Always clean and well organized. There can be a wait at the customer service desk for order pick or returns. Seems like there's only 1 person there at a time. There isn't usually a big wait in the checkout line. Drive up is always fast and friendly.

Target is my go-to shopping place. The associates are friendly, the stores are well organized and clean, and the checkout is quick.  The ease of returns are also painless. They give you 90 days to return, unless specified otherwise. There are also several  bonuses shopping @Target like receiving cash back on every purchase just by signing up for Target Citcle. Download the Target app and start earning reward money for Everyday purchases.  Not to mention, when you have the app, and input your Target Circle number at the checkout, your receipts are saved there just in case you lose the paper receipt. You can also view and save coupons in the app. You get 5% donated to a school of your choice. You get 5% off your purchase for your birthday that can be used anytime within that month...I think. Then there's Pick-up and Drive-up options for your lazy days. Oh, and you can search for and item in the app to see if it's available at your store, that way you don't make a blank trip. You can pull up the app while in store to get the location of an item too. So there's no need to be walking around in circles looking for something because the aisle info is included...and this works for any store, just select your current store location and Voila. The list goes on, but this list should help  you decide what you wanna do 😘

I’m appalled at the young lady in the fitting room area who told my daughter she can try on something as long as she doesn’t leave it in the fitting room and when she’s done she needs to bring it out I’m utterly disgusted it’s like everything in me not to go off on her I was very offended that she would say something like that Is her job to make sure that the fitting rooms are clean? Not my daughters people leave stuff in the fitting rooms all the time and for her to make the comment I took it as she was being racist and at the same Talking down on my daughter my daughter is grown she might not look like it but she is. I spoke with the manager about the situation and she assured me that she would address it. I did not stick around to see what happened because the store was closing. I will not be back in this location.

I love Target! Most of the time they have what I need. Their home decore  department is nice, but they don't have to many sales in this department. Today I came in for a body and hair mist I really like and also picked up a cute little mini cake stand.

The customer service was severely lax called 25 times altogether to see if they had the item we online ordered no answer or just got hung up on. Cashier couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone when we went to check out. I work in retail and that was awful. maybe have a meeting and discuss how to answer store phones and stay off of personal phones.

Complete Birkenstock

Amazing service!!! Was looking for a specific pair online for months and I finally found it here. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I got the pair I wanted. Would recommend for all your Birkenstock needs, 10/10!!

I love this store. This is the only place that I buy Birkenstocks from ( 4 pair ) they have plenty of very helpful employees who know the product well. Many styles and sizes in stock. Plenty of public parking. I highly recommend this store.

Had a great experience shopping here! They have an amazing selection of Birkenstocks and the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. They were also happy to add more holes onto my boyfriend’s old Birkenstock sandals. We loved the store so much that we brought my boyfriend’s mom back the very next day and she ended up buying a pair of shoes too!
I’m really close to needing a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and I absolutely know where I’ll go when that time comes.

Rogan's Shoes

They are selective on who they want to service with customer service. I had to make a comment that I wasn’t being helped before they offered to assist me. They were just standing around, it was on a Sunday store wasn’t busy at all. If I didn’t get coupons from a community program I would never shop here. I only get the coupons once a year. The selection is subpar, customer service horrible and the shoe prices are unreasonable.

Rogans is our go-to source for shoes.  Not only will they save my half-off for a future purchase, they will ship shoes to our house foe free if they're not in-stock at my local store.  Awesome selection and great value!

I wish that I grabbed the name of the taller gentleman who helped me find some work boots, because he has been one of the most helpful sales people I've dealt with. I walked in, told him the specifications of shoe that I was looking for, and he was able to provide me with several different varieties of boots that fit my standards. A very good location if you need any kind of specialized boot or shoes for your job.

Rogan's employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, I love how they seem to offer suggestions, but I never felt like I was hearing a sales pitch.

Very professional staff all around, footwear is always affordable. Support a local family-owned business that has been here since 1971, Rogan's is also actively involved in their community as they partner with sketchers to distribute shoes for low-income families.

