My experience at El Corte Inglés was mostly positive. It was easy to find what I needed, and the staff were professional and efficient in assisting customers. However, I did notice that a staff member seemed to be evaluating customers based on their clothing, which made many people uncomfortable.
On the upside, the store provided a good shopping environment with a wide selection of products, and I was able to find everything I needed. Nevertheless, it's important for all staff members to treat customers with respect and without judgment to ensure a truly welcoming shopping experience for everyone.
Very large branch with huge range of quality brands. Around 6 floors of products available, some of the prices were surprisingly well priced. Nicely spaced out with many cash registers, although sometimes difficult to find a cashier. Escalators are a bit slow. Well worth a visit with so many good brands.
Because I'm too angry. Perhaps other stores would behaved the same way, but I was unlucky in this one.
I bought a mobile phone and from the first day it connection constantly (but not every time) drops out when starting geolocation (many times every day).
Next, my trips to the service. The first time I was able to show the problem, they updated something in front of me, it seemed to work, and I left. 15 minutes passed - the same problem, but I couldn’t reproduce it at the counter and they kicked me off. I came a third time, was able to reproduce the problem - they accepted the phone for service. After 5 days, when received the phone from the service, everything was exactly the same. The fifth time, the specialist said that they could only send it back to service for a month. I asked if there was any possibility to return/replace the device, they called the manager and he answered that it is impossible to replace/return it and FOR SERVICE THE PROBLEM SHOULD REPRODUCE EVERY TIME, so no any real help.
EVENTUALLY: daily frustration from a constantly glitching new phone and a lot of wasted time setting up the phone and going to service. And no money back, no phone repaired. That's it, I give up, it looks like I need to buy a new phone.
We had ordered a gluten free meal from the gluten-free menu as my brother is celiac. We asked for a chicken curry. The chicken curry finally comes and is served in a tiny heated up frozen meal package as it isn’t even made by them. EXTREMELY small portions! Ordered then an ice cream gluten free and comes soaking wet! Not impressed with this place not coming back!
absolutely disgusting attitude. 10 cents for the fact that I drove into the parking and left the passengers. I don’t mind the money, but you need to understand that there is no guest time, go to the machine and reset the check and quickly fly to the exit in order to jump out in time after payment. the same time across the street has mall with free parking
