School of Rock

School of Rock rocks!!  Not only do they provide music lessons but they provide confidence to grow and reach for the stars, they learn teamwork working in a band atmosphere .  The best part of this musical experience is they are allowed to play current music that they want and enjoy.
My 14 year old Grandson has bonded with Mr. Cory, not enough words to describe how great this type of music experience will contribute to a well rounded adulthood.
I have another Grandson that is 19 and just aging out of School of Rock.

We love the location in Virginia Beach.  Hannah is always amazing at the front desk.  She is kind, caring, and always a ray of sunshine!  Joe is the perfect instructor for my son.  He is calming, reassuring, and makes my son want to learn.  They enjoy the same genre of music, and he is willing to let my son learn whatever he is interested in at the time.  Everyone at the school is great, and we would highly recommend the school to others that have children/teens that want to learn music in a fun, friendly and professional environment.

Our 7yo just finished a week of summer camp, his first time at School of Rock, and absolutely loved it! He never wanted to leave!  He’s been asking when he can go back.  The staff are great and friendly, highly recommend!

What a fun and wonderful way to introduce music! Our very timid (downright scared) child warmed up quickly once they got started and had a blast. She had so much fun and learned a lot. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you School of Rock VB!

Kiddie Academy of Clermont

Love this place. The infant team is so helpful, friendly, and engaging. They truly create a village around our child.

Being new to Central Florida, we were not sure where to start looking for a pre-kindergarten for our son. After our search of over ten schools, we stumbled upon Kiddie Academy of Clermont!  Extremely clean, family owned, and modern.  Once our kids began, we quickly realized how great the teachers (Ms. Bridget, Ms. Amy and Ms. Julet)!  As an added bonus, they have continual webcam access, daily routine/learning reports as well as pictures updated daily via a secure app!  We definitely recommend Kiddie Academy of Clermont!

I love this daycare for my daughter I feel safe dropping her off everyday knowing that she’s going to be well taken care of.

My son used to attend a school nearby, where they said he was having “behavioral” issues and he was not listening. At that time he had just turned 2 year old. We were on the waiting list for Kiddie for maybe 4-6 months. When they called us and we immediately did the switch! As a first time mom, the wait was worth it!! My son loved all of his teachers (Ms.Astrid, Ms.Linda, Ms. Trinity, Ms.Gabby). Honestly, all of the staff is amazing, caring, and understanding!! Aside from providing exceptional education, they treat my son like family. Most daycares have waitlist, so start early if you can! They are so worth the wait.

This is by far the best daycare my child has attended. I recently moved from New Jersey, and was looking for a great daycare. I came upon Kiddie Academy in Clermont & it has been a blessing ever since. My son loves to go to school each and everyday. The activities the teachers do at the school is absolutely outstanding. He has learned so much. The facility is always clean, and well organized. Mrs Liz, Mrs. Himiko, Ms. Autumn, Ms. Nicole & Mrs. Bailey are incredible.. Even on weekends my son wants to go see them! 😂

British Swim School at AFC Fitness - Bala Cynwyd

British Swim School - AFC is absolutely amazing. Our goal was to sharpen up our son’s skills so he could try out for the swim team. With help from Jack Ryan, in just a few short months, our son was able to try out and make the team. If you haven’t already, sign your children up asap, you won’t regret it!

Best swim school in the area, and I’ve tried three other programs before I found this at the AFC fitness center. JackRyan is amazing and after just a month, my daughter has improved and feels encouraged to try new skills. I highly recommend this program!

our 3YO daughter loves her swim classes with british swim school at AFC fitness. scheduling has been easy and the instructors are great. she’s already more comfortable in the water and making great strides in learning to swim. she looks forward to class all week and never wants to leave!

Kiddie Academy of Plumsteadville

We love this Kiddie Academy! All of the teachers and employees are super friendly and helpful. The curriculum that's in place is really fun and our kids are excited to go back!

We love KAP! It was hard to write a review since it’s our hidden gem :). Over 5+ stars, Miss Alison the director is amazing at her job and keeps all parents informed which I LOVE. My son loves his teachers (Miss Beth, Miss Ashley, Miss Kaitlyn, Miss Jackie, Miss Ashley) and his teachers love him it does make it easier to go to work knowing my son is well taken care of. He has learned so many things and keeps learning so much more than he would if he stayed at home with me, sign language, coloring, reading, having a routine, how to be a friend, taking turns and having fun. Thank you so much we appreciate it more than you know 💕💕💕

Kiddie Academy is a very friendly environment for kids. I have a sibling that attends Kiddie Academy and with that I've visited this lovely establishment several times. Seeing teacher's great care and concerns for kids, students, and each other is amazing. It's like one big family working together!

