9th Avenue Ace Hardware

Simple one of the best Ace hardware stores I’ve ever been in. As soon as you walk in people say hi ask you want you need and help you find it. I was replacing my mail box pad which I’ve never done before. The kind and very knowledgeable gentleman help me find it quickly and even gave me tips on how to put it together. Thank you!

Right on the neighborhood, Ace Hardware was my go-to store; their staff's constant help and the impressive variety of home-use items always amazed me, earning a solid 5/5! ⭐️

Cut little neighborhood hardware store. Selection is ok, but it's not a giant home depot so what can you expect. People are friendly and knowledgeable, that's the best part.

Small.. no room to walk. The staff were quick to sterotype and follow me around the store when I was just looking for a tire patch. This Ace as well as most have some decent products….
however, they are way overpriced.
Ace hires people to be hardware consultants and loss prevention. I always try to avoid going to Ace Hardware if at all possible.

The one good thing they have going for them that not alot of places have anymore these days…. A top shelf screw collection. Nuts, bolts, and screws the correct size is detrimental to me… love this aspect.
Also like that they sell Milwaukee and Dewalt tools

The simple lack of item variety in this branch was staggering. I came in a time where there was only one other customer in the store, yet person I spoke with was zero help and didn't seem to care if I ever found the basic item I was looking for. The only bad ace I've ever been to.

United States Karate Academy

A top level karate education in a friendly and respectful environment. This dojo is always fresh and clean. Kids & adults enjoy the training and get into great shape. Couldn’t ask for a better dojo.

Sensai Irene has taught my son the beautiful art of Karate. I see so much positive change (respect, responsibility, balance, and strength) in my son.

Wow! Fantastic instruction and amazing instructors.  The teachers provide much more than martial arts training. My daughter became more confident and a better citizen while training at this dojo.  I am truly grateful for what they gave to my daughter.  Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

ABC Supply Co. Inc.

I am really happy to have switched suppliers of our Windows to ABC.  The service I receive From Andrew Montoya and Spring Bettencourt and team is top notch! Andrew is a great guy and assists me regularly every week.  If I have a problem with anything he is quick to respond and makes sure that we are taken care of.  We look forward to years of business with Andrew and Spring.  It’s extremely refreshing to be treated like family here with them.  Thank you again for all your hard work for our company!  Looking forward to another great year!

They were very slow getting me loaded when I came to pick up materials. It was only a couple pipe jacks and it took 45min to get me on the road. Other than that everything else was fine. Staff was polite and professional. Materials were in stock.

Harry Barford and Rafael Garcia are fantastic to work with! They go above and beyond to help us with our customers, work with all vendors and communicate as quickly as possible. We are appreciative of their great service and are lucky we get to work with them daily! Thanks guys!!

Great place , had to pick up some siding for wind damage and they were very knowledgeable about the different products out there. They found what I needed to match and had it in stocks. If I ever need any more ill definitely be back. Thanks abc for the awesome service!

I just turned south onto N. Washington St when my covered trailer popped off my trucks hitch.  I immediately pulled into the center turn lane as that seemed like the safest spot.  Just when I got out of my truck 3 of your workers (2 on fork lifts and 1 on foot) were there to assist me.  They said they heard a loud bang and looked to see what it was.
One of them blocked one of the southbound lanes and helped direct traffic while the other two helped me get the trailer back on the hitch.  They were all very safe, professional, and quick!  Something that would have taken me at least an hour to figure out by trying to get a jack under there, took them less than 5 minutes.
It is great to know in a world with so much bad news that we still have every day great people!  I am so very grateful of your 3 employees that helped me out.  I do not know their names as they were like super heroes, they came and saved my day and were off to the next task (aka work).  \

McDonald's

You have a pretty good idea of what you’re getting yourself into when you plan to eat a meal from McDonald’s, so let’s not kid ourselves here, but there’s something so good about McDonald’s breakfast on the weekend. In the words of my girlfriend, “Sometimes you just need plastic cheese and a greasy sausage to start the day right.” My Sausage McGriddle was fantastic. Coffee - perfect. Girlfriend said things were busy, but the staff was hustling and she got our food quickly. Love to see it! 5 Stars

I would say over the last 2 years, it has been hit or miss. Biggest problem was management. I'm sure they have a high turnover. Which affects the quality of service and ultimately the quality and presentation of the food. But tonight it was pretty much spot on. And I'm talking in every facet of my interaction with them. They gave my dog Luke a pup cup of whipped cream. They even offered him a dog bone. I thought that was nice! The food was fresh the sandwich on a brioche bun and it was well prepared well-placed just the right amount of toppings and wrapped neatly. The drive-up person was just so sweet and polite and really nice to Luke. This is the first review I've given that has been Sterling for that store. Let's just hope that they keep going the way they're going. Give it a try I think you'll be impressed! 👍🏽✌🏽🙂

When I went in to get food, multiple people were standing at the counter waiting to order and one of the ladies Working there didn't want to take their orders and insist that they used the kiosk even though that is part of her job. Then once I got my order. I asked for some jelly, and the lady was not only rude to me. But she ignored me three times.

