An unpleasant experience with the staff at the store will keep me from ever returning.  I made a simple inquiry regarding the clearance price on a pair of shoes being only $5 less than a similar pair, same brand, at full price.  Rather than kindly state that it is was correct and the best that she could do with regrets that she couldn't do better, she said, "Yep, we can just put them back on the shelf of you don't want them".  If she had at least explained policy and regrets, I would have made the purchase, instead I will never be back.

Lee's Comfort Shoes

Numerous issues. Took 3 months to get the shoes and they weren't custom so it shouldn't have. Inserts they made for me caused severe blisters and open sores after 30 minutes walk. Ended up in a boot for 6 weeks and over $500 in doctor bills. Ended up going to Columbus and they did it correctly. Couldn't reach Lee's as they didn't answer the phone calls. They are also only in for appointments one morning a week. Today I got a bill for $190 for the inserts from Lee's for the appointment 9 months ago. They should be paying me for what it cost me and the 5 months I lost of wearing shoes.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to understand.  If you have feet troubles this is the store to go to.

Target

As usual, good selection, good quality.  Found everything I was looking for at a good price, near my home.  Did not have to drive a distance to, fight crowds,  or find parking at Target.  Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  I did feel they could have used a couple more assistants.
Personal note: I left my iPhone on the counter just before closing.  My phone was locked up safe and sound when I went to pick it up the next morning.

Target is my favorite store in great falls. I wish they had more sizes in woman’s clothing (plus sizes) but other than that I love everything about it. Starbucks is amazing while shopping. Perfect store for school shopping, holiday shopping.

I always have a good time at Target! I feel like I usually end up leaving with at least one item every time I go, but Target has always been a place that brings me joy and I couldn’t be more happier every time I walk in :)

The cashier was amazing. She took the time to show me how to use the app. And made sure I under stud the tabs. Like made my day.

I shopped here for a family member. They had the Dyson vacuum she wanted and one of the staff got it for me out of the storeroom. Very helpful

I ordered a vaccum online because my local store didn't have the one I wanted.  I was sent one that had obviously been used.  I was able to return it to my local store for a refund.  I didn't realize that Target sent out used item when new ones were ordered.

Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event.
1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color.
2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER.
3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area...after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves.
Naturally this made us late for said event.
On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a look😮

I really like this store. It is an endless, one floor Target. It has everything you want including Starbucks. It is also inside the mall. The staff is really nice and helpful. One star off because you can't take the cart inside the mall although there is a door open to the mall. It is like that you have to park next to Target and visit only Target.

Target was clean, organized & stocked. They had what I needed & self check out is great but not on weekends

I ordered my item for pickup and no one came outside to bring it to my vehicle after I put the parking spot number. And this was before the it starts to rain. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one came out. Plus, it was drizzling at this time. I called the store and connect to the Customer Service Desk. No one answered of course. I parked and went inside. I saw there were three people at Customer Service. There was no reason for one of them to not do their job. Now I am late coming back from my lunch break for work. I will not be coming back to this Target anytime soon or never.

I came in right before this location was closing on a Sunday and the employees working were SO sweet and patient even though I came by last minute. I was having a rough day, so their kindness meant a lot. They even helped me get signed up for the rewards program despite me talking their ears off. Give these people raises ASAP.

There was no one walking around to offer help so we left. However, they did have several different styles of shoes & many different colors. You need to improve your customer service skills, good luck.

Super great Famous Footwear at tanger outlets. Super friendly staff that wants customers to have the best deals. I'll return soon.

We went to the Tanger market since the local store did not open until 11. The clerk was so nice and helpful. I used a 5 dollar coupon from my membership to Tanger booklet. We were in and out quickly.

At first I was a little skeptical about the high ratings for this location. However, I must say the reviews, if anything, fall short to describe just how incredible this Target is. The employees have never disappointed. Customer service here is run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. One person in particular who made my Target experience top notch was Allison. This young lady was so polite, well spoken, and went above and beyond to help me. While I was waiting in line to be assisted I noticed how she was treating customers even those who were not so kind and she just kept smiling and being helpful. I have also been assisted by a manager, who was clearly busy, but took the time to help me. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name that day.

