Jesse was amazing! He helped us get the best deal possible. He was kind, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful. We would've bought the phone through Apple if it wasn't for him. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

The young man who helped me was truly amazing! I can’t remember his name, but he was wearing lots of rings. He was super fast, informative and even put my screen protector and case on my new phone for me! Super kind, and friendly. This store is great! Thank you!!!

In September I upgraded two phones to IPhone 15. The store manager was not helpful or interested in assisting in any way. Even worse although I declined Pay Protection Plan he not only added it to both lines he added Next Generation to both lines as well. When I came back to surrender our phones for the monthly credit he was at the door looking at his phone. He never looked up to say hello, good bye or thank you. If I were not a retired AT&T employee I would leave AT&T for another carrier. I did call to have these charges removed from my account but I will not use this store in the future.

I needed both an Att line and a Verizon line to ensure I always have service due to the remote area I live in. This was made clear to Jesse. He also told me I would have to go to Verizon store so they could put the Verizon line on the phone, and so I did. However, unbeknownst to me, the new phone was locked and the line could not be installed until the phone was paid off. I called att customer service who told me it could not be unlocked and the phone could not be paid off for 2 months. This was ridiculous and now I am stuck without cell service when I can't get att or I have to buy another phone.
That policy should have been told to me. Also, there should be a way to unlock my phone to add another line.

This store is terrible. We have had two separate problems when trading in phones. The first S22 that we traded in. They gave a six dollars and thirty cents for. After the authorized User realized what Had happened he went back to the store and requested the phone back. The customer service representative just tried to tell him that it was fine, and it wasn't going to be a problem. But he was just reading the receipt and correctly.
On the second trading, which was an S20. No, ultra, what's being traded in for an S23 Ultra. They failed to give us the $800 in.  Trade in credit because they conveniently stated that the value of the phone was less than $35 tray. They also apply to a different phone number on account. Several of the employees are nasty, And they actually hang up the phone's repetitively. I don't recommend going to the store for any reason.!

I've bought my 4th of July fireworks here for two years in a row now. Never disappointed! From the little fireworks to the big ones, they're all great and priced fairly. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful.

We have been going to Jake's Fireworks for years!  Jake's Fireworks is the only place we will get our Fireworks.

Brown's Shoe Fit Co- Ft Collins

Had a great experience shopping at this store today! Ginny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and understanding while I tried on a lot of different shoes. Will definitely ask for her assistance every time I stop in. Thank you, Ginny!

I have been going to Brown's for years and their approach was always to sell you what you want, not what they have. It is great that shoe stores are still brick and mortar to allow you to try things on before buying. I recently went into Browns to get a VERY popular shoe only to be told by the saleslady that 'they (manufacturer) doesn't make them anymore'. I found that very hard to believe as this was their flagship shoe...the lady assured me they did not make them anymore, which is why Brown's didn't have any. She then pointed me to another shoe that was (not-surprisingly) about 150% of the cost of the shoe I wanted.
I went home and looked on the manufacturer's site, and not only did they have them, but were coming out with new models! I then pulled up Brown's website and not only did they have them, but in my size! I feel like an idiot for believing this salesperson, and saddened by the fact that we are to the point where we have to buy everything online

I bought a pair of shoes recently at Browns in Ft. Collins.  I had the best experience with the lady who helped me.  She said I had 30 days to return the shoes if I changed my mind.  I took them home and decided not to keep them. When I went to the return the shoes, the man (who wore a wedding band) at the counter was not nice at all.  He tried to grab the box out my hand.  I had the receipt in my hand and he ripped it out of my hand.  He made the return transaction without speaking to me.  He was obviously mad about my return.  He was a jerk. I will not return to Browns due to this man's bad behavior. I didn't deserve such bad treatment, I did nothing wrong. I have since learned this man is the OWNER!  No doubt, he won't respond and apologize for his atrocious behavior.

My aunt and I went in yesterday. We had a lovely salesman named Scott, he was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We both bought new Birks ($145 & $160) we both returned them the next day. We were so applaud at the treatment this wonderful salesman received from not only co-workers, but the owner. The owner is an ignorant, rude man (and use the term "man" lightly) He interrupted him several times, telling him he had "other customers." Leaving us feeling insignificant, like our business didn't matter. We both returned our shoes, and bought them elsewhere. We just could not give this person our business.  My advice to Scott, would be to move on to a shop that would appreciate a good salesman,  because they clearly don't. We will never use this shop again.

I went in today to get comfortable work shoes and Andres greeted me and gave me lots of excellent information and I purchased an amazing pair of Hoka’s for women. I am grateful to Andres for helping me find my perfect pair of shoes !

McDonald's

I ordered off the kiosk at the same time as someone else and when my food came they gave me the other persons food. The person delivering food didn't say much at all and seemed to not really care about the customers and was only getting his job done. The decorations where minimalistic which is ok if you like that, I prefer a bit more detail and personality. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food but luckily they have deals that can help with that. Along with getting someone else's food their iced coffee tasted like they just dumped a bunch of shredded ice in my drink, I'm pretty sure I chewed my drink more than my food so I do not recommend the frappe.

