One of the worst websites I order from regularly - slow loading; half of the product images are always "coming soon"; the images that are available are so blurry you cannot read the label on the product, which you need to be able to do considering the item descriptions do not give any specifics; products are overpriced across the board; prices show "per case" and "per box", but do not tell you how many come in a case or box; snack items priced 'per piece', which makes ordering more of a hassle when ordering large quantities of the same item; to make it worse - 'per piece' items are sent as such - single pieces thrown in a reused box that is delivered unsealed and open; Aramark also takes the liberty of delivering "substitute" items for items that are out of stock without prior approval, without any notification that your items are out of stock, or without any consideration that the price difference between products will leave you +$70 over what you budgeted.
Our account reps are helpful resolving issues when they arise; the problem is there are too many issues / inconveniences revolving around the simple task of coffee ordering. We will be looking for a different coffee supplier as soon as our contract terminates.

These people are crooks, do not sign a contract with them. Machines stop working, lie about monthly costs, and impossible to get out of contracts.
