AT&T Store

I took my new phone to an Att store in Castle Rock CO and he did nothing.  Zero to help me. Did not explain anything. I took it to another store in Lone Tree and Richard?? Completed the transfer for me immediately. He was soooo friendly and explained everything he was doing. What a joy this employee is. I like to call him “Magic”.

Amazing customer service, had many issues that were out of there hands with trying to transfer over the phone and they did everything they could to resolve them. After 3 visits we finally got the problem solved and I left with a new phone!! Shout out to Dustin and the 2 other gentlemen who assisted in this process!

I was assisted by two very knowledgeable young men who were very concerned with positive outcomes and happy customers.  They both had mature attitudes and expressed joy in having an opportunity to assist and problem solve.  I don't know about all your employees, but these two are not just assets but award winners.  It was a joy working with them!

Matt and Chris did a great job in assisting us with our issues, first AT&T store where they actually help us instead of trying to sell to us.

Upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 14 Pro and it was such an easy process thanks to Carlos and others at this store. They are so willing to help and are very resourceful. Recommend to anyone!!

First review I've left in my life. Visiting from out of town and needed workout supplies. Called for about 45 min then finally came in. Door is locked and says "be back in 15" I've been here for 25 minutes. Its on a Saturday at 4 pm. I understand emergencies but don't lie.

The owner tried to overcharge me for an item. I’ve always bought there. I know the price site says the same price tried to charge me $30 over probably because I’m black In came in with a ski mask mind you it’s cold people like you don’t deserve a Business

Came in to get a quick drink and power was out. Didn't have cash on me (Owner - Jon keeping his store open during outage) and was about to go. Was friendly and still got me taken care of. Consistent customer service with other visits. Specifically, appreciate the customer service being a business owner myself. Thanks Jon and all the best.

Do not shop here  Go to another GNC.  I was emailed by the owner Jon who told me I could no longer shop there.  I had made 3 returns within a week.  The reason I made the RETURNS was that the employee told me they did not do EXCHANGES.  What retail store does not do exchanges with a valid receipt.  So I ended up having to out of pocket the new supplement and wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.  This was extremely inconvenient for me.  I have been a loyal GNC customer for over 10 years and usually spend about $400 there a month.  If you don't want returns, do exchanges!!  I had also purchased over $200 worth of other items that I did not return.  Also the reason for the returns was due to the employees lack of knowledge on the products.  He was not able to tell me anything about the fat burners I was looking at.  I also asked him if he had any cases of LIT and he said no.  I then walked around the corner and found 3 cases of LIT and ended up buying 2.  The employee did not even know his own inventory.

I started shopping at this GNC over 10 years ago. Over the years I have done Physique shows, Triathlons, maintained, and did a variety of other things. One this I have always done is consult with Jon to help me with the right supplement protocol. He is extremely knowledgable and works within my budget.

My favorite part is that if he doesn't have it in stock, he generally finds it and ships it to me. Which brings me to the best part. He now ships me all of my supplements. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the manager at GNC. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She asks questions about my fitness goals and then truly listens. She leads me to the products that will help me get these results. I have been happy with the products and am seeing results. I will definitely continue to shop there and get advice from the manager.

I have an autopay subscription with GNC and buy from here frequently. I first went to this specific location on July 5. Purchased a few products. I had an allergic reaction to one so came to return it 7 days later when I finally had a break at work. Jeanette was the associate that helped me. She huffed and puffed from the moment I asked to do a return. She was furious and annoyed that I would do such a thing. I spend so much money here and could not believe the way I was treated. She even threw the product in the trash very roughly once I handed her the product. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated by anyone in customer service. I myself work retail and I know this is unacceptable. I will not be back to this location. Maybe she was just having a bad day but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. I’m literally sitting out in my car after leaving the location to gather myself. She was so rude. I pray she is not the manager.

Went in for Alani Nu products and they had a decent selection left. The women that was there was so helpful! Told me they can order whatever they didn’t have for less then buying it online! I’m all about a good deal! I’ll definitely buy our products through them!

Went there to purchase some Ghost Greens and the gentleman working the store was very knowledgeable about the products there and deals. Very helpful.

The UPS Store

Successful delivery to New Jersey!

Jeremy and the team at this location went above and beyond. Jeremy sent an email update on the packages my aunt had them prepare. This included pictures.

He and the team took very good care of my two guitars and a number of original paintings in their ornate frames.

There were 6 paintings, two dating back to the late 1970s-- one with a frame for a 30x40" canvas! Very precious cargo, which was thoughtfully wrapped with paper, then bubble wrap, then a layer of large bubble wrap, and wrap to cushion the corners.

I was impressed! And the delivery  folks also treated the packages with professionalism and care.

