Always clean and well organized. There can be a wait at the customer service desk for order pick or returns. Seems like there's only 1 person there at a time. There isn't usually a big wait in the checkout line. Drive up is always fast and friendly.

Target is my go-to shopping place. The associates are friendly, the stores are well organized and clean, and the checkout is quick. The ease of returns are also painless. They give you 90 days to return, unless specified otherwise. There are also several bonuses shopping @Target like receiving cash back on every purchase just by signing up for Target Citcle. Download the Target app and start earning reward money for Everyday purchases. Not to mention, when you have the app, and input your Target Circle number at the checkout, your receipts are saved there just in case you lose the paper receipt. You can also view and save coupons in the app. You get 5% donated to a school of your choice. You get 5% off your purchase for your birthday that can be used anytime within that month...I think. Then there's Pick-up and Drive-up options for your lazy days. Oh, and you can search for and item in the app to see if it's available at your store, that way you don't make a blank trip. You can pull up the app while in store to get the location of an item too. So there's no need to be walking around in circles looking for something because the aisle info is included...and this works for any store, just select your current store location and Voila. I’m appalled at the young lady in the fitting room area who told my daughter she can try on something as long as she doesn’t leave it in the fitting room and when she’s done she needs to bring it out I’m utterly disgusted it’s like everything in me not to go off on her I was very offended that she would say something like that Is her job to make sure that the fitting rooms are clean? Not my daughters people leave stuff in the fitting rooms all the time and for her to make the comment I took it as she was being racist and at the same Talking down on my daughter my daughter is grown she might not look like it but she is. I spoke with the manager about the situation and she assured me that she would address it. I did not stick around to see what happened because the store was closing. I will not be back in this location.

I love Target! Most of the time they have what I need. Their home decore department is nice, but they don't have to many sales in this department. Today I came in for a body and hair mist I really like and also picked up a cute little mini cake stand.

The customer service was severely lax called 25 times altogether to see if they had the item we online ordered no answer or just got hung up on. Cashier couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone when we went to check out. I work in retail and that was awful. maybe have a meeting and discuss how to answer store phones and stay off of personal phones.
