all owe and take care of the tab that way. It was a complete mess. It definitely took away from the Celebration we were trying to have for my nephew because the service was just terrible. I would never go back to that location after last night's experience they need better management and wait staff.
It took them 65 minutes to bring our order of 10 chicken tenders and some fries. Our waitress was extremely incompetent…she was off in another world and could barely speak to us. It was just a really weird experience…I hadn’t been to Hooters in 10 years and it was nothing like what I remembered. The chicken they brought us was crazy awful— it was like the chicken version of beef jerky. Just very terrible and it’s crazy we had to pay for this experience. Don’t go to this location!!
Placed a Togo order . I picked it up before the scheduled time and glad I checked the bag . After paying $36 they decide to give me 22 cold ice cold boneless wings . The fries were old , hard , stale and cold . Also , zero salt . They only gave 1 ranch for the entire order . I even payed for an extra ranch . So I'm currently sitting in the parking lot while they remake the food . As a former hooters girl I’m been disappointed. The restaurant is dead and it’s 715 on a Thursday. Do better hooters because this is a continuous issue. Tonight was a special event and we decided to celebrate with hooters takeout….. waiting on fresh / hot food now .
