Vionic Shoes Crocker Park

I would like to recognize Nina at the Crocker Park store for excellent customer service. I live with post-op plantar fasciitis, and Vionic s is the only shoes that give me peace. Thank you for making my customer experience so pleasurable, nina!

Save yourself and go to a different store!! The customer service here is TERRIBLE!! There is a female associate that works there, that is completely rude. She didn't even want to wait on me.
She didn't want to bother with going in the back and looking for shoes for me, so she took me in the backroom and showed me the ones that would be my size and left me back there to find my shoes. She also proceeded to tell me that my size is in high demand and there are hundreds of girls that come in every week and buy that size.
I have never been to a store of that stature and had to look for my own shoes and feel belittled. I was so upset, I was holding back tears. I ened up leaving with NO shoes. So save yourself and go somewhere else!!

Great place to buy good quality shoes. however I bought a pair of boots that were similar to the shoes I bought but a different name brand. I had to return them because they were a little tight in the toe box area. The salesman couldn’t believe my reasoning of them being too tight. I did however got my money back but feel reluctant to shop there again. For the amount of money one spends on shoes here, no argument should happen.

Had previously had a great experience with a gentleman who works at this location. Went in recently and felt uncomfortable with a female associate at the store. Customer service needs improvement. Shoes are great. I recommend going to a different location.

We just left Vionic Store in Crocker Park and I just want to say how wonderful the store manager Diana was! She was so helpful, friendly, and very informative! We just love her! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

The store manager and associate there are so very kind and helpful especially when the kids are antsy. The 30 min drive was worth the great customer service I will keep coming back 🫶🏾

My daughter and I went there looking for shoes. My daughter asked the associate for Nikes, but in black. She quickly responded in a loud tone, No! My daughter tries asking again and before she gets a chance to ask, the associate repeats herself, no! This entire time, the associate had a serious face. My daughter returned the shoe on the shelf and walked out. The associate started laughing and said, did I hurt her feelings? This associate has no customer service skills whatsoever. This location definitely lost a customer!

I was at the Westlake location and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It was nice to have Keisha and Ashley there helping me to find shoes and engaging in conversation. We were laughing and talking like old friends. It made for an excellent experience and I will definitely go back especially if they are there. It's hard to find people who make you feel as though they really want you to have a good experience, but Keisha and Ashley did just that. I can not say enough about their customer service. I was with my boyfriend who absolutely hates shopping but even he was laughing and talking with them. BRAVO KEISHA AND ASHLEY keep up the great attitudes and customer service!!!

Over priced and went to exchange my shoes that I tried walking around in my house and didn't fit right. And she said she couldn't exchange them because it had one tiny mark on the bottem that they been worn. Never shopping here again! I didn't know your not allowed to walk around on your house.

How can you rate a store when after you spend your time search some product, counting on the fact that the offer is valid and after paying at the checkout they tell you that the offer has expired, and you will not get offer.
This is a violation of consumer rights!  Therefore, if such a policy is here, our family's purchases are over here.

I went to Starbucks today and I had this amazing girl to serve me and I asked her to create a special coffee for me and she did, now I have my own special order at Starbucks.  Her name Jessie!! Go for her and I believe Arrow is another girl their which was a really really nice to customers. 5 stars 👌🏻

My husband picking up my order for me went wonderfully!  I will do this again whenever I do not have time to go inside Target!  I even paid for it online, so he just had to go to Customer Service and get it and go!

Spent $5 in diesel to go buu a new pair of jeans. This is what greeted me. There is absolutely no excuse for a retail store to be in this disarray .

I'm never going to go back to that store again.

I waited 30 minutes at order pick up as everyone else was getting their orders, even cars that got there after me. I called the store to ask if there was something wrong with my order and they responded with “it can take up to 2 hours.” My order was only a few items and it had been ready since the day before. A car pulled up and immediately received their order. I asked the attendant if she had something for my space #5 where I was parked because people arriving after me have been getting their orders and she gave me an annoyed look. It’s possible my order was overlooked and I just wanted some help.

