Domino's Pizza

I placed an order online to be ready at 5:45: I arrived on time to pick up my order only to find out that an error was made and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. The employees debated on giving me this cheese pizza that was cooked 20 minutes ago but I announced my presence and that thought ended quickly. I didn’t get my pizza until 6:15 because they forgot to put a new cheese pizza in to complete my order. The employees said nothing to me during this time. Neither did they think to put my other 5 pizza under the warmer just keep them on the rack. The food was good, the kids enjoyed it but the service was terrible. I honestly don’t know how to feel about this restaurant. I’ll give him another attempt in the future when I’m calm.

I placed a delivery order, but received my pizza tossed and scrambled like it was shaken up. I called and the store quickly sent out a new pizza with 30-40 minutes. I really appreciate the help!

I've never experienced anything like I have today. I placed an online order at 6:51 pm. Est time was about 30 minutes or so. Typical, it's Saturday, cool. I order from this same location at least twice a month. Today I waited almost 2 hrs for my food. I live in a 3 mile radius but no car at the moment due to the tornado. I called at least 4 times asking various questions, including me asking for the manager. The guy on the phone was playing around, arguing back and forth about how I pretty much don't need the manager since my food was out for delivery. For almost 2 hrs... I demanded a refund and I was put on hold. I don't know who you guys have working for you but the way things are these days, they're lucky I couldn't get up there!! Talk about angry. I haven't eaten all day nor feeling well with no car. I'll leave them alone for a while.

I would recommend choosing a different location, if you're able to. The service here is just very poor. I've ordered delivery a couple times in recent months and the delivery times have gotten longer and longer (around 2 hrs!) which is just not worth it. Plus, when I call the store, I just sit on hold. It's just not worth the hassle!