TAKE PICS AS YOU SHOP! I always shop at Target, but I have learned to take pics of all prices of all items that I put in my cart, because when you check out, the prices will be higher!! Some as much as $2 higher. So watch out for correct prices!! I show the pics at the register, and if they don't want to take my word, they can walk and find the price. I've only had 1 cashier tell me they couldn't go by my pics for prices, and I politely said that I would walk her to the item. I'm not going to shop and then pay EXTRA at the register, especially in our world of high prices, today. The pics I'm posting, prices were WRONG! I HAD PICS!

The store needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled kinda blech, and everything looked dingy. The Halloween section is TERRIBLE. Could not find Cat ears and tail. Really?? Target used to be amazing. I don't know what happened.

Awesome experience at Target the weekend before Christmas! The employees were great and the store was stocked.

So poorly staffed. The staff they do have are clueless. Cannot get anyone on the phone no matter what department you call. Store is completely disorganized. Horrible!

Ordered Christmas eve order was ready within 2 hours. The pick up line moved fast they seemed very organized and they were very happy to help anyone in need. Kept me informed overall great experience. It was also very nice to see the employees helping each other and they all had great attitudes

You need to open more registers to assist customers. Everyone does not want to use self check out. This is ridiculous. I came to shop and not check my own items out at the self check out. Do better target and hire more people to work these registers. And stop making the excuse that people don’t wanna work. Targets drive-up pick up is fast and easy. I tried it for the first time the other day and I love it. I’m definitely going to have to start shopping at Target more often. I got some great deals on Christmas ornament frames.

I was wrongfully accused of shoplifting. It’s hard, being a dark skinned black women I was shopping for the holidays and I was getting harassed and follow through target I know that nobody really not going to care, but I was in deep sorrow because I have to deal with situations like this, my whole entire life being wrongfully accused of something
I am so angry at the situation. I want the store to be shut down. I want something to happen, but nobody cares about the black woman Feeling and I am only 25 I have a great career. And I am financially stable ain’t no need for me to steal. Target wrongfully accused me of stealing because my purse was a size of a paper. However, it’s a white woman that passed me up with a big size duffel bag purse 👜 and the rest is history. Y’all already know what happened. A normal dark skinned black woman living a normal. 🙁😕😢😣😔😔😔😩

I am very disappointed in the level of customer service I did not receive. For one the gentleman who checked us out could have been more helpful. I told him I wanted to use my red card to get the discounts and coupons I spent most of Saturday clipping to my card. He told me that I couldn't use my card because I was not using that red card to pay. Which was wrong information. If that was the case I would have gone to Walmart or Best Buy where the same pad is $249.

Nataya is literally the best. She is so friendly and helpful. She's been there every time we come in and we are always happy to see her

The manager I spoke with today was amazing. They didn't have the size I ordered out of the 3 pair I ordered and she was very much helpful I picked up the order at around 10 am she credited me back for the shoe and went above and beyond to give me rewards for my next purchase. I greatly appreciate the help. Due to the pandemic that has affected people not wanting to work even if they are short staffed she did an amazing job. People here really need to stop complaining of people being short staffed they are doing the best they can . At least they are working.

Very nice clean store prices are not bad,associate was well knowledgeable and she was alot of help and very friendly,I would return for my needs again,shelves were stocked very well.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGER VANESSA!
Inquired about 2 items that’s were stocked under the wrong price cashier said she will honor the price that the items were located under manager VANESSA was no less than belligerent, ghetto, and disgusting, she told me the items were a higher price i tried to state to her that the items all the items in the area were under the wrong price she got so loud and belligerent almost seemingly as if she wanted to assault me then stated for me to leave simply because I was questioning why the items were in the wrong location and not stocked accordingly. I will never ever go there again I assumed she stereo typed me not knowing that I am a paralegal. she was so unprofessional and did Not represent the company at all. Also while eating a bag of Lays chips on the floor while arguing with a customer not allowing me to speak my point of the unorganized merchandise.  Customer Service at its LOWEST!!!! The Muslim cashier woman was very respectful, courteous, had great customer service and tried to rectify the situation. Shocked by the disrespect received from this establishment.

