Once again they forget the chocolate milk for my son’s kids meal. They always forget when we order delivery. If I don’t go in person to pickup and order there they always get something wrong. They have bags with a checklist on the outside and they are always blank. They have systems in place to help them and they don’t use them. Also food was less than worm and once again the futons wings were not finished on the grill. They were just baked wings with Daytona sauce. I give up. We spent over $70 for 6 people on a delivery order.
Ordered 20 wings and fries for $36. Clicked the extra crispy button for both. The fries are barely cooked and cold. The wings are lukewarm and soggy. I haven't had Hooters in years and this is not a good impression at all. Totally disappointing order. Waste of $36.
I love Hooter, this one not so much. Our waitress and bartender were amazing! The new manager of this place apparently doesn’t trust his staff to make decisions and has to approve every beer, 1 by 1 after you’ve had 2. I can only wonder what this does to the profitability and revenue of this place. Dude literally came up and chatted with us for every beer. Super weird… I hope they fire this guy or give him a rude awakening of how a place like this or most retail restaurants make their money. It’s the booze bro.
Normally I love the food and service at Hooters. This experience was less than ideal. Our appetizer arrived at the table before our drinks from the bar did. We weren't even offered water while waiting for our drinks. When our food did arrive, the fries tasted old and stale, like they'd been reheated, but they weren't even hot. The burger was good, but the fries were horrible. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon.
Response to owner: We did let (a gentleman I assumed was) the manager know, and he took the fries and had the kitchen replace them. But by the time the fries were out, we were just about done eating. And we had to ask the same manager that we needed our check, as our server was sitting at a table close to us on her phone, obviously not paying attention to the need of her customers. Look, I'm normally not a Karen, but we love Hooters, and this experience didn't match up with our past experiences there. I expect Sonic to serve reheated stale fries, never Hooters.
Went at a not so busy time on purpose. Received mediocre service. The wings aren't what they used to be. Took a long time for the order considering that they weren't that busy. The wings tasted good but they were small. I'll have to go to MY Hooters on I-35 from now on.