The manager running the drive thru was very rude and accused me of yelling at her. I wasn't yelling, but when you continue to talk over someone that is asking for something, I had to ask 3 times for something. This isn't the first time that she has been rude with me during a visit.  Customer service is awful anymore and sadly this establishment has lost my business.

Went in there for an interview today (September 13) I had scheduled on their website at 8:30 am, and got there 5 minutes early to let them know I was there. The worker behind the counter rudely told me that the manager wasn't there yet and to sit down and wait. The tables were dirty I have to point out. I see the manager arrive at 8:40 and he took a couple of people's orders and glances at me a couple of times after the "rush" was over. At that point I'd been there for 35 minutes and decided to leave. They'll make you waste your time waiting for an interview that doesn't take place at the time it says. Rude workers, dirty place. I'm glad I decided to leave.

Big O Tires

I dropped my truck off on the morning of 12/20/23. I can’t remember who checked me in, but the process and tire selection went smoothly. The techs installed the tires then aligned the truck. When the truck was completed, I drove around town to check the alignment. The truck didn’t seem to be driving straight and the steering wheel was misaligned. When I got home, I also noticed some fresh gouging/dings in the aluminum on the RH front wheel.

I took the truck back the same afternoon and spoke with Adam Littleton about my concerns. He immediately jumped into action to correct the problems. He ordered a new/used wheel and scheduled me for another alignment the next day.

When I dropped off my truck today for the second alignment and wheel swap, I was greeted by Adam who was again, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He personally oversaw the alignment, which the techs were having some trouble with. The wait got a little long and I offered to let them keep the truck to diagnose the issue. Adam arranged for another tech to give me and my wife a ride home and said he’d call me as soon as it’s completed.

Adam called an hour later and said the truck is finished while also explaining that the alignment issue was caused by a worn inner tie rod end. I told him that I’d be right over to settle up and that’s when he told me that there was no charge. I insisted that I’d like to pay for the part, but again he said no charge. Absolutely excellent service.

Adam and his team are awesome!!  I am always greeted promptly, the work is done as promised!  This time I had an issue with not having the special lug nut tool (my fault), I subsequently found it and will be back to get the tires rotated!!

In my search for new tires, Big O Tires was one of the only places that had my tires in stock. I appreciated that I was able to schedule online, at a time convenient to me, and at a location that was recommended to me by a friend. The tire installation and alignment was timely and efficient. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the service. Highly recommend!

I took my car in and asked for them to check everything.  I told them I was moving and wanted everything that needed maintenance or might need maintenance soon to be taken care of.  I didn’t want to get to a new state and need to worry about car maintenance.  They said they did and checked everything and said I just needed an oil change and new brakes.  I get the car back and move to another state.  the day I get there all my car maintenance lights go off.  I take it into a Christian Brothers Automotive and they do their system check and they found so many issues.   The guys at christian brothers were great and very helpful.  I asked how this could happen because I had just taken my car into big o not even a week ago and if it would be possible for all this to happen in that time span.  They said it would be impossible for the oil to leak and my suspension to be bad and all of these things don't happen in a week and that big o tire must have missed these or  more likely ignored them… as they put it and with the pictures they showed me they don’t know how someone could have been so ignorant to miss this stuff.  I called big o tire and they didn’t take any responsibility for what happened or the lack of a thorough check.  The most they could offer me was a reimbursement for the oil dipstick that was broken ($11)  I’ve never had to write a bad review for a place until now.  I’m so disappointed in the service I received and the follow up customer service I received.   Christian Brothers and another mechanic for a third opinion all said the issues with my car were obvious and should have been addressed at the time i took it to big o tires.  They also said they completed an oil change and my car says it needs an oil change so either they didnt do the oil change or they forgot to update it in my computer system… either way its annoying.  On a more positive note I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.  They were so patient with explaining everything to me showing me in person and pictures and taking the time to help me figure out what big o tires did and didn’t do.  They weren’t any more expensive than big o and my car has never run better.  My car now feels like it drives like how it did when I first bought it.  I love them! If anything good came out of this messy annoying frustrating situation its that I found a place to take my car that I can actually trust.

You guys are crushing it. I brought in my 2018 Equinox that had unfortunately run over a large bolt. I walked about a mile home and when I arrived, I received an email immediately telling me that my vehicle was done and providing me a full inspection report. I came back to get the car, was greeted with a smile — no charge!  I dropped the offender into the “look what was in my tire bucket.”  Love that you are just down the street for me and so grateful for your service!!!!