Always seem to have deals on their shoes. Picked up a great pair of Hoka Bondi 8s there for a good price.

I arrived to this business at 5:50pm and the staff closed the door in my face claiming they were closed already. Online it states you close at 6:00pm. This business needs better customer service.

Great shoe shopping experience. Went in to browse with girlfriends. Left with 3 pairs of shoes each: some casual shoes, some business-dressy shoes. Sales staff were very helpful and professional - old fashioned shoe horn technique!  No pressure to buy, but they made the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. They will ship them home for us!  The shoes sell themselves if you want to treat yourself!

This is the best shoe store.  In the past few years I have given up buying shoes elsewhere.  They have quality shoes that last!  Many of these are brands that you can't find anywhere else.   I still wear several pairs that I bought many years ago .  Their prices are fair and they have great sales.  The salesmen are very knowledgeable and make sure you walk out with something you'll wear and love.

Tradehome Shoes

Can't say I've ever had a better shoe shopping experience than I had here on 4/22/17. I wish I could remember the names of the young male and female working that day because they were fantastic. Both of them were very helpful without being pushy one bit. The girl was actually wearing the shoes I was looking at and she could tell me first hand everything about them and how to take care of them - it was great. The guy helping me brought out any pair I wanted and more so I could find what I liked. By the time I was done we had about 10 boxes of shoes spread across the floor that I had tried on. I felt bad because we made such a mess but he said it was no problem at all. Both of them were very honest, helpful, and authentic. I ended up buying 1 pair (same pair the girl employee was wearing) and I'm happy with them so far. Tradehome is more expensive than other shoe stores on average but the quality seems to be better and the personalized service was phenomenal. I live about 2 hours away but I'll be coming back.

Becca and Kate took excellent care of me today. I returned a pair of Hokas that I had purchased 6/18. I noticed this morning that my sole had started to separate. I went in and asked for options, I was told they could swap for a new pair and Becca sat me and asked what my size was. She brought out a new pair, got them on my feet. Real happy with the process. Excellent customer service. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional. I had to sign the return receipt and was done with no hassle at all. Very happy customer!

The two salesmen were just so awesome!! I have cerebral palsy so finding good shoes can be a challenge, they were so knowledgeable and I found 2 pairs!! Thanks for having an awesome staff

I had an issue with the fit of some boots. The manager was very helpful with an exchange and made sure I was happy with the new boots I got. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Sales associate was awesome. Very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my shoe. I bought a pair of the Hokas and they are awesome. So comfortable. Definitely recommend a stop by and check them out.

Shoe Carnival

I came in for 2 specific pairs of shoes and both were in stock. The ladies working the front were a wonderful surprise. Most retail workers are not as friendly anymore but these two made my day. Let me know some socks I grabbed were B1G1 free and good quick conversation during checkout. I wish all retail workers were as nice as these two. I am also a retail worker and know how hard it can be. Kudos gals!

Didn't find much selection to my liking but I guess I'm old, don't care so much for modern designs. Also was hard to find my size but then I wear a rather large size.  What I didn't like was trying to get some assistance.  I finally got one girl to help me, she just sorta pointed out some areas for me to look then disappeared. After awhile a black lady showed up, was attentive to my needs and did her best to assist me.  Thank goodness for this fine lady.

They had a variety of shoes,unfortunately they didn't have my daughters size in the shoe she liked.  The employee did offer to order for us and ship,but she needed them for the next day. I will definitely be back,they have a lot of girl shoes.

Brittany was SUPER AMAZING!!!! She stayed with me till I found the perfect shoes to work in with my Plantar Fasciitis. She was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!

My son was followed by your employee through three different aisles, I do not appreciate this stereotypical racism. We are "indigenous"  or native American indians as you label us, I do spend my money at your store but not anymore! FYI my money is green like everyone else's, not brown like me! If I were there with him I would've confronted this prejudice behavior from your employee! We do not steal, I was not raised that way! A message to our indigenous people, do not spend another dollar at this store!