Anytime I use their "services" I always have issues with the address. I use the same address every single time. How can you begin to charge someone for a "redelivery fee" when it hasn't even left your warehouse or been released by customs yet? Ive ordered through this website before and have had no issue in the past. You people need to get it together. Out here giving drivers raises and you can't even do your due diligence

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter was rude and extremely unhelpful when I dropped packages off for a return. I had to go back a week later to ask what had happened to the packages I dropped off. Again this same employee (short with brown hair and a beard) was behind the counter and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never return to this UPS Store location in Colorado Springs, Store #3835 in the King Soopers shopping center off Woodmen.

This has got to be the worst UPS store in Colorado.  The help are rude and off putting.  There is always a waiting line; obviously understaffed.  I repeat.....the clerks lack basic people skills.  Last time for me here.

I have used this store many times as I have found the customer service to outweigh the additional costs compared to USPS. I recently tried to send out a package to a relative. I received an email from UPS stating there was an issue with the address the was submitted by UPS. I tried calling the number provided multiple times and it just spins you through the usual automate messages. Told my package had an address issue but couldn’t actually talk to anyone about it. I tried calling this store and was told they couldn’t help once the package left as they are independently operated.They gave me the same phone number I have been trying to call saying that I could call that number to speak to someone. Never could figure that out. The package got returned to the store. I was told since I confirmed the incorrect address they type in that I was at fault and would have to pay to ship it again. Convenient system to never have to admit fault or provide customer service. The address I had written on the package was correct but the employee didn’t type in the street correctly. It was an incredibly frustrating process with no customer support and clearly no compassion for the customer when an error is made. Disappointing customer service.

Shell

Tonight when I called to ask a question like if they sold gift cards, the person working literally hung up on me because they said they "couldn't answer 17,000 questions" after I asked a clarifying question she didn't seem to understand. The most unprofessional and terrible service I've ever experienced.

This place stole 25 dollars from me. I got 25$ with of gas and was charged 50. When I called she said there is nothing I can do. What a disgusting thing to do to someone now a days. I don't even know how it happened and she hung up on me when I asked

I like this gas station  / truck stop. Employees are friendly and the truck stop has a lot of fun merchandise to check out. I actually did some Christmas shopping here.

Good looking place,  but there are some that make this place a little annoying to come to. If I could gifts zero stars cause I will gift it to the store. The owner has no respect for their customers. he believes that he’s some kind of God. I put gas gas or until today, because I’m not going back there anymore, literally every day, every day, and he’s always chasing me out tomorrow leave the pump even though there’s no one there

Big O Tires

First, I've used this Big O Tires store many times over the years and have usually had good service. But last week I had a nail in my tire. It was repairable and I took it in early - 8 am.  Dan was friendly and got things started quickly as there was no other customers.  I last had the tires rotated there about a year earlier with no issues but today the key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I've never seen the key as I bought this truck is used but they had no issues rotating the tires but for some reason they could not locate the key this time. Eventually I said that I would pay to get new locking lug nuts put on so that they could destructively remove the existing ones. This took a long time as they didn't have the tool to do that in a big enough size. I was in no rush and understood that there were a lot of things that made this tire repair take over 3 hours. Because it took so long, Dan the shop manager, waived the cost of the new locking lug nuts and sent me on my way. What wasn't relayed to me was the damage done to 2 of the 4 wheels caused while removing the old locking lug nuts.  I know things can happen but either accidentally or on purpose, I was not told of the damage. That is a big oversight at best... or a critical integrity issue at worse. And this integrity issue is what will cause me to likely not go back to that particular store in the future.

Update: Prior to receiving the response from the owner, I called the shop to speak to the manger. He was on another call so they took my phone number and told me Dan would return my call. It's been 2 days later and still no call. While the owner's reply suggested I call or come into the store, that doesn't work if they won't take or return the call

Drew was awesome! Got me what I needed fast and even qualified for SNAP payments nice! Even the second time now, Dan was awesome and helped me for free with my wheel well covers. Finally, they gave me a free check of my slow leak tire and a free re-alignment just in case it was drifting funny. Nice folks, amen! 🤠🥰👻☯️✝️🙏❤️

I got a nail in my tire early in the morning. Went over to get it checked out. Kyle and his team were able to fix it and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you so much! Great customer service.

This was my first time scheduling & purchasing replacement tires and I’m so glad I picked Big O for the job! Kyle G. helped me out at the front desk - he was so kind and friendly and assured me the guys in the back knew what they were doing. He wasn’t pushy with the additional recommendations for my vehicle either - I appreciated that.
I dropped my car at 7am & it was ready by ~8:15am. I was impressed with the speed of service and also the customer service. Will come back for tires in the future!

