Daxi Greek Cafe and Bar

Wonderful gluten free options! Pasta Carbonara was on point, and my friend had a really nice Wedge Salad (Pickled shallots? Sign me up!) So excited to have a cozy, friendly new bar! Liz behind the bar makes great cocktails in addition to being engaging and fun! I am so happy to have found this place. Made my day/week.

Love the new look and Greek menu. The food is approachable and delicious. Andover needed a new restaurant that is top quality and affordable for any night of the week.

Unfortunately I wasn't too impressed with the restaurant. The restaurant has 2 seating areas and a bar. One seating area is older and not great looking, while the other area (on your left as you enter the restaurant) is updated a looks much nicer. We were the only one dining and yet we were seated in the dull area. The room was cold and I hated my stay. Food tasted acceptable but the service was dead slow, again despite there weren't that many guests. I'm disappointed by the restaurant as the online pictures don't reflect neither the appearance of the restaurant nor the appearance of the dishes. I don't think I'll go again.

We got there on a Saturday afternoon at 7:10 and the restaurant already had a decent crowd inside, we had made reservations and we're shown to our table and immediately helped with the menu and wine list. The food was fantastic, great appetizers and entrees. See my picture of the dessert 😍

Sadly, the restaurant burned down along with Sauce, next door. Will miss their delicious food and friendly staff.
