Has a lot of choices but not the cheapest

Good quality!! Good prices on all cosmetics! Most of the employees are very, very slow, I mean, extremely slow, and when I asked about a product, they said that they don't have it, only to find it myself minutes later on the shelf 😳🤦🏻. Purchase online website doesn't work properly 😕, cloud not be able to finish my order due to an error when selecting the location (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the location of the shop! This error occurred 2 days ago and up until now no improvement has been seen

So we purchased an item online and had to collect, instructions in the email were poor. Visited the S4 level to collect an item that had originally been ordered in a box but turned up in a plastic bag! The food shop was good but some fruit and veg were old and should have been sent to composting. Overall a good shop!

Do NOT do a Click&Car order, it's a mess. We placed a Click&Car order to avoid going inside a crowded mall during the pandemic. It's poorly labeled and there are no instructions given in your order confirmation. We drove around the garage before finding the correct spots. They give you a phone number in the order but don't call that - they won't answer. The telephonillo/intercom at the designated spots is broken. But once they understand that you're there, why would they send someone to get your order number?!?! Nope. You're supposed to GO INSIDE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER. Then what is the point?!?!?! Someone walked outside to tell us to come inside to the 4th floor to pick up our order. NO. We gave him our order number and he did bring it out to us after a long wait. Absolutely avoid this place. Terrible customer service and terrible experience.

One star cause they charge money even for their underground parking when you come to shop in their mall, beside the fact that it is the most expensive mall. A rip off in my opinion.