Dan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!! I somehow had collected 5 screws between two tires and not many other tire service companies were open on Sunday but Big O Tires was. I called in the morning and said to come right over and got me taken care of in a very expedited manor. Thank you for your superior service, I’ll be back again!

Went in today the gentlemen are always friendly always positive, and always full of a lot of information very informative and always try to give you the best deals. Appreciate them and will be coming back.

Closing an hour early then what is posted. Drove out the way for no reason

Says they are open until 7:00 pm and it is not even 3:00 pm and they are closed. I will get my needs from other retailers on the web and forget about shopping GNC

I called looking for a specific product and even though I had good reception the employee repeatedly said they couldn’t hear me and hung up.   After calling a few times they said “your best bet is to just come into the store”.  Ummm- if I had time to go to the store instead of calling I would have.   I ended up rearranging things to make a trip to the store, in the middle of business hours,  only to find a hand written sign sign saying the store was closed for 45 minutes.   So unprofessional!   I’m super annoyed and won’t be visiting this or any other GNC again.

I agree with some of the other reviews. I have on multiple occasions tried to go to this location to find a hand written note or sometimes none at all and they are closed in the middle of the day during business hours. This has been super frustrating. However, when I do get to go in they’re always super helpful. Come on guys..try to do better, I can get supplements at a lot of different places.

After doing lots of research on the tires I wanted, I was able to book an appointment online after hours (super easy) and it was confirmed the next day. The guys here are very professional and friendly, and even got my car done sooner than expected. I will definitely be coming back here. I highly recommend checking them out and getting your tires here!

For over 20 years I’ve always had  a great experience at my favor Big O Tire location at Austin Bluffs and Barnes. A special Thanks today to Julian Vargas who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Next day Early morning, when I arrived Julian started my day with a welcoming smile and was  courtesy and very efficient to see each item was taken care of. He worked with the guys who service and  who handled the oil & filter change & more. They were very efficient and knowledgeable to replace an item and the real bonus was they returned “my baby “ (my vehicle) clean just as I had given it to them after they completed the work! We have used this particular shop for all of our tire needs for about 25 years. The team is excellent and always friendly. We won't go anywhere else unless we are forced to. Today I had the pleasure of working with Tony who walked me through the process of purchasing new tires (a job my husband usually takes care of). He was patient and very informative. My only regret is, now that I have new tires, I won't be stopping by on an almost daily basis for air!

Came to open a new line for my kiddo and was able to review all lines, change to best prices, double check all discounts, get the new phone for a good price and save on some needed accessories! Great location! So glad they are so close!

Dustin was especially helpful in getting my old phone up and running after I had lost my current cell phone.  He told me he would be with me in a few moments while he was helping a current customer.  When he did come over he made some suggestions in terms of possible purchases in the future as well as getting my phone up and running.  Considering it was not the best day due to some circumstances he certainly made me feel good as a customer.  Cheers to you, Dustin!

I'm not one to write reviews but, the customer service I was provided here deserves praise. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sam and Tea. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions (even the really tediously minute ones). I felt like such a bother but they treated me like an old friend. Thank you so much for helping me out. I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends. :)

As bad of a customer service experience as you can have. I Come into an empty store, the young lady hurried out a few seconds later. I needed to pay my bill, she says they had no change. I made a comment about them not offering change and it being annoying.

She proceeded to tell me there's no reason to give her attitude.

She couldn't process a bill, she could not answer any of the questions I had concerning why my phone wasn't working properly.

She kept telling me she was "NEW"...
I guess that's her excuse for being totally worthless at the job. Better off having a robot there. This store used to have amazing customer service, NO LONGER THE CASE.

I went to a store down the street and everything was handled smoothly. Guess what ? The employee offered solutions ....

Not excuses because they are NEW and rude.

ZERO STARS

Gina and Sam were extremely helpful and friendly. I had been frustrated with my previous carrier’s service, and they were able to get me a great trade in deal and switch me to AT&T within minutes. Overall great store and customer experience.

Every time I try and stop in, there is NOBODY present. Always just a “we’ll be right back!” sign on the door, with no time to reference. Literally just stood in front of my car for 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I’m a manager at a nearby gym and let me tell you, this kind of nonsense would never last. Hire new management!!!!

Just as everyone else has stated: they’re never open. I placed an order to pick up from the store, and I can’t get it because they’re never open. No wonder they had it in stock, you can’t ever go in there to buy anything

These guys never seem to be open. I stopped by 3 times this past week and evereytime they are closed with a we will be right back sign. The first was 12:30 and the sign was back at 3p. The second was 12p and back at 2p. Third was 1p and back at 2p. I am guessing sales are down because your workers do not want to work. Will not be back.

great location IF you can catch them while they are open. store hours online/posted never are accurate and they never seem to be open whenever i go.
