It's Halloween🎃 at 9pm and after a long day of events, I decided to stop & eat because I was STARVING after not eating all day......... up walks My beautiful waitress Mackenzie & her customer service was even better than she looks fellas OMGGG!!!! SHE KEPT me full of beer 🍺 & recommended her favorite chicken wing flavor & her choice didn't disappoint!!! VERY knowledgeable about the menu & very customer service savvy so if I were you, I'd PERSONALLY request her EVERYTIME I went to Hooters to watch sports, drink ice 🧊 cold beer on tap & eat chicken wings!!! Oh, and the establishment was pretty damn good too lol, I almost forgot!! My ENTIRE experience at this establishment was 5 star worthy & I recommend this place to the WORLD 🌎 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 STARS)

My experiences, have left me wondering what happened to the company? I used to take my family and we would all have a nice meal and decent experience. Lately, the girls appear to display the same face "I'd rather be anywhere else" look. And it's not directed to me but at all patrons. Slow sad decline. Mgmt needs to step back and see what's happening!

The bartender that took my order for a burger and fries and a drink while I waited was very nice and very helpful and I would go back again if it was just for her customer service. The burger that I ordered was pathetically underwhelming and the fries I received with my burger were equally unimpressive. I finished my fries though. There were only seven of them. I had forgotten over the years that the quality at Hooters was lacking. This visit reminded me that it has not improved over the past 20 years. I am surprised that they are still in business

Had a great birthday, ended with these beautiful ladies. the food was excellent and plenty of parking

Tried calling today several times to ask if pitchers of beer were sold there. The inexperienced person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. After the person confirmed that pitchers were sold. I ask for the approximation on how many serving per pitcher. She did not know and when I ask for a guess. She declined. I asked to speak to someone that could. Instead of doing that she questioned my party size. I stated that had no bearing on my question and to let me speak with someone else. After a moment of silence the phone was disconnected on the restaurant's end. Guess I'm going to Brewings for the NFL opener. They answered my questions without questioning me.