My daughter has attended Kiddie Academy of Plumsteadville since she was 2, she is 4 now.  The teachers are wonderful.  They really know each child.  They have been very helpful and understanding when my daughter's schedule changed and had different family members picking up.  They even helped my mom put the car seat in the car, since she was not sure how to do LATCH.  The curriculum is great, everyday is about learning, not just playing.  You also get a daily email on what they learned each day.  They go outside 2 times a day, if weather permits.  They provide lunch and 2 snacks.  I would recommend anyone to bring their child to Kiddie Academy of Plumsteadville, you won't be disappointed.

I have been performing at MANY schools and day care centers for over 25 years. I love and care for children. The staff at Kiddie Academy is devoted in providing genuine care, nurturing, activities and fun to their children consistently over the years that I performed there.  Kiddie Academy has been a delight for me as a performer!

Kiddie Academy of Horsham

My son started at age one and they made the transition so easy for both myself and and my husband but most important for him. The staff is amazing and knows every child there even if they are not in their class. They have an awesome group of staff who cares for the kids as though they were their own. Not only does my son enejoy going their each day but he has gained some amazing friends his age and is learning sooo much. Facility is always clean, menu is extremely healthy and they have a curriculum that allows you child to learn so much.

Update: 4 years later and we still feel the same way especially after moving to a new state and have to experience other school. Still by far the best school out son has been to.

The staff are fantastic and they do a wonderful job of educating my daughter. They provide excellent communication and updates on my child daily and she always comes with a smile on her face. Ms Trish is fantastic and she puts a lot of work into making sure the kids are well cared for, educated, and their health and safety is a top priority. They are open and upfront about everything. I would never send my daughter anywhere else.

I love that my daughter actually wants to go to school. She previously attended KA and left for about a year. The year we were gone she never wanted to go to school, now that she’s back but only part time she can’t wait to go back to school the days she attends. The environment, the people and the curriculum is everything you need for your child to blossom which is why we chose to come back. For financial reasons we had to leave but the sacrifice and her happiness along with a sound mind is all worth it! We love kiddie academy.

Great communication, teachers and staffs are responsive and attentive. Our son is extremely happy here and it appears to provide the right level of simulation and challenge for a 2 almost 3 year old.  We will be sad to see him move onto his next class once he turn's 3 year old. Hoping his new teacher are just as good as his current ones. And the school continues to be a place he loves and thrives from.

Great daycare! We have been here for over 4 years with two kiddos and every teacher and room the kids have been in has been great. Teachers and staff really care about happiness, development, and safety of the kids.

As a fellow business owner in Doylestown, I fully appreciate what School of Rock is doing for our community and their dedication and passion for teaching kids not only the fundamentals of music, but also the skill of performing. Over the years, I’ve witnessed or attended countless shows and performances they’ve been a part of or have put on and have seen a lot of these kids grow as musicians and I can’t wait to see where what they learned from School of Rock takes them. In addition to all that, they’ve also hosted some amazing workshops where their students were able to learn from and perform with internationally known artists - most recently Anthony Green (pictured), Sean Yseult of White Zombie, and Randy Blythe from Lamb of God.

My kids love School of Rock in Doylestown!  My daughter has played drums for the past four years and her love for the learning style inspired my son to join and play the guitar!  Since then both kids have had the opportunity to learn multiple instruments, perform in shows and learn about being a musician and all the factors that impact performance and love of music.
Great environment, teachers and communication!  The outcome, the shows are amazing, and fun to watch and be a part of.  Great experience!

School of Rock has been a game changer for my kid. Excellent staff who is extremely supportive of all students and are excellent at keeping students engaged and challenged. Inclusive and welcoming environment.

School of Rock is a great music school for kids. The downtown team is so friendly and good with the kids. The kids in the program get to learn how to play their 1 or more rock instruments in a more practical setting, playing songs that are relevant to kids...not classical which has its place but is a turn off for most kids. The best part is they get to experience live performance with the other kids. The get to feel what it's like to be on stage playing like a rock star. This has been great for my daughter's confidence.  She's been at it for 3+ years ow and still loves it.

