Trudoor - Doors & Hardware

I worked with Cheyenne for a quote on the items we wanted to purchase.  She was speedy in providing quotes and in replying to my questions!  Trudoor's pricing is very competitive/affordable and they provide free shipping!  These days where exceptional customer service and affordable pricing is hard to come by, we need to send out a high five to those companies like Trudoor for keeping their customers satisfied.  We'll be quoting with Trudoor for additional items needed for our project in the coming year.

Cheyenne doesn't know what shes doing she's very unprofessional and takes forever to respond. I dealt with her at KCI and had high hopes for her once she came to this company but I was wrong. Especially since now discussing with fellow clients and found out what happened at KCI and why she's no longer employed there I'm not surprised and further information from her prior employees she had lot of potential but seems like not anymore.

The building tool was very useful to get a quote started and the quote was presented quickly. We needed more one on one Q&A fine tuning that the agent provided even when quite inconvenient (end of work hours and into a holiday weekend). We had to change our doors one more time and received a 3rd quote instantly. We now eagerly await our doors. Thank you Ana and thank you Trudoor.

Vortex Doors

Ryan and John were excellent. They were of great help. They were fast and diligent. We appreciate their help here at the Hyatt Regency. Thank you for saving the day !

Ryan not only fixed my door issue but I also mentioned a issue we had with the lock mechanism at night, he called his boss and will come back to access the issue correctly and get approval from our company to fix the issue.

Ryan & Jonathan came to fix a couple doors here at the shop and got it done professionally, fast and very friendly. Would highly recommend these techs to service any location.

Budget Blinds

They are not responsive, I have called and emailed Sean and the team multiple times in an effort to inquire about my blind repair and purchase additional blinds for my home and have got the run around and no response.

Ace Hardware Distribution Center

Don’t come before your appointment. I checked in at 9:45. Now it’s 3:10 mp  I’m still in the dock; I also missed another load. I Went office, and they don’t care about your issue. Recommend you don’t come here, guys, before your appointment time.

I had a delivery here today and as sometimes happens broker gave me wrong appt.
But they made it happen for me, they sent me to another warehouse and unloaded me anyway. I appreciate them so much for that. Y’all are great, everyone I came in contact with both warehouses were very polite.

This place should be an example to other businesses as far as getting trucks in and out.  The space can be a little tight but I had no issues...could be because it was Sunday evening around 7pm.  Staff was super friendly.   I was emptied out in about 45 minutes.  I then parked out on the street ( its the dead end part).  Would have given 10 stars if available.   Thank you Ace Hardware in Gainesville Ga.

This place runs off incentive so the employees are rude and unfriendly. They only care about themselves and running over 100% for a few extra dollars. Management is a joke especially Adam, this guy thinks he knows everything and thinks he is the coolest guy at Ace. Being the coolest guy at Ace is equivalent to the bronze medalist in the special Olympics. If you are looking for a team friendly environment, this is not the place.

I ordered a storage shed on March 28th spend 674$ on it. When it came in it was beat up and damaged so I refused delivery. I have been fighting with xpo and ace hardware ever since on my refund. One person tells me oh it’s at the ware house and your payment is pending and the next person says well we are being told it’s been delivered. I’m sick of fighting with it! 674$ is to much money to be fighting for it back. So far is been well over a week since refused delivery and I haven’t heard anything from them about my rerun and I have made several calls. Everyone wants to say “I’m sorry I don’t handle that let me transfer you” and it’s always the same thing! I will NEVER EVER order from ace hardware again this is ridiculous!

Finding tradesman with any level of customer service is rare. Kenny is the exception. Kept it simple got in, got out and the job is done in time for lunch. Went above and beyond with to fix the little things with a bit of extra care. That last 10 percent.  A dude you don’t mind having in your space. Left  alone to do his task. Not common in Vegas. Thanks again👍 Big help.

If you’re looking for quality work on overhead doors and gate operators then look no further than Vortex!!!  Vortex has serviced us at FedEx for 15 years and never let us down!  Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. Floyd & his crew were so helpful and careful with my items during an incredibly stressful time where mt neighbors caused water damage that ruined my floors. He was responsive and courteous and barely let me lift a finger both when they packed up my belongings and when they brought them back to my home. Cant recommend this team enough- they have been 100% and beyond every step of the way for fixing my home to its prior glory.

We recently had a pipe burst on our second floor causing significant damage in our floor and the ceiling of our garage. The team (especially Terry, Jeff, and Buddy) were professional, respectful, and quick to respond to everything. This was a bad situation to be in but could have been a lot worse without their help.

Also, Buddy who repaired all the water damaged areas, and along with Jeff, worked through the weekend to get every thing painted. I have never dealt with a better group of people! I cannot begin to share how grateful and satisfied I am with the work, attitude, and professionalism of the folks at Puroclean. From Missy who answered my first call and was knowledgeable and reassuring to Buddy and Jeffrey who can to assess my property, I am beyond pleased. They communicated promptly and clearly.
