The UPS Store

This UPS store is amazing! Everyone of the people working there are lovely. I would like to give some kudos and attention to Gabe. He is always a doll, always helps me with anything I need.

I just had the best service ever at a UPS store I've ever had. Chris the assistant manager at the store was amazing. He has well trained staff alongside of him that looks for the opportunity for customer service and help It's been amazing experience. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it and that's because Chris was professional knowledgeable considerate and just an overall awesome individual.

I came in today to learn more about one of their services and Rowan was so helpful in describing what this UPS location could offer and what specific competitors could offer. He was so friendly and a wealth of information. Who knew that a somewhat unsuccessful errand of mine could become a bright spot to my day? Will definitely be back for any of my large print needs.

I was treated terribly by the manager at this store, his name was D. I refuse to use UPS anymore due to the treatment I received. Was given a number to contact UPS and they have not responded so I will post my issue here and on all social media available. D (the manager) yelled at me when I requested when my package would arrive...totally disrespectful and when I got angry about being disrespected, he cursed at me and delayed my package shipping. No one at UPS has given a damn. Here's my update and reply: It was this location, I live 2 blocks away. He may have just lied to me about his name not to get in trouble for his actions...if it helps identify him, he was extremely feminine

I have tried many different stores in the area. I ship out around 10 packages a week here for a few years now. The staff is always EXCEPTIONAL and will go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. Very well staffed and they move QUICK. Never waited more then 1 minute to be helped. A+ location and is by far my favorite in a 25 mile radius. Thanks team!