What a great selection of quality shoes for men and women!  They have the best brands from all over the world. There are also socks, hats. The staff is knowledgeable, polite. Not pushy, just let the shoes speak for themselves on your feet.

I made the mistake of not bringing basic tennies for the Shaky Knees festival. Luckily, this shop was just up the street from my Airbnb! Everyone was so nice and helpful here. I can’t recall the name of the gentleman who pulled out all the stops to help me find something appropriate, but what a gem! Highly recommend this shop, they had a wide variety of shoes, socks, sandals, boots, and hats! Thank y’all so much, I love supporting small businesses!

Incredibly friendly & helpful. I had not purchased a pair of birkenstocks in forever and the staff was super helpful helping me decide which ones to go with.

I also wanted a pair of plain black tevas that were out of stock in my size and we are only in town a week. He called others stores and found a pair for me they will have delivered to this store TODAY for me!!

I also bought a pair of wedges on sale that are insanely comfy.

Had a wonderful experience here with Tatum! From start to finish I was met with great professionalism and friendliness. Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere in the store!

I have a disability and use an electric wheelchair, a situation which can encounter additional challenges with getting a new pair of shoes. This was not an issue at all, even got a great accessible parking spot in the parking lot behind the store.

When I asked for help, mentioning that my doctor wanted me to get a good, well-supporting shoe. Tatum immediately began assisting me with the entire process as including trying on several shoes to find the perfect one for my needs. She was very patient and accommodating, the whole experience made me feel happy that I chose Abbadabba’s. Definitely would recommend getting your shoes here!

Vionic Shoes Akron-Fairlawn

Visited the store today to get some sandals. I've been here many times, but never seen it as busy as it was today!  The sales lady was by herself and she was handling it like a champ. She had people sitting all over, trying on shoes, she was sizing them, answering questions, etc..and still had a smile and a great welcoming attitude to others coming in the door. I was able to get my sandals, get the attention I needed and was on my way. The shoes there are pricey but if you have any kind of feet issues, it's well worth the investment. They're stylish and comfortable!!

I am happy to have worked with Grace over the last couple of years. She knows exactly what I need and where I can find what I am looking for, if it’s available! I love that my shoes are put on by the shoe store specialist, this was something that was implemented at Buster Brown stores years ago. Call me old fashioned, I love this type of customer support. It’s a dying art that continues at the Vionic and Lucky shoe stores.

Norma is an angel! I have been having foot pain for longer than I will admit. Lucky Shoes and the Vionic store were recommended to me and I whole-heartedly recommend this store and these shoes! My feet feel like they're being hugged and I can walk without a limp! Thank you to Norma!

I was recently diagnosed with Hallux Limitus which means I have lost some of the movement in my big toe joint. I was told that I am no longer able to walk around barefoot or with socks & that I needed to wear specific shoes that really supported my feet. I took a trip to visit & was helped by Norma. She wasn't afraid to say that a shoe didn't work & she also knew what kinds of shoes would be best to wear in order to keep my toe from getting worse. I will DEFINITELY be back for more shoes and to have Norma's help again!❤

The associates follow you around the store especially if your skin is darker than their. I was in a few days and noticed they were following me and my granddaughter so I decided to make them follow me all over it was funny af they follow from one end of the store to the next. They lost money that day,I'm telling everyone to beware

I bought a pair of sketchers for $70.02
I returned them 2 days later I had not worn them at all I thought I was getting a refund on my debit card . After a week or so I called bc my credit for refund had not shown up on my bank account I was told that they would mail my refund and it would take 3 weeks to get it in the mail . After 3 weeks still no check I have called repeatedly going on 2 months now spoken to manager and they finally gave me a transaction number and told me to dispute the transaction with my bank ! I should not have to do they they are responsible for crediting my account . They are rude talk down tone and say there is nothing I can do about it . I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN . This can’t be legal .

