Domino's Pizza

We hadn't had Dominos in a while - we used to order from another local store, but wanted delivery which auto popped to this one. The food was perfect, fresh, and flavorful. Everything looked like it should - no disappointments! I don't know if this store is just God tier or if there's been some corporate changes, but we'll definitely be ordering from them moving forward.

My pizza is always fresh and hot! Staff are friendly at curbside! Great job! The only thing I don’t like is i only get 10 points rather i spend $10 or $40 even though I know that has nothing to do with the store! I guess imma have to start doing 4/5 separate orders to get the points I deserve!

If you want to take an hour and 43 minutes to receive a sub and a six piece boneless wing, I think it wouldn’t of been hard as a brick and ice cold. But when you’re watching the tracker app and it is in the quality check section for over 40 minutes I assumed it would be but you have to tell yourself they’re not eating that food so watch where you go you have to take pride in your food, no matter who’s eating it!!!

I order from dominos a lot and never usually have a bad experience. this time I ordered for delivery at 6:12 with the delivery time being from 20-30 minutes. After an hour and a half of not receiving my order and the tracking still said it was being prepped I called the store and asked about my order. The guy on the phone said it would be sent out soon without even asking what my name or order was so idk how he knew which one was mine. And claimed they’re short staffed (which I understand completely). it is now 8:47 and my food just now is being delivered. 3 HOURS FOR DELIVERY? So ridiculous whether you’re short staffed or not. I will not be ordering dominos for long time because of this.

Without a doubt the worst customer service! Manager ?? Very rude. After 2 conversations and waiting over 2 hours we get a text saying our order has been cancelled.
