Brittany is an amazing manager and handles the children with the most compassion and care. The staff is nice and friendly. Our grandchildren developed and became great kids ready for school.

My three children have gone here since my oldest was 6mo old. My children have grown up with most of the employees since there isn’t a huge turnover. I can’t give enough love to this daycare and the staff. They always go above and beyond to take care of the kids. I love knowing my children are safe and well taken care of. Happy kids! Happy mommy!!!!

Kidz Academy is a great daycare! At 2 years old, my oldest knew the major constellations and planets because they made learning fun. All of the teachers and Director are incredibly accommodating and caring. Highly recommend from infant room through preschool.

Absolutely love Kidz Academy! Its the first daycare that our son walks into confidently and has no problem leaving us for the work day. They always greet us when we walk through the door every morning. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. So happy that we found them!

Love Love Love this daycare.  We took our two children here prior to moving to another area and were so sad to leave!  The place is spotless and staff are so friendly and our kids were always well loved and taken care of.  I'd recommend Kidz Academy to any parent looking for an educational daycare!

Child's World

We love Shelly, Jackie, Emi, Krista and Lisa. My son has been going here since he was 8 months old and has loved it. He is in miss Shelly's class now but we sometimes drop him off early with Miss Jackie. They are all so wonderful. I feel safe leaving him with them during the day. They do a great job and I love seeing pictures of him throughout the day. Montessori is the best!

You want to know what’s awesome? Miss Jackie and Miss Shelly. We’re 2 weeks in and I drop my little dude off at 7am to Miss Jackie. Day 1, Day 2: he cried, but Miss Jackie immediately said, “Let’s go to the window and waive bye to Daddy.” BOOM! 2 days in and no tears and she knew how to get my boy to focus on something else.
Miss Shelly runs an amazing ship. They have a stellar app. Pictures throughout the day, videos on occasion, and my boy has grown so much in a couple weeks. They rock. If you’re contemplating on sending your child to a Montessori school, STOP. Yes, it’s pricey, but so is normal daycare. What else do you want for your child other than people that care about them and teach them how to be great people?
Not to mention they go outside a lot! Enjoy the world, little people!

We have been extremely happy with Child’s World. We tried a couple other daycares before this one and while there are good people most places, the structure of the program and consistency of staffing at Child’s World has really helped our shy little guy grow. He knows he gets to see Miss Jackie and Miss Stefanie every morning and looks for their cars in the parking lot when we pull in. I never feel bad about dropping him off, which I sometimes did at other daycares because he would get overwhelmed by yelling children, unfamiliar staff, and inconsistent routines. We also had a brief experience in the infant program here, which was also wonderful. There is great communication and kind, hard-working staff in both programs. The only reason we didn’t keep our infant here was the availability of our family to help take care of him. If you can make the higher tuition rates work for your family, I would strongly recommend the investment in your child’s development.

I have a daughter attending Montessori and a son who will be joining soon.  Very clean, neat, wonderful place for our children to grow.  Respectful and helpful staff who are top notch and really take the time to explain when we have parenting questions.  Staff are very patient and get to know our children as individuals and tailor an educational plan to help, challenge, and reward.  No chaos.  No complaints.  Very thankful to Montessori for their exemplary educational program!

Don't trust your children there! High turn over of staff leads to poor quality care. Staff do not seem as well trained as they advertise in regards to providing any education. They barely provide good supervision of the children. My son was hurt during outside play requiring an ER visit, yet "no one saw anything".

High tuition yet they provide NOTHING! Parents provide lunches, snacks, school items, wipes, and diapers. Seems suspect as I am sure they receive govt funding for basic items.

For your children's sake and safety, look elsewhere for childcare on any level!

Edward Zorinsky Child Development Center

This is child care center from hell. My child and I had experienced the worst child care ever a parent's worst nightmare. My toddler child second day of attending the center was left in a room by himself and I was informed after the fact. The worker was moved elsewhere so they had stated atvthe time.The workers at the time were awful unprofessional,  combative/messy to one another and occasionally with the parents and showed alot of favoritism towards the children in attendance. The last straw for me was the staff  and their work ethics.  I would advise parent's do your research observe, observe before enrolling your child in this child care center.