AT&T Store

I walked into thos location with such a nasty attitude and the worker there stayed calm at all times haha she did end fixing my voice mail actually. Should of been nicer I apologize for my behavior

When are your sales ladies? Amy I guess I was there yesterday she refused to talk to me. She treat me like garbage. I never go back to the store again and the other guy who was working there he was making excuses for her bad customer service losing a lot of customers, because of that kind of people

We showed up at 7 pm to help solve a problem with our phone and the door is locked. The hours are open until 8pm. They left a sign saying they will be back at 6:45. Another lady waiting said she had been waiting over an hour and still nobody here. And, that she thinks the employee is in a car behind the store doing "something" with another man.  Totally unprofessional.

Great customer service the manager helped me with my bill bc att was mis charging me on my business account

Customer service was prompt and polite, though didn’t seem very knowledgeable.  The music playing over the loud speaker was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Rap music about “pu—y licking” and other inappropriate words. I’m glad I decided not to bring my kids in the store. Will not be returning to this location.

ECCO OUTLET DENVER

Nice store, lots of inventory, many styles for women and men. Friendly staff. Came for a specific shoe for my wife but bought a different one that she liked better at more than half off list!

Great shoes! I am more flat footed and this brand is just what i have been searching for. Very comfortable. Great service here! Great sales too.

Colorado Glass Specialists

Colorado Glass Specialists did a great job on our 2 walk-in showers. They were very responsive when contacted for a quote, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them, and will use them for any of our glass needs in the future.

They were timely and offered a custom cut shower screen that compensated beautifully for my out of plumb tile job.   Friendly as well.  They offer an extra clear glass as an upgrade.  I would recommend.

I was so impressed and pleased with every aspect of the replacement of a picture window in a two- story foyer of my house.  The young men who replaced the window were efficient, professional, and very polite.  I would not hesitate to call Colorado Glass Specialists again or recommend to others.

Chris and his team are amazing.  My shower door is beautiful and great quality.  Measurements were perfect and the installation was seamless.  All appointments scheduled were in time and friendly.  I will always use them.

Performed two different projects for me and did a great job. Pricing was better than competitors and quality was very good. Communication with managing the project was frequent and informative. Will definitely use them again on my next project.

So I came here because the competition was too slow on drive thru not taking orders sequentially.  While my order was taken promptly here my experience only went downhill from there.

1. Ordered a large combo received a medium. With a drink  that looked like someone had taken a drink.

While this is forgivable the additional errors in combination were to many to ignore.

2. I received my order. Realized I didnt get my mcflurry. I received a plain burger which I didn't order a plain a burger.

So I had to walk in to have them correct it.

I simply requested if my order could be corrected as had not ordered plain and had not received mcflurry I showed receipt and handed the order to them.

3. When I received my order to my surprise it was fairly quick 3-5 min.

I wass so hungry I sat down and bit Into my order only to realize meat was not cooked properly.

I took a picture and believe manager approached after noticing took picture showed burger. She did offer to replace. Requested to cook to make it right. I simply mentioned to try to get the orders right the first time. I was too hungry to return it and was simply going to leave a review I told her. I'm not the type to be returning items and as unsatisfied as I was I was not a happy camper she was not making the situation any better as much as she was trying.  She stated they were short staffed and that "sometimes it happens" the uncooked meat?   . I mean after you make a mistake your goal should be to get it right. Yet you want another opportunity? That's exactly what I expressed. Few minutes later realized mcflurry was incorrect as it was not oreo.

After she brought the correct mcflurry she did try to make it up by providing some coupons even though had told her I was good didn't want anything or replacement of any sort simply to do better. After I was ready to leave simply passed along those coupons  someone else can enjoy them.

Few years ago had a similar situation at this location  however it was raw chicken in center. In that instance the manager stated that it had just been freshly cooked that it was not possible as if I had stated it was old or something. It was the manager. That instance which I was dumbfounded and simply requested a hamburger instead to not risk salmonella.

Being short staff is no excuse for less than satisfactory service. Being short staff is not an excuse for the multiple mistakes. Being short staff is no excuse for the excuses tried to use to justify the lack of service. Being short staff I could understand if I saw the staff being proactive  but while inside everyone seemed very laid back not under any pressure or much effort for that matter.

Keep it simple.

The worst food ever old cold fries and my burger was gross amd made with 2 end piece buns. I did a pick up order online so expected quick hot food and what i got was there messed up old food im pretty sure was just conveniently sitting there and i just happened to order at the wrong time for me right time for them but really not cuz that was the worst ever. Will never come to this location ever again.

