Happy Feet

I purchased my orthotics in 2016 at the store on Menaul. My feet have been HAPPY ever since. Worth every dime! A colorful foot roller was included with my purchase - very therapeutic. I am now a 'Happy Feet' customer for life. And I'm very grateful to the gentleman at the store who remembered me and was ready to take care of my every need.

Excellent, custom orthotics was made for me by happy feet.  My pain has gone away. Thank you!

Buying shoes here changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic,  but it's true. My feet and knees hurt so bad, then I came here. The gentleman (I forgot his name) was so patient with me. He answered all my questions and absolutely no pressure. He helped me put on my shoes (I have a hard time bending down) and made sure they were a perfect fit. The shoes are reasonably priced. I spent about $150 for some with springs (sounds a little pricey but I expected to pay a pay more)  I still have pain, but now I can at least function and join family for various functions. Highly recommended I won't buy shoes anywhere else

My husband recently purchased some inserts for shoes that he is very happy with. He works a job where he is on his feet for 12 hr per day and they are very helpful. He feet are less sore using these. We both had purchased our first inserts from the current owners father and they lasted us more than 15 year. Very happy with Happy feet as they make our feet happy!

Great service!  My feet are happy, toes straightening out and walking taller and stronger.  They go above and beyond!

Heel To Toe

Bought shoes at Heel To Toe for the first time today & my experience was outstanding! Xavior listened to my story about experiencing severe foot, leg, & muscle pain due to starting a new physically labor intensive job, the kind of work I do, and the pain/symptoms I am feeling. I was measured, and we also tried a few different inserts & supports until the magic combination was found. These ARE the most expensive pair of shoes I've ever purchased for myself, but necessary & WELL worth any cost, not to mention the EXCELLENT customer service & knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

Great service!  I've worn Arizona Birks for over 15 years and I always buy 'em there and get 'em repaired there, too!  They'll listen to specific requests to make 'em as comfortable as possible (like grinding down the toe bar when installing a new foot bed).  Plus, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the repair service is top notch!  Thanks, folks!

Ok… I normally don’t write reviews like this but I am disappointed with my experience here. On Monday morning shortly after they opened I dropped off a pair of leather boots to be cleaned. I had bought them second hand and there was a great deal of old shoe polish, animal hair, and black gunk residue clearly visible around the hardware. I had called before hand to verify that this place even had cleaning services for boots. When I dropped off the shoes they told me it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days for them to finish.

By the time friday rolled around I thought I would check in and see if they were finished, since I wanted to wear them Friday night. Not only were they not cleaned, but I was told that there were three orders that had yet to be cleaned ahead of time.

After some time mulling it over, I returned a few hours later to pick up the dirty boots, figuring that I could bring them back later to have them cleaned. The (super nice) employee told me that they had actually just finished cleaning them, so I paid $15 for the service and left with the boots.

When I got home I found that the boots had not been cleaned at all, and in fact they might have been even worse than before. I cannot even brush against them without thick black shoe polish (?) or gunk rubbing off. The hardware was still visibly dirty and the animal hair was still clinging to the dirt.

I decided to leave this review after I spent half an hour trying to clean these boots without proper tools or supplies. I just want to be able to wear them without worrying about getting black gunk on every surface I touch. They are still very dirty and I basically paid them to hold my shoes hostage for a week.

I’m including an extra star because the employees have all been nice aside from telling me these shoes were clean when they clearly were not.

Radio advertising says sale. Went in 1st salesman Oh no that's tomorrow.  I never met a more arrogant staff in 20 years. After looking at a pair of shoes thinking I would come back tomorrow then apparently a manager informs me nothing on the sales floor we'll be on sale only the basement junk. If you're looking for an arrogant Snotty Rude place to buy shoes THIS IS THE PLACE. 10 YEAR CUSTOMER. DONE

My doctor sent me to this place because I had some discomfort on my feet, no pain. She recommended to get some insoles with inserts only. The staff were nice, asked me to wait for the expert. Without asking many questions the expert recommended to buy new shoes. He seemed frustrated when I didn't take his recommendation. I got the insoles with the insert but now my problem foot and my knee feel very uncomfortable. This was a couple of days ago , if the problem continue I'll have to see my doctor again. On the plus side they have a nice selection of shoes, it's a relatively large store.