The teachers are great with students! Espically love Fiona! They have a great way of connecting, and putting my shy child at ease. Very easy going, great communication, patient, kind, knowledgeable, makes learning fun!
Rock 101 is a fantastic program as well! My child loves going to play as a band with other kids! He thinks he is a rock star! It’s a great program, that emphasizes fun, collaborating, a love of music, along with learning.During rock 101 kids,and teacher work together, they all learn something new each class. The school of rock is very much geared towards kids, everyone is very encouraging, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and loves music and children. This is a great place for kids to come and learn to play an instrument, while also learning about music in a very fun non traditional way. Also the music (School of Rock after all)is more fun for adults and kids alike!!!

British Swim School at Friends Select Pool

Had a great class with lots of babies 3-8 months. Cute songs, lots of toys, very informative about water safety.

Kim, the organizer, is friendly and wonderful. We received goodie bags, pool balls, balloons, and swim caps. The babies had a wonderful time. Highly recommend to anyone!

Instructors are very kind but it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone over email, phone, or through their app.  For the cost of the course we would have liked a more streamlined form of communication. We ended up pulling our child from the program.

I first got lessons here back in October 2022 and it was great because I hit it off with my teacher very well, however, the overwhelming stress of college and my own personal mental problems prevented my ability to focus on my lessons. I ended my lessons through a very rude email, which school of rock didn’t deserve, and focused on myself for a few months. When I decided to come back, they welcomed me with open arms and no grudges, which I am grateful for. I am currently enrolled in their adult band program and take lessons too. I also asked Cecile to change my teacher, who I didn’t really learn well from, to which she completely understood and allowed the swap to happen.

In conclusion, the staff is very understanding, empathetic, and courteous to the customer. I was really afraid to come back because I struggle with anger, and know that I possibly burned a bridge with them, but it means a lot to know that they understand music is my passion, and I just want to do what makes me happy in life

Great experience overall! The design allows kids to progress at their own pace and try out multiple instruments. Getting to work with other kids toward an actual concert was inspiring. And the music is learned by ear, which is so common in gig music.

My son has been enjoying School of Rock for several years.  He loves the variety of programs and the performance opportunities. His playing - guitar, bass, and drums - has really grown.

Philly School of Rock ROCKS !  Our son has been at SOR for five years and his experience has been awesome.  The staff there provide an amazing and welcoming community to learn in.  They inspire their students.  They put their heart and soul into what they do and it shows.  Our son started with the guitar, and it is now his passion.  With the encouragement of his teachers, he has also played the bass and keyboards.  Love, love Philly School of Rock !!

Cecile and Bennett have been so great to me and my son! My son has learned so much while having fun, and their ability to be flexible with our schedule has been key. I highly recommend!

British Swim School at Ramada Plaza

Chuck and his staff were very kind and helpful. The instructors are wonderful with the children and have great interactions and skills with them.
Donna is very easy and kind to talk to over the phone and helped us get enrolled easily. We are hoping to re-enroll next summer season!

British Swim School at Abington Club – Jenkintown

The amount of progress my 5 and 6 year olds show is astounding. They LOVE going to lessons. I have never seen the entire class of kids so happy and engaged in any learning activity as they are during their lessons. The teachers are amazing and motivating. (Thank you Phoebe, Rose and James!). The British Swim School is very organized and professional. Great communication. They have exceeded expectations. Some things that took us a little by surprise is extra cost ($8) for caps when they advance levels and need to give 30 days notice to end lessons. They may have mentioned it somewhere but we didn’t think about it at the time. In summary, may be pricey, but worth every penny to have my kids safe and confident in the water. We also used the summer camp at the Abington Club and The British Swim School does lessons for the campers. So the carryover and reinforcement was super helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been extremely impressed with the British Swim School. The teaching method is sound & logical and the teachers are not only very well trained but also excellent communicators! My 4 year old daughter loves swim class and after just 2 lessons, she turned into a completely different kid in the water! She’s only had about 7 lessons so far but it’s amazing to see the progress!

The best school! Our little guy started and was afraid of water. He’s now learning the backstroke and feeling very confident in the water. The teachers and staff are wonderful!!! Approach is fantastic!

This school is good for kids but for adults don't recommend, the instructors don't seen to care much if you are an adult that's a shame.

Beautiful pool! We even have outdoor swimming lessons!
