Tradewinds Cove Birkenstock

I bought my first board today and the experience was incredible. Dave was extremely helpful in helping me pick out trucks, wheels, etc. The prices were more than reasonable and the atmosphere and vibes of the place were awesome. This will be the only place I go to for anything skating related. Also amazing selection of clothes.

Trade Winds is such a fun store and the best choice for purchasing your Birkenstocks. This store is not a 'mall experience' type of store, but a mom and pop place. Want to know what your shoe size is? They look at your foot and, seriously, they know your correct size!! Ask to try on a size larger or smaller and discover they were right. Friendly, knowledgeable and great selection.

Great store, from jewelry, clothes to skateboards. You can get everything. The owners are very nice.

Our son has gotten into skateboarding recently. He wanted a board for Christmas. We went to Tradewinds and couldn't be happier. They had a great selection and the owners/staff were awesome. They are very knowledgeable and so helpful. Our son was able to build a custom board that he can't stop raving about. Pricing is good even when comparing to "online" retailers but you get the knowledge and kindness of their staff. Keep your $$ local and support an independent business that really seems to get "it". You'll be happy you did.

This place is the best. Dave knows his stuff and gives great advice on boards (snow, skate, and long).
