The UPS Store

This UPS store is amazing! Everyone of the people working there are lovely. I would like to give some kudos and attention to Gabe. He is always a doll, always helps me with anything I need.

I just had the best service ever at a UPS store I've ever had. Chris the assistant manager at the store was amazing. He has well trained staff alongside of him that looks for the opportunity for customer service and help It's been amazing experience. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it and that's because Chris was professional knowledgeable considerate and just an overall awesome individual.

I came in today to learn more about one of their services and Rowan was so helpful in describing what this UPS location could offer and what specific competitors could offer. He was so friendly and a wealth of information. Who knew that a somewhat unsuccessful errand of mine could become a bright spot to my day? Will definitely be back for any of my large print needs.

I was treated terribly by the manager at this store, his name was D. I refuse to use UPS anymore due to the treatment I received. Was given a number to contact UPS and they have not responded so I will post my issue here and on all social media available. D (the manager) yelled at me when I requested when my package would arrive...totally disrespectful and when I got angry about being disrespected, he cursed at me and delayed my package shipping. No one at UPS has given a damn.

Here's my update and reply:
It was this location, I live 2 blocks away. He may have just lied to me about his name not to get in trouble for his actions...if it helps identify him, he was extremely feminine

I have tried many different stores in the area. I ship out around 10 packages a week here for a few years now. The staff is always EXCEPTIONAL and will go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. Very well staffed and they move QUICK. Never waited more then 1 minute to be helped. A+ location and is by far my favorite in a 25 mile radius. Thanks team!

Shell

They don't state anything about car washes expiring when you buy a wash and then they tell me to come back to exchange the expired car wash and don't honor exchanging it for a new wash.

I don't know what happened to the staff who have been there - the dedicated, polite, friendly people I grew to care about. They have ALL been replaced by the most rude and foul little creep who can NEVER put down his phone and interact.
I really miss my peeps over there, and refuse to spend a penny there unless and until they return.

They charge for air, but you can’t get cash back on debit. So how am I supposed to use your services if I can’t exchange my funds to use them?

Came to use the air pump station, it is coin operated only! 4 minutes for $1.50 who carries coins?

Car wash is WAY too expensive for the value and it charges you without confirming the cost or the package you get for the cost. Just awful. It shouldn’t be $20 for a run of the mill automatic car wash. I’ll never use it again.

Standley Shores Ace Hardware

My kids are deathly allergic to dogs their eyes get itchy and puffy and their throats swell up, I carry Epipen with me just in case. This was not a service animal, super dissatisfied and disappointed in their policies keeping people safe lost my business!

Ace Hardware at Standley Shores is the best.  We had a fantastic experience when we stopped in right before Memorial Day, just to get 2 items.  But because my husband wanted me to ask for help (and I just wanted to look) we were so pleased to be helped by Ryan.  He had so much patience and knowledge, that I continued to get MANY OTHER ITEMS that I had intended to buy at some other time.  And as I say, Ryan was extremely patient and so very helpful.  Ace is definitely my go-to store of this type from here on out.  Thanks Ace, you have an 'ace' with Ryan!

SO much better than Home Depot and Lowes. Every time I go to Home Depot they screw something up...or you can't even find anyone with half a brain to help you. Not here. Sure it's a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but the extra cost is completely worth not having to deal with the dimwit's at Home Depot.

Great customer service. The gentleman in the Stihl power equipment section was very helpful in directing me to purchasing the right part.

Mel was great!  He helped me find a specific mold killing primer that didn't seem to be on the shelf.  He took the time to look through the inventory and the shelves to find the elusive can. I want to say thank you, sir, for caring!

Minuteman Press

I needed brochures quick and they helped me out in a pinch and made them look great! Super helpful customer service and graphic designer went out of his way to fix some issues I had in my artwork. Great prices and great service. Thanks guys!

Super quick, very knowledgeable folks. Had a booklet printed in an odd size and they had it ready same day with no issues! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a new print store when my old one moved out of town, and I'm super glad to have found Minuteman Press. Taylor has been extremely easy to work with; he doesn't make me jump through all the hoops in terms of sizing and bleed areas that my old place used to. Taylor is also willing to stand behind the store's work and do what it takes to earn your business. Taylor has definitely earned my business. I'll be going there for all of my printing needs from now on.

I wish I found out about this place sooner, they sell tons of products which you wouldn't be able to find in other stores, (and unlike the other review, I can confirm that there is a GNC at this location), my experience there was quick and easy, and the staff at the time was great.

There is no GNC at this location. It’s now a gun store inside of an Ace Hardware

This UPS location has successfully managed to lose 2 of the USPS packages I have dropped off here. If you’re not going to make sure these get to USPS then don’t even bother offering USPS package drop off as a courtesy/service. You guys won’t take liability for it either so thanks a lot! :)

The guys working here are quick, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend this UPS location. Also, they have a self serve amazon returns kiosk that's very easy to use and avoids any lines.

The guys working at this UPS are top notch. Their customer service is excellent and they are always insanely busy. They make sure each customer is acknowledged and given their time to handle whatever shipping need they have, Amazon returns, notary services, regular shipping, printing, they even accept USPS drop offs. They are awesome.

Older blonde lady would not accept my Amazon return, even though it was packed in a white cardboard box instead of a brown cardboard box. She said the thickness of the white cardboard box was insufficient. Apparently she doesn’t have very much confidence in UPS services that packages would arrive undamaged. This was my first and last experience at this store. I’ll take my UPS business to a different location.