Had to stop in on my way home from a trip having just drove 13 hrs with another 3 to go. I needed to just exchange an online order for another size. The women behind the counter were so helpful, so kind. I ended up owing an additional $1.50 & they covered out of their own pockets so that I didn't have to run all the way back out to my car for my wallet. I didn't catch their names but they def made my night! Thank u!

Great time to get a new backpack for this year for school.

They didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size. So I got my old standby shoes I like.

Last year, sought athletic shoes for trail running and cross training.

Staff didn't know product. I had to use my phone to find shoes appropriate to the activity. Staff only pushed athleisure lifestyle shoes.

Ended up buying multiple pairs on Zappos and returning what didn't fit.

Journeys

I never seen such unprofessional setting. Today I walked in, and seen the worker( the lady with a mole )  have her whole family behind the cash register. And her kid eating from a chair as if it were a day care.
Definitely not a welcoming environment.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Prices are really good. I buy most of my shoes here. If they don't have a specific color scheme of shoe you're looking for, they'll find you a pair online and have it ship directly to you, which is pretty cool.

I had the best customer service at Journeys in Minot, ND. I had boots that were shipped to the Journeys in the North Dakota Square Mall from one of the Journeys in Mall of America. When I arrived to pick up my boots in the Minot store the boots had not arrived there yet. They were supposed to as I had paid for 1-2 day shipping. However, Whitney helped me sort out my problem. She called the head office to determine where the boots exactly were. I am from Canada so she was not able to ship the boots to me. Instead, she tracked down a pair of boots in B.C. for me. She arranged for these boots to be shipped to me in Regina, Saskatchewan. As well, she refunded me the price for the express shipping cost that I originally paid in Minneapolis. Whitney was so the best! She provided such great customer service! I suggest everyone visit Journeys in Minot!

Unreal service. Got replacement laws and the beautiful red head with glasses laced my boots for me. Was unsure about buying another pair of boots but that solidified it for me. Only regret was I didn't ask her out.

My husband was trying to find shoes to fill a specific need (work-related) but didn't know what kind of shoes would be best. Aaron listened carefully to what my husband's needs were and did a great job finding options and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. He was very pleasant and patient as we took a super long time going over all the initial options and the additional options he brought after getting my husband's feedback. From observing the other employees during the time we were in the store, they seem like they would be helpful as well. I highly recommend this Tradehome.

They have a great shoe selection, but when i walked in it was because i saw a sign that said "bogo deals, buy one 50% off all 'hey dudes' " so i walked in, and started to look at the selection while talking with my brother. So with the "bogo deals" i chose my shoes, and my brother chose his, we walked to the counter, the man at the register rang up the shoes, then says, "oh yeah, i just walked out there and took down the bogo sign, so these are no longer on the list". Gotta say its quite disrespectful to acknowledge theres a deal, and still not apply it to the purchase.

Staff helpfully measured me and recommended shoes for my needs (anti-pronation) and they have a good grasp of their product and body mechanics.

Pricing was actually cheaper than Amazon, FWIW, though I would've happily paid more for the service and local availability.

This one is massive and backs off the mall.
My only complaint is it has a smaller cold foods section than some, specifically the options in yogurts and what not.

Always a pleasure shopping at Target, it's super clean and there's lots of room between isles which I love.  They remodeled and even have a liquor store now right by the entrance.  Theres also lots more food and produce which Jordan, the employee in charge of that area has done an amazing job with.  Definitely recommend a visit.

This store has improved since the remodel. It's still not a super target, but it's clean and well stocked. Friendly staff and conveniently attached to the mall.  They have offsale liquor and a Starbucks.

I lost my little boy in the store today. I was so thankful and impressed by the response of the staff (and so many other customers) who quickly organized to help me find him. Thank you to Heather and everyone else at Target who helped this panicked mama!

I love, love, love Target drive up. So convenient, quick, and easy. Employees are so great. Thank you, Target!  .