360 Kids is a fantastic daycare/school. Their prices are very reasonable, the childcare is quality and your child will learn about Jesus! You'll be surprised what they come home knowing.

My child has attended 360 for the past 5 years. We have had a great experience.

One-on-one sessions are highly individualized and rehearsals encourage my son to stick with it. Everyone at SoR is an expert/friendly/helpful. It’s the best choice to nurture my son’s passion for music ❤️

My family and I went here for the Halloween open house they were having and it was an amazing experience! We were able to play music and hang out with the employees it is definitely now a yearly tradition.

SOR personalizes the practices to help each individual find their niche.  It's been great to see my daughter advance her knowledge and skills.

Do not go here if your child has ADHD, which is a neurological disorder. They will never advance past rock 101 due to minor behavioral issues even with the talent to advance.

Instructors are great with aspiring young musicians! Courteous and respectful to the students with high expectations.

Country Kids Day Care of Olathe

Over the past two wonderful years, we’ve had the pleasure being a part of Country Kids, family, and every moment has been a joy. Our decision to switch from another daycare was driven by our belief that our daughter needed more in terms of brain, stimulation, and education. Upon touring, Country Kids , we were captivated from their dedicated teachers to the cute animals, we knew it was a perfect fit for our daughter.

Her growth during this time has been remarkable. From being initially shy, she blossomed with a few months at Country Kids. She has enjoyed every class, cherished every teacher, and developed a genuine love for learning.

As we approach our last year at Country Kids due to moving onto kindergarten, we are grateful for the preparation she’s received here. We’re confident that she is well equipped to embark on her new journey “big kid school”.

Reflecting on the past year, we’ve witnessed her singing songs, learning to read, enthusiastically, sharing her day, discussing her lunches, and even starting to write her name. Everything she needs for kindergarten readiness, Country Kids has provided.

If anyone were to seek our recommendation for a childcare center, we wouldn’t hesitate to wholeheartedly Kids. The entire experience has been invaluable for our family, and we are deeply appreciative.

Country Kids has been the BIGGEST blessing for our little family. We had a terrible daycare experience prior to coming here and they have shown our family nothing but love. My daughter actively looks forward to coming each day. Everytime I come into the building we are greeted by multiple staff members who greet us by name and give my daughter so much love. This place has become second family and home. 🫠

We absolutely love Country Kids! Our kids feel totally comfortable there and have special relationships with each of their teachers so we know they are well cared for and loved! Snacks and meals are well rounded/healthy which is really nice. The outdoor space is such a big bonus, the kids really enjoy all of the play options and I love that they get quality outdoor time! Also really love that there is minimal TV time so I know their brains  are being used to gain new knowledge and information. Country Kids in Olathe really feels like home for our family, we love it there!

Country Kids of Olathe has been caring for my son just over a year now. We were at a different daycare and I just needed a change and Country Kids is close to our home, so it seemed like a good idea. Ever since we have been attending and part of the Country Kids family…we have never looked back. Every morning my son yells…” Good Morning Country Kids! “ as we pull into the parking lot and literally runs to the door! The owners and leadership team are incredible and hands on! Mandy, the director is phenomenal! Even when working through a rough three and a half year old patch, they have continued to problem solve and be a support for my son.
My son loves all the staff he comes into contact with even those he just gets to pass by in the hall with or visits with during the day! The HiMama app is also a great way to keep lines of communication open and it’s always great to get a smiling face of your child doing something fun and exciting! The additional opportunities they offer ( Stretch and Grow, Happy Feet, Mad Science) are amazing too! Their photographer…is also amazing - school photos in the fall and spring are great and a reminder of how fast the time goes! If you are considering joining the team as a staff member or a family…do not hesitate! Country Kids is AMAZING!