The staff at this UPS store are stellar. They get through lines quickly, but never rush anyone who has questions. Cory goes out of his way to answer all of my questions and find the best, most economical shipping option every time. I will go out of my way to come to the store, rather than one that is closer to me.

Walmart Supercenter

Hey it's Walmart. Typical experience but some nice employees. Massive store. I will say I had two helpful employees ask me unprompted if I needed help. The checker was friendly and initiated a conversation. Bathrooms need attention.

Fairly crowded. Great deli and had all my favorites stocked. The negative is, in the self-checkout the very young man who was working there was entertaining four or five of his friends blocking at least one of the checkout machines. I’m an old curmudgeon and it didn’t sit well with me.

I used the pick up service. Easy parking. Quick in, quick out. Helps me to stay far away  viruses. Prices are good, too.

We came to Walmart on main& 66 to do some shopping once we finished paying the elderly women at the exit checked our receipt while saying” tell him to stop” like who is him ? I let her know my wife is a female and I told her politely that she is not a him. She apologized but then continued to say “ I could not tell” like she could’ve just left it at her apology there was no need to say that at all.

I had to pick up 'one item' at pickup, and they made me wait over 20 minutes for one item? I know people get busy, but when you see the person has one thing just run it out quickly.

McDonald's

Rosie was very pleasant while running a busy dining room by herself. Handel requests graciously with a pleasant demeanor and smile. Please show her gratitude from me and all the patrons she impacted this evening. Great Job Rosie!

About the 3rd time my kid has gotten the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones. Really shouldn't be that difficult especially when filling a happy meal. Seems like they just don't care here. Also, asked for no onions or pickles on my burger and saw it was on the receipt that way and it still had onions and pickles. Like I said, they don't seem to care.

This location is always clean and fast! My kids enjoy the playroom often!

Me and my partner came here after a rush and they we so incredibly kind and quick to help. And were still apologetic about the wait 5 stars! was worth the extra drive!

I had the most disappointing ice cream cone of my entire life here. It was an inch of ice cream. Shameful.

All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful no matter how many times I come in not knowing what I'm doing or not having what I need (label, box, bag, etc.).  I've used this UPS store for all kinds of online returns, shipping Christmas and birthday gifts, and mailing other important packages.  No matter how busy they are, they're always kind and usually will crack a joke or two.  You can sometimes tell customers are annoyed by a long wait or cost (neither of which is the staff's fault) but I've yet to see someone leave this store angry when I was there.

Very friendly and efficient manager and store. They do keep busy, especially over the holidays, but provide very good service! Allowed me to shred under 2 pounds of documents, free of charge. Highly recommend!

The staff at this UPS store are great! I end up going here for a lot of return orders and they are always kind and helpful. Today, I had to return to a different merchant and hadn't read all the instructions. The manager Lux helped me figure it out so I wouldn't have to come back again later. I really appreciate their excellent customer service!

I’ve been a UPS customer for years, and have visited many locations in this area. This UPS store in particular has been the worst one I’ve been to. There is one amazing woman who works there that is incredibly sweet and helpful, but otherwise The employees have been deceptive in shipping costs. They do their best to avoid sharing cheaper, ground shipping costs. They exclusively try to get me to do 1 or 2 day shipping, which is exponentially more expensive. The last time I was in there, I had to ask the employee three separate times to tell me the cost of ground, and when I did he said that he can’t give me any kind of estimate on when my package would arrive at the destination, and was pushing me to pay upwards of $70 to ship something that would only cost me $20. It’s very weird and offputting, I won’t be going back.

Lux was so helpful! I have been going to this ups since I’ve lived here.  He did a great job making sure the package I sent was carefully boxed and was so friendly! Will definitely be coming back again soon

Do not trust Walmart math when you are comparison shopping.

I was looking at Walmart brand Ibuprofen. I found a 2 pack of 100 tablets each. The price tag shows 1.1 cents per unit. It was the best price per unit they had.

Now 200 tablets at 1.1 cents per unit would be $2.20. However, the price tag says $4.28.

I went to customer service to ask if they would honor the per unit price. The first 2 people would not answer the question and the 3rd person was a "coach".

He would not honor the price tag because,  "we do no know what they are considering a unit to be."

1 - Walmart corporation and systems need to learn how to do basic math.

2 - Walmart corporation and management at all levels need a little lesson in honor and integrity.

King Soopers would not pull that stunt. They would honor the price tag and then take it down.

Wow very bad management or help from staff. They only have 1 key 🔑 for fitting room and the person who has keys is on lunch break . They ask us to wait for 30 min . Upon asking , if their manager has spare keys or not ?  They said No, we only have one key. So bad management . Thanks to open restrooms, I have to take my friend Kid in restroom for trying out clothes.  So sad poor experience 😒

This is not my regular store, but they has what I needed, and the pharmacist set it up so I could get it, and not miss any meds! They were awesome!! I adore my pharmacist, but the one who helped me was very kind! Thanks to ALL!!

Shopped in the morning, smart, not many customers.

An extremely large Walmart with everything you need, even if you are a tourist/adventurer visiting Colorado. They also have vision, automotive and pharmacy departments here.

Prices are quite low and the selection is quite good for all products you can think of, including clothing (for babies too), snacks, fishing gear, dairy, meats, sports, ammunition, fruits and vegetables etc.

They also have ample parking.