Birkenstock Concepts

In need of some high-quality boots and shoe repairs, my wife and I stopped in for a look around. We were greeted by Stan, who was very friendly and helped us find the styles and sizes we needed. We returned to the store later to exchange sizes, and again, he was a big help right before closing time. We will definitely go back for our shoe repair and footwear needs in the future!

Great service and selection of shoes. I was specifically looking to replace my Birkenstock sandals, but also found some other lovely brands and styles. I’ll definitely be back for some woolly clogs in the fall. The woman who helped me brought out several styles and sizes until we found the perfect fit for my tricky feet (wide and needs arch support).

Tradewinds Cove Birkenstock

I bought my first board today and the experience was incredible. Dave was extremely helpful in helping me pick out trucks, wheels, etc. The prices were more than reasonable and the atmosphere and vibes of the place were awesome. This will be the only place I go to for anything skating related. Also amazing selection of clothes.

Trade Winds is such a fun store and the best choice for purchasing your Birkenstocks.  This store is not a 'mall experience' type of store, but a mom and pop place.  Want to know what your shoe size is?  They look at your foot and, seriously, they know your correct size!!  Ask to try on a size larger or smaller and discover they were right.  Friendly, knowledgeable and great selection.

Great store, from jewelry, clothes to skateboards. You can get everything. The owners are very nice.

Our son has gotten into skateboarding recently. He wanted a board for Christmas. We went to Tradewinds and couldn't be happier. They had a great selection and the owners/staff were awesome. They are very knowledgeable and so helpful. Our son was able to build a custom board that he can't stop raving about. Pricing is good even when comparing to "online" retailers but you get the knowledge and kindness of their staff. Keep your $$ local and support an independent business that really seems to get "it". You'll be happy you did.

This place is the best. Dave knows his stuff and gives great advice on boards (snow, skate, and long).

Target

I am so glad the online ordering pick up is great here they have a lot of parking more room and it’s away from the entrance where there’s a lot of people going in and out and not even in your way when you back up your vehicle, I like it keep it up and keep up the good work too.

All their swim stuff is on sell. And I have been looking for a planner high and low. For $20 I found hard cover notebook sized planner. I'm in love with the planner and have received many complements. Their clothes are pretty decent as well. In such a small town good fashion is hard to find so I am living at target.

In the phone department, a young man named Dallas was a tremendous help after I bought a new phone & needed help with it.  He was patient and courteous, answering all my questions and he helped get it set up to use the Square for sales.

Customer service representative was very rude to my daughter, then threw the items ordered on the counter and they almost hit my daughter.  Will not recommend pick up in store orders because of the way she was treated while picking up the newborn formula I ordered for her.

Poor experience. I drove an hour to pick up my item, a gift for my son, and the box was damaged and in poor condition. When asked why the box was damaged the employee said, “I have no idea”, a poor response for customer service. The online review by Target kept malfunctioning which irritated me even more. Oh yeah, I drove an hour to for this Target. I should have spent my money at Walmart in Durango, CO.

Tradehome Shoes

This is my go to place for my Ecco (sp?) sandals. they always have good sales! Don’t forget to get that super wick sock. It really helps your feet feel better. I just learned you need to clean your sandals to keep them in better shape and last longer and I got the stuff to do it so if your feet are getting sweaty as feet usually do go get some sandal cleaner. Don’t forget the deodorizer that’s a winner in tennis shoes, but it works for sandals to, and they always have sales.  School is coming. Best place to get shoes for every kind of kid. They have all of the brands. And they are attentive to you and listen. Brooks that’s my tennis shoe. They have the cutest shoes for your kiddos, but don’t take my word for it go down and check it out yourself. This trade home shoes is in the Columbia Mall right next to the pretzel maker.