Sand Dollar Lifestyles - Foley

The staff were very pleasant to deal with.  Judy I think is the managers name.  She seems to really care about the store and her team.  She recognized many of her customers by name.  That's impressive for an outlet store in a tourist town.  She was a huge help.  I was having trouble with a yeti product and she told me how to reach out and ask for a warranty replacement.  New one is on the way.  Huge thanks for that.  Will return everytime we are in the area

Ruth in the shoe department… excellent customer service. The Foley store didn’t have the shoe I was looking for in stock, but she called to see if any of the other ones did and had them hold them for me. Thank you Ruth for all of your help!!!

Well  "there is no one that can do anything about it. It's just a single shirt..." that was the response given to me from the manager after ordering a shirt from Sand Dollar in Foley. Four weeks went by, and I had to call them for a status update. I was told around 6 weeks at that call. Six weeks came and went, again I had to call them for a status update. I asked the manager if she can make a call for me to get a status. I was told, "there is no one that can do anything about it. It's just a single shirt...". There was no sense of initiative to try to help me. She was more in defense mode than trying to be proactive to help me resolve this. Finally the result was just a credit. In hind sight, I wish my daughter would have given me a gift card to a restaurant instead. I dread going back there again...

This was the first time that I've ever been in here and it was a very nice store! They had just about every major brand from Patagonia to Huk, to Salt Life and the very popular Hey Dude shoes. The store was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and very courteous. If you need any clothes or shows and shopping in Tanger Outlets then look no further than the Sand Dollar Lifestyles store!

Awful experience. The girls behind the counter were making fun of other coworkers and I was treated as if I was going to steal something. The girl was motioning when she thought I wasn’t looking and said, I’m keeping these boxes.

Then, when I got to the register, the shoes were more expensive than I thought. Because of that and what happened earlier, I walked out and left the shoes. I won’t be back.

I would have let two of the staff members go on the spot, if I were their manager. Be polite, professional and push the buttons on the register. That’s all. Otherwise, go home.

I’m currently headed to another store to buy the exact same pair of shoes. Thanks.

They were having a pretty good sale that day. Super friendly staff.

Heck of a lot of shoes to pic from. They had just what the wife needed. Had a coupon code to use for in store shopping that they couldn't get to work so had to pay full price. Still don't like the added tax for shopping at Tanager outlet stores.

Very disappointing in the store. I have a medical problem and had to go use the restroom just to P and requested not once but twice and my husband even ask if I could please use their restroom and was told no due to all the chemicals that were stored in there, and that she wasn’t allowed to. I could not make it outside of their store unless I would have Peed all over myself. Long story short she finally let me after I begged her and then her and the young lady upfront continue to talk about me and life behind my back, if I as if I was not standing there.  And then hurt the manager and I got into a yelling match  (me letting her know how rude it is to laugh and giggle about someone within hearing distance of a medical issue, they know nothing about) She then threaten to call the police on me and then told me to leave her store and I proceeded to receive my shoes that I was looking for and then I paid for them and then I left the store. Will never ever be back in the store. All I can do now is pray for her and the young lady upfront as they would never do this to another person. You never know what medical issues someone has and it’s just a restroom.

Large selection of shoes. They have clothing and bags. I got the flip flops I needed. Name brand footwear. I received no offer to help me, but I really didn't need any.

The very young cashier wasn't too hospitable when receiving my card, like I( black female) was contagious to touch. That's not good for the business. I visited the on Saturday, .and both sales clerks were very pleasant and hospitable when taking my card

I found some super cute long sleeve T-shirts on the clearance rack and snagged a couple of those. And did a little shoe shopping for their Big Boot sale but mainly just tried a bunch of pairs on and window shopped.

Great stop for an afternoon pick me up.  Loved the friendly faces and happy drive through vibe!  Definitely my go to spot when in Foley.  ☕️❤️ My drink was amazing but  my client asked for a regular brew … will you guys ever have regular drip coffee for those that just want a plain Jane coffee on occasion?  Just a though - asking for your regular coffee drinkers out there 🙃

They carry many brands including name brands at affordable prices and on top of it offer different discounts. I was always happy with the quality of shoes I got there.