Waiting 20 minutes for simple orders is the norm here. No employees will speak to you and they all hide in the back. I order in advance on the app and say I’m there far in advance and still wait 10 minutes when I arrive for a biscuit and hashbrowns. Utterly unreal.

Came here around 9:30. Service was aweful waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac and the employees come up look at you get scared and go into the back without interacting with you. The manager on duty asked what I was waiting for and I gave her the order number. She then asked what was on it cause the order was gone and went to go grab the order. She proceeded to slam the bag onto the counter and yelled here’s your Big Mac with some ridiculous attitude for having such an easy job. As a teenager who’s worked plenty of fast food it really isn’t hard. Honestly I thought it was hilarious with my friend but still the service is constantly horrible here. I’d take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one off wadsworth and chatfield or just go to the infinitely better Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Everything is also pretty gross here. (see photo)

Literally go to any location except this one. I've had numerous bad experiences here but tonight was beyond expectations. Sure I customized two of the burgers I ordered, but they didn't get one thing right that I asked and messed up the regular stuff I ordered too. And they are rude to top it all off.

I ordered a quarter pounder and when I returned home to eat it, I found that the interior was still red uncooked and the patty was cold. Completely disgusting and hopefully the bite I actually ingested doesn't get me sick. Go anywhere else but this McDonalds.

Wild Birds Unlimited

My wife and I went to Wild Birds Unlimited for the first time today. I can't speak highly enough about the experience. Tammy helped us by answering all our (admittedly basic) questions with patience and genuine excitement. We learned more in 5 minutes of talking to Tammy than we could have hoped. This is customer service that, in the age of Prime shopping and online everything, you don't see very often. If 6 stars was an option, I'd gladly give another.

One of my favorite places. They have tons of awesome gift stuff (most of which donates to causes) and a lot of things you wouldn't think you'd find. I got 2 of my favorite t-shirts there.  The people who work there know their stuff if you have questions about birds.

Fort Collins is lucky to have such a great store for its birding needs. Lauren and the entire staff are stellar in their knowledge and willingness to help their customers. It's not only a warm and welcoming atmosphere inside physically, everyone working there is super friendly and fun folk to be around. Great products, great service, and especially super great people!

Visited this shop of wonders and had wild finches fighting over their food the very next day. Get the biggest feeder you can!

I always find great gifts here! They offer fun gift items that can be paired with bird seed. Items for attracting Bees, Hummingbird feeding supplies, puzzles, seasonal home decor, I find something different each time I visit. Staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable!

I’ve had a few poor experiences here, but this one was ridiculous enough to review. I’m also hangry.
We got an order doordashed to us. All the food was old and stale despite the dasher being really quick. My filet o fish was cold and over-cooked to the point of being dry and tough. The bun was also very toasted (it’s not supposed to be).
I was hungry enough to drive to McDonald’s and request a new one. I waited a very long time for someone to help me, but the manager who finally did was kind. Unfortunately the replacement sandwich was exactly the same as the first, down to the toasted bun and weird half piece of cheese. I just went home😭
A filet o fish is the only thing I get at McDonald’s, so I’ve eaten my fair share of less than ideal sandwiches. But these were so bad I didn’t even eat them. One bite was more than enough. I’m so frustrated🥲

I came through the drive through at like 12 30 ish and was there for 20 minutes before pulling around to see if this location was still open, I had put in a mobile order so when I saw that they were still open I came through again, the meat on my burger was so crusty and old, not even up to temp, my chicken nuggets were also not up to temp and were rubbery, then I had to come back because after I left I realized they forgot my hot and spicy.

I don't know why but it's always just me who gets something terrible, the rest of my family's orders are usually good.  Last time I was there I waited 25 minutes for a staff member to replace a very burned chicken sandwich with a new one.  He forgot about it and then handed me an even worse sandwich.

The biggest problem is that staff will stand there and laugh at people at the front counter, because they no longer need to talk to customers.  I do appreciate the order kiosks, but it results in staff completely ignoring the front.  I saw an older gentlemen try to get their attention for what seemed like an eternity, until I got so annoyed that I had to raise my voice before anyone acknowledged he was there.  Just shameful.  Laughing at your customers because you no longer need to engage them is sad.

My sister and I always come here for breakfast, the employees have been super rude several times, they don't give us what we ordered, but my main problem is that I always ask for breakfast with eggs and pancakes, they always give me raw. It looks disgusting and when I ask for it to correct it, they make me rude and behave very rudely, saying that's how they are. I don't understand why am I still going to a place where they give me raw food, my mistake, when I hand him the plate with the raw egg they threw everything(pancakes) and they give me only the egg, when I ask them kindly they answered me in a very rude way. Thay always have very bad service and you can hear them saying things about you and the service they give you, I do not recommend it at all, last time I come here

Received my online order but the lid to my drink wasn’t fully secured which resulted in a mess but that’s partially my fault for not paying attention. Went inside to refill my drink and noticed leftover food all over the tables, the drink station had items scattered everywhere, straws were soaking wet and scattered throughout the ice catchers, smudges of food everywhere and the tea needed refilled (had to tilt the drink container to get the last bit of tea).
When I got home I noticed I had half a container of fries instead of a full container and my Big Mac had a patty that literally looked like someone split it in half and only gave me a partial patty. I understand it’s hard to maintain quality service and a clean environment if it’s busy and understaffed but it was fairly quiet.
I’m not fond of complaining because I know the food industry is rough but this store needs improvements

I went there tonight (Monday night, 730pm) and they were closed. I went last week, midday and lights were on and sign said open, but door locked. Amazon might be easier.