Couldn't find a non broken foot measurement device in the store.  Waited in line to talk to the only employee to get one that wasnt broken.   She said they only had one in the whole store!  Really?  A shoe store with only one shoe measurer?  I asked if there was any way for me to check my shoe size in the store without it and she said no.  Don't waste your time at this store.

I walked in and was promptly greeted and asked what I was looking for. The gal brought several pairs of shoes, actually helped put them on and was accommodating when I asked for something else. Within 30 minutes I had a pair of shoes for a reasonable price. Too easy!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was blown away and beyond impressed with how many shoes and brands they have. I came in for a pair of Danskos and was immediately helped out by Mickelle (sorry if I misspelled!). She was so knowledgeable and kind. I will absolutely be back!!

My experience could not have been any better.  I was greeted by an employee named Ray as soon as I entered the store.  I told him that I was looking for a good walking shoe.  He pulled my size in three different brands and helped me to try on each brand of shoe.  All three brands were great, but I picked the one that felt the best to me.  The sales associate was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable.  Why go anywhere else?

Hello, everyone am Wes, the sales associate with all the fantastic Google reviews. I am sorry to say I no longer work for the Orleans Shoe Co. I decided to completely change my life around. I stopped using and started N/A. Any that knows someone making that decision, is the hardest decision a person can make in their lifetime. We often have mood swings, very emotional, and sensitive!!! The Managers over all the stores and owners are completely showing any lack of compassion, and understanding. Nor do they care!!! If I ever helped you with a shoe, please for my sake do not shop at this establishment. Because you know who the real Wes is!!! Order your shoes directly from the manufacturer, and mostly save a few bucks. I had a love for this company until they showed me exactly what they stand for the All Mighty Dollar. I never was a person who wasn’t polite & respectful to each of you. Shame on you Orleans Shoe Co.

Fantastic service!!  Mickelle fitted and helped my 86 year old mother find the perfect shoes.  Her patience was amazing!!  Mom left with three pairs of shoes!! She has a very narrow foot and is hard to fit.  Mom was so excited not to have to "make do".  I walked out with 2 pair!!  The selection was amazing from dress shoes to tennis shoes, from colors, styles and sizes.  We will definitely shop Orleans Shoe Co. again!!

My go-to place to buy perfume and cologne! Sheila, Alethea, and Carlos are awesome!! Every time I come and one of them is working, they immediately greet you with a smile. What I love most about them is that they go above and beyond to make sure my purchases are beautifully packaged whether they have a gift bag or can be wrapped. I mainly buy perfume or cologne as presents/gifts so when they offer to wrap it for me, it saves me an extra step! I love that about them! Such great services!!!

Ms. Mirna is amazing. Offered to help before I could even think to ask for it. Didn’t pressure me at all, just stayed nearby to answer questions and was a complete delight. Bought a couple of shirts just because of her kindness. Will be back for sure, so long as she is here to take care of my transaction. Also, I want to add that Mr. Richard is one of the most helpful sales reps I have ever come across. I purchased some shoes today after the terrible experience I had at Macy’s. Next time, I’m coming here FIRST. Dillard’s is really onto something with these amazing employees. I’m turning into a regular customer here because of these awesome people! Really hope they get raises occasionally because it’s hard to find these type of employees. Keep them at all costs!

Hello to who it may concern I was really trying to not take it here but it seems like I have no other option. I was hired on as an employee at your beautiful store. I love the store I have been shopping with Dillard since I was 13 years old. I enjoy my experience. I did my orientation to officially become a employee but due to the circumstances, I was forced not to show up for the remainder of my time in conclusion that was in the beginning of August. I am still trying to receive my pay for the orientation. Employees in fragrance department were looking at their cell phones on company time watching the Saints game. They never looked up from their phones to even see there was a customer, me, waiting to make a purchase. I waited several minutes too and then left and bought the perfume from their competitor, Macy's. Na manager anywhere around to talk to, just employees goofing off.

Keisha from the MAC counter gve me a fabulous makeover. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The customer service Keisha gave deserves to be recognized.  Not only did she give me  beautiful makeover she manged other customers. She multitasked without making me feel uncomfortable. Dillard's Keisha from your MAC counter is a wonderful employee.
