El Corte Inglés Serrano

I couldn’t give it 0 stars. They are restoring the store and apparently forgotten about accessibility because I was not able to get in the store as all the entries are with stairs. I even asked the employees and they told me they didn’t know where was the accessible entrance. Very disappointing for such a big brand.

One of the most beautiful stores that I have visited in Madrid Spain. But the store should take care of the exterior, walks, plantings, etc. as well - it’s an eyesore.

Different type of El corte Ingles. only high end brands. Feels less crowded than any other branch bcz of that.

Huge shop center, all stores you may looking for. Also coffee shop on the ground level. Also a place for tax free, in case you want to get your receipts tax free validation.

A lot of different designer brands available. The interior is fascinating.