Middle of the day on Friday 12-1 and the lights are on, they should be open according to Google. The door has been locked with nobody inside.

4pm on a Tuesday…lights are on, doors locked and nobody’s home.

Incompetent cashier signed me up for automatic shipments of a pre-workout without me knowing. I never requested a subscription to anything, so now I’m out $60 and have excess pre-workout. Very annoyed

the one who attends Sundays is a fool, he had the door open and he took me out saying that he still did not open up very arrogant and rude,
If I could give you less than 10 stars, it would hurt, because it will not give me anything. I'll pay for it and it does not have to be reluctantly given to customers, do not go to this store and they'll have a hard time and ruin your life. day . if it's closed because it locks your door, so they do not get upset, it only took 5 minutes to open, it's a fool, you ruined me on my birthday March 10, thank you, silly

Window World of the Ozarks

I did business with Window World back in 2003. They installed 22 new windows in my Prairie Grove home at that time. Everything they told me about the windows was true. They did increase the energy efficiency of my home, had definite savings on my energy bills and I was completely happy with the installers. They were professional and willing to answer my questions. That was 20 years ago and the windows are still proving that it was a great investment in my home. Thank you Window World for providing a great product and great service. Don Young

We absolutely love our new windows! I  would 100% recommend Window World. They added functionality and beauty to our 18 year old house. We chose to use them because they are a family owned business and they are well established. They have a great warranty too. Anton and the team were there for us every step of the way. They treated us and our home with the upmost respect. The high level of customer service they provided is hard to come by these days.

We recommend Window World of the Ozarks 100%!  Their professionalism along with the quality of their windows is awesome.  Whitney, Todd and Shendell resolved any questions we had.  We constantly get such good comments on the windows from our on the finished project.

We were told that each house will have certain quirks and that includes windows. This house showed this to be true. It was nothing they couldn’t handle and they did it all with a smile. Even with weather causing a hinderance and/or other things, all went well. Thank you Window World starting with Mike Langley (design consultant) and Shandall Edwards (installation). I will recommend this fine team to anyone who may be in search for window work, remodel or replacement.

The entire process was so seamless and easy from quote to install. I was shocked by how affordable it was as well! Windows were ready 4 weeks earlier than estimated and install was done before lunch time with 0 disruption to our WFH life. Not a trace left that the install was even done and I was anticipating having a lot of clean up afterwards!

Kind, communicative team and the best part...OUR HOUSE IS THE TEMPERATURE OUR THERMOSTAT SAYS IT IS INDOORS. *cue tears of joy*

Midas

I was referred there by my coworker and I'm glad she did. The Midas in Longmont was amazing! Great customer service, great work and all in decent time frame. They will definitely be my main go-to shop for my truck

This is my first time getting work done at this Midas, and it won't be my last. After years of overspending at my dealership, I figured I'd get brake work done at Midas after I saw they had a coupon for it. I was blown away. Bart, Matt, and co. were not only very friendly, but the service I received was high quality AND affordable. I've never received service this good from VW, and I was practically paying double. (Not to mention the time I waited there for 5 hours for an oil change.)
If you need work done, and are unsure about where to take your car for a good prices and service, give these guys a shot.

I was looking forward to trying Midas, they seem to have fair prices and knowledgeable staff.  I went to get my front brakes done.  Specifically said from Bart Ritcher “We are not out to gouge anybody, I personally watched two different techs torque the wheels”  I was pleased with the experience. Only 4 miles down the road (on a highway) the lug nuts and studs were BROKEN out of the wheel.  Maidas did come out to where the car broke down and followed me back to the shop to refix the car.  Without a tow having to drive it back I had to stop because the back plate was also rubbing and they would fix that as well.  This was a HUGE on their part and only offered to fix their mistake for free.  Never admitting to the mistake, just thanking for the patients.  I spent 5 hours between dropping the car off and getting it refixed my brain wasn’t in the right order to put together what actually happened **Their error was not grinding off the rust on the hub so when they put the rotor on and tightened it down, then the alignment wasn’t completely flush, which then torqued the wheel to tear it off.** The job was NOT done correctly and they took zero ownership of how detrimental the problem was and how it affects the client (based on extended time). Luckily the car isn’t damaged from driving broken back to the shop.

I went to Midas to get my rear brakes fixed and thought it was only my pads and rotors. It ended up being my caliper also. I was not happy because I just got it done last summer at the boulder Midas and spent over 1,000.00. I did not drive over 30,000 miles to wear the caliper out. The manager at the longmont Midas was very understanding and helped me out. I will always go to the longmont Midas from now on.

Super quick and easy. We were in and out in 15. Great customer service. Car runs like a dream.
