The manager I spoke with today was amazing. They didn't have the size I ordered out of the 3 pair I ordered and she was very much helpful I picked up the order at around 10 am she credited me back for the shoe and went above and beyond to give me rewards for my next purchase. I greatly appreciate the help. Due to the pandemic that has affected people not wanting to work even if they are short staffed she did an amazing job. People here really need to stop complaining of people being short staffed they are doing the best they can . At least they are working.

Very nice clean store prices are not bad,associate was well knowledgeable and she was alot of help and very friendly,I would return for my needs again,shelves were stocked very well.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGER VANESSA! Inquired about 2 items that’s were stocked under the wrong price cashier said she will honor the price that the items were located under manager VANESSA was no less than belligerent, ghetto, and disgusting, she told me the items were a higher price i tried to state to her that the items all the items in the area were under the wrong price she got so loud and belligerent almost seemingly as if she wanted to assault me then stated for me to leave simply because I was questioning why the items were in the wrong location and not stocked accordingly. I will never ever go there again I assumed she stereo typed me not knowing that I am a paralegal. she was so unprofessional and did Not represent the company at all. Also while eating a bag of Lays chips on the floor while arguing with a customer not allowing me to speak my point of the unorganized merchandise. Customer Service at its LOWEST!!!! The Muslim cashier woman was very respectful, courteous, had great customer service and tried to rectify the situation. Shocked by the disrespect received from this establishment.

Couldn't find a non broken foot measurement device in the store. Waited in line to talk to the only employee to get one that wasnt broken. She said they only had one in the whole store! Really? A shoe store with only one shoe measurer? I asked if there was any way for me to check my shoe size in the store without it and she said no. Don't waste your time at this store.