Guy working was insanely nice and patient with us as we tried on shoes. Didn’t catch his name but it was his first day working at the store and he killed it! He typically works at the Fargo store.

I've been a Tradehome customer for a while now, they're my go-to place to get shoes for work that will last. I had to replace my husband's shoes and forgot to grab his shoe size, they looked up my account and even pulled the Hokas that were the closest to what he ordered before. They are so easy to work with!

After buying two pairs of shoes at scheels, we went here. Best experience ever. Ty actually cares and knows everything about feet and shoes. Pronation and everything. I cannot recommend Tradehome enough, specifically Ty. We went back in to Scheels and returned the original shoes. My feet haven't hurt at all since this visit.

On top of that, we bought a pair for someone back home with very severe feet problems. Ty gave us a great discount and was so caring. He nailed the shoe she needed. She is doing so much better thanks to Ty.

Small selection, didn't have what I was looking for

Target pick up is the best. Sometimes my employee is at my door before my car is even in park. My order is always correct. I love using the app. It can be a little tricky to use in the store.

A few days ago, I went shopping at this location which is a little out of my way. Initially I didn't find some of the things I was looking for. When I got to the cash register, I asked the cashier about the things I didn't locate. I was hesitant at first because some cashiers act as if you are a problem if you ask them questions while you are checking out. This cashier put a big smile on her face and told me "Don't worry, I got you". She then looked up the items and told me which items the store didn't have and where to find the items that the store did have. She put the rest of my items aside and waited for me to return. It is very nice to see that some people still have great customer service! I just want management to know that this cashier whose name I believe was Lea is a great asset to the store.

I really love Target, especially this location.

They have recycling available (walk inside, go right : it's before you get to the pharmacy)

There is a Starbucks, and customer service right inside the main entrance.

The store is clean and neatly organized.

The CVS pharmacy is located inside, the employees are very kind.

Lots of practical storage totes in stock.

I made a return and instead of money going back to my credit card they recharged me!! If I could give a negative review I would… I disputed it with the card company so instead of loosing 100 dollars returning something I’m only loosing 50… for returning something

I love my Target in Bossier City, La. I always grab a Starbucks, and shop for random things when I pick my prescriptions up.
Store is clean and the associates are always pleasant.

I ordered 2 different bags online this past week. I didn’t need to pay for shipping because Amber brought them from Fargo herself a few days later! Excellent quality and amazing customer service!! I always have a great experience shopping here!!

Shopping at Boots & Heels is always such a treat!!  The staff is friendly and manage to brighten my day with every visit, they are always helpful finding just what I need!!  Being a member of their Fab Friends emails and receiving the notices for specials is fantastic!

Even though I have only visited this location a handful of times, I have been a faithful online shopper for a couple of years. Being a Fab Friend gets you a sneak peek at items as well a discount or two. I love this store!!!

Ahh Comfort Shoes

I made an appointment with Jeff after finding this store online. I have terrible plantar fasciitis and fallen arches; I also have larger than average feet. I wore out a pair of Dansko clogs in less than a year. In an hour, I walked out with four pairs of shoes. Jeff's attention to detail and anticipation of my footwear needs made this the shortest and smoothest shoe shopping trip in my whole life! I'll definitely be back for warm weather shoes!

Visiting from out of state I searched for a shoe store with personalized customer service to find a correctly fitting and comfortable shoe to deal with several foot and leg issues. I called for appt and met with Jeff who methodically, professionally and very patiently worked through each of my concerns to find the best options for me. Jeff was absolutely incredible to work with. My mom and I came in without an appointment (we didn’t know we needed one, but we’ll be sure to make one for all future stops!) and Jeff graciously took time out of his already busy day to listen, educate and help us beyond anything we thought possible.