Absolutely terrible.  Idk what they're putting in the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich,  but it was NOT chicken. My order came out in less than 30 seconds,  so It definitely was not fresh. Also had to stand there and wait until I saw the sign to "ring bell for service " what a joke. These people want $20/hr, and can't even stand at the register. I refuse to use the self order kiosk.

Clean nice restrooms. We ordered with the side screen, and our coffees did not come out as ordered, even though we paid for the extra stuff I.e. whipped cream, caramel syrup.
On the receipts, it says that if you give a five star review, they will give you a free baked good or fry … seems like bribery to me!

I mean...  I didn't even eat here, but do I REALLY have to?  I just felt like being a jerk and rating this place.  So the food was gross, the people were awesome and need a raise, and the atmosphere...  well it's McDonald's.  What do you expect?

The UPS Store

Just a simple package drop off (already labeled, shipping paid for) turned into a 30 minute wait for nothing. The less than kind individual who had me wait hardly even acknowledged me the entire time. No update on if the driver had arrived. I would have liked something more straightforward even if I were to be turned away, rather than wasting my time. Did not get my package sent.

My experience wasn't bad, I dropped my Amazon return off, the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing, in and out.  No complaints.

I've made some edits after follow-up with UPS. To be very clear : UPS CORPORATE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY LABEL CATEGORY. IT WAS NO FAULT OF MINE NOR WAS IT THE FAULT OF THE UPS STORE. THE LABEL WAS VOIDED BY THE SYSTEM (I have proof in the form of a conversation with ups support through means of a recorded online chat session on 01/11/22)

Now, here is how it goes...

Although the store attempts cordial exchanges, multiple representatives have been under equipped or unwilling to initiate effective feedback (at the local level) regarding concerns with understandings and communications within their print and ship services they offer. The worst action is inaction. They were unwilling to provide any contact information for the owners and or management staff, outside of the general email information for the store location. As a very serious community enthusiast, the lack of a more personable approach is becoming very clear. I hope we can all* learn how to provide more thorough services in the future in order to set the tone for this location and all UPS Store franchise locations, collectively.

Edit: this is an excellent example of Darrells responses. He did not understand the fundamental root behind what caused an issue in the store. It STILL has NOTHING to do with the cost of printing. When Tyler finally pulled up the barcode to scan (as I had been more than willing to pay $3 to have a label printed, as I stated directly to Tyler) he made the discovery that the barcode itself was not scannable due to a UPS system error. Tyler advised me to hold the package and seek help from UPS. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT and Darrell (the owner) was too busy on the floor to pay enough mind to my actual situation before interrupting. My label was done proper and the tape was fine, despite Darrell insisting it was my fault. It is becoming clear that Darell is a bully, as I can see from his response in the store and his response to my detailed feedback I've written here.

As far as understanding goes, Tyler, Neil and Dawn did a wonderful job with my mental shortcomings. I identified that Dawn recognized right away my own ineptitude and lack of understanding. Darell is absolutely terrifying and terrible to be around when trying to understand. This man should be ashamed with his lack of sensitivity toward the Americans with disabilities in the community. I don't care what my rhetoric looks like on paper, I will NEVER explain my ABILITIES or lack thereof, it's unlikely I'll ever be able to recognize it real-time and that is MY OWN MEDICAL JOURNEY I AM WORKING TOWARD. And now he is telling me that I will no longer be served in his store due to my DISABILITY?! Shortly after that statement Darell openly invites me to come into his store to, yet again, judge me with complete and utter disregard and zero amount of empathy or compassion. What a sickening business in MY OWN COMMUNITY for such a long standing business owner I just cannot even believe what I am seeing!

Final note: I will accept your invite into your store and I will be accompanied by my case worker via a video chat where we can discuss the important items that need to be discussed before pursuing this further in a very formal manner. Although it may be outside of my abilities, with the help of my case worker I believe that we can help you to understand more fluently  the Americans with Disabilities Act. I believe that is a wonderful investment into your future as a local business owner in our community. That is my offer to you, sir.

UPDATE: This store owner continues to harass me. I have contacted the local police following a direct phone call made to me by the store owner. My phone number was taken from package information and then was used by the owner to VERBALLY ACCOST ME. I've recorded the conversation and turned it over to my legal team in order to file a NO CONTACT ORDER.

BEWARE OF THE PREJUDICE AND BIGOTRY THAT IS CONSUMING THIS LOCATION

I needed bubble wrap for moving. They sold me a small roll for $15, which quickly ran out. I later went to Home Depot & bought a 300’ roll for just $29. This UPS store really ripped me off, I’ll never go back.

I sent a envelope ✉️ and just lost after few phone calls and emails.

Lose time, lose money.

Don’t lose your time calling support is just a machine. And store customers service is good but they don’t have the tools to help.