Oh wow, where do I start? We LOVE country kids for so many reasons. First, the school is big, clean, and the play ground is HUGE. I personally have never seen a playground this size at a daycare. There are live animals and a garden that the kids help out with too! Every single staff member knows both my kids name (this is super special to me) and truly take great care of my children. Some of the teachers even babysit for us! My oldest just went to kindergarten and his teacher said he is advanced academically which is a huge thanks to country kids. I would 1000% recommend sending your children here and I’ve sent multiple families over. It truly feels like home and gives me a peace of mind.

The Learning experience

KD Academy

I enrolled my daughter at KD Academy when she was just three months old, so I could go back to work from maternity leave. As a first-time mother, KD Academy staff has always provided the reassurance and validation I need. I also have shared custody with her father who lives out of state. KD Academy has excellent communication helping facilitate an effective coparenting relationship. Working as a nurse and going to school full time was not easy, I worked long hours, sometimes between 12-14 hours shifts at least three days a week. KD Academy is the only facility that provides 24-hour care that fits my schedule at an affordable cost. With the help of your staff, I was able to graduate with my Doctoral degree and obtain my Nurse Practitioner license this summer. None of it would have been possible without my daughter being able to attend daycare during my work and/or clinical days. I can’t thank KD enough for the type of support their business provided me through childcare when I had none. I am forever grateful for the love, time, dedication, and care the staff have provided my daughter and I.

Honestly I love this place. My son is almost 2 and has been to a few daycares in home and a facilities. This one truly puts my mind at ease when he’s there. The staff are so friendly and really do care. Their energy is such a positive experience for us. It is the first daycare that my son is actually excited to go too. We have only been here almost 2 months, but I can see a complete change in his behavior. He has really broken out of his shell and has normal toddler energy now. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for compassionate caregivers for their children.

Staff: The staff at KD are amazing. Their warmth has provided me confidence that my 3 y/o son would be in great hands, ever since I first met Mrs. Penny. For the past 4 months I have met the majority of the staff and I appreciate and love who they are as people.

The Facility: The new building is amazing. There has been a lot of thought put into every aspect. From the organization of the multiple rooms, to the artwork, to the playground. To my son's personal favorite, the fish tank.

Service Provided: I am very pleased where my son is in his development. His vocabulary has increased and is a lot more friendly the other children. Outside of the things you'd expect a child to be learning (colors, shapes, numbers), my son has learned a variety of new songs. The daily reports are something that I also appreciate. Having a snapshot of my son's day is something that I look forward to reading.

I think that any parent would be pleased with KD Academy as a whole.

I came across KD Academy in my search for evening care for my 2 year old son. I was told by the director, via phone, there was an opening available that would meet our needs. She invited us to come tour the grounds and potentially complete the enrollment paperwork. When we arrived, our tour began and I was impressed with the facility. Towards the end of our tour, one of the co-owners arrived at the facility. At this point the director handed us off to the co-owner, who took us into a conference room. She proceeded to inform me that although there was "technically" an opening available for the evenings, because she was manning the room herself and felt overworked and overwhelmed she would not be taking on any more children until she could find more staffing. I'm not sure if that was the truth as, if that was the case, why wouldn't she of previously communicated that to the director, who invited us to come? I do not appreciate the fact that my time was disrespected and I suspect there may have been some underhanded discrimination happening as well, as my toddler is on the autism spectrum and would need extra attention and care. I would leave zero stars, however, because they have a very nice facility grounds, I've left one. The management, ownership and administration is severely lacking. It's unfortunate that this is the most known, if not the ONLY, 24-hr child care facility/center serving the Kansas City community. They could use some competition.

The teachers and staff at KD Academy truly love their students. The administrative staff are responsive and professional.  The playground attached to the school has enough space for students to really burn off energy. It has truly made me smile to see how the teachers keep the kids in line and teach them the importance of routine and respect for their classmates and the school staff & parents.

The owners are great to talk to and have an active part in the daily routine for all of the students.  No one sits still in that school and the kids are well taken care of.
