Staff 5 stars, they are super nice, however, the place is old dated. Showers/bathroom are not in good condition. There are better options for the same amount of money they charged

The program great and the staff knowledgeable and patient. My children look forward to their weekly lessons as they progress to become independent swimmers.

Our grand son Logan 7 years old had a very good training for the second time in his vacation.The staff and trainers continue to be kind, efficient and service oriented.

Our son Lucas has been going here for group classes and private lessons since he was 3 months old and we are so pleased and excited with his progress.
He is almost two years old and he’s able to float and swim on his back now. He can also swim to the wall and climb in and out of the pool.
Ms. Aubrey is an amazing instructor and has been so patient with his progress. She has really pushed him to reach his full potential, and our son is always so excited to swim with her.

I have a 3 year old niece that I bought lessons for at this swim school, she has has prior experience at other swim schools but did not show any progress. Within 1 month at British Swim School she was floating on her own and is always asking to go to the pool. The staff is amazing and the facility is lovely!

We had my son’s 6th birthday party here and it was amazing. The staff was great, the price for the party was very reasonable. All of my children have birthdays during hurricane season, and knowing that weather didn’t play a role in whether we would enjoy his special day, made a world of difference. And the pool is heated perfectly! My eldest son, who is eight, often gets cold and starts shivering at pools that aren’t heated. He enjoyed the entire time. Thank you guys, so much for making my son’s day special!

There is one word to sum up this company: incompetence!

I should have read the reviews before registering my son there.

To begin with, the facility at 2084 University Drive–where the little ones are assigned to–is decrepit, out of maintenance, and smells like mold inside. Despite this, I gave it a chance. However, this location is literally run by teenagers with no supervision, including the instructors. The instructor my son had took her bad mood on him, almost let him drown because she was frustrated with him and then scolded him for about five minutes non-stop because he was moving his legs kicking while sitting at the edge of the pool waiting for his turn. To put things in context, my son is 3 years old. When it was his turn, she let him swim back to the edge–as they always do, and when she realized he wasn’t making it and visibly swallowing water, she did NOTHING. Yes, you read correctly, she did nothing until I stood up (I was inside looking through the glass) then she proceeded to help him. When the class ended, instead of letting him have his five minutes of play time as usual, she decided to scold him because he was previously kicking. I approached her and she said, “why is he not responding”? “He can’t talk”? And I explained to her that he actually has a speech delay and he won’t respond when he gets nervous which he obviously was. She continued scolding him which made me think she might have had a hearing problem at this point of she was so fixated on taking her bad mood on him that she didn’t care what I told her that he has a speech delay.

Needless to say, after this class I wanted to cancel his membership. I called several times to no avail until I was able to reach an employee. She apologized for what happened and told me she had canceled his membership and I had nothing to worry about. To my surprise, a week later, they charged me $200.00 as if I had never canceled. I started calling again and spoke with several people who couldn’t help me. Then I spoke with one of the owners, Nicole, and she told me that corporate wouldn't refund the money to her so she would not refund the money to me, because whoever had canceled it when I called didn't do it right. So not only I had to see how my son was mistreated by a stranger but then I had to gift the company $200.00 for classes which I will NEVER USE because they don’t know how to train their employees, not only the instructors but also the employees who deal with billing. Nicole said that I should stay because they are doing so many changes, great start Nicole, ripping off clients is good for a change. Disappointment is an understatement. Do not trust your children to these inefficient people nor trust them with your credit card unless you want to be scammed!

And please don't bother on writing an apology to this post pretending you care unless you want to refund my money back, which the company stole from me.

About 10 days ago I called to inquire about my son trying an introductory swimming class. I was told by the gentleman that picked up that I could bring in my son that following Tuesday and that the cost of the introductory class would be $37. That Tuesday I stopped by with my wife and son and the school was closed. I stopped by today and sat down with a lady who informed me that she could not offer my son an introductory class because it would be a waste of time for her, her instructor, and my son. In order to move forward I would need to sign up for a series of classes and that the cost would be $200. I felt that the way she spoke to me was so arrogant and disrespectful that I would never entrust her with the care of my son.

My daughter has been coming to this swim school since she was 6 months old. The staff is very friendly and the teachers great. I have been accommodated every time I needed to switch class.
I am  very happy with all the teachers and their teaching method with babies and children.  I also like the fact that the water is pretty warm and not so full of chlorine, if I'm right it should be salt water or a mix. I have been to other swimming pools where they offer classes for babies and my skin was burning for the amount of chlorine in the water. I can't imagine how my baby delicate skin felt 😥

The pool is small and intimate,  over all it is very nice, especially since they painted and renovated it.
I wish they had more showers, some hanging hooks by the shower, and the changing station/areas had some space to accommodate more than two babies and their belongings (shelves and counters where we can leave the swim bag, dry clothes, towels etc. while we take the class with our child,  and while we shower get dressed).

I am so glad we have this swim school ad a reachable distance. I really reccomend thanking your babies and children to swimming classes here!

Instructors are very patient and they've done a great job earning the trust of our children. The kids have a great time while they're there. The instructors are knowledgeable and use fun activities and songs to get the kids engaged. Would definitely recommend. We love Mr Rubinel, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Sabrina.

Kiddie Academy of Plantation

This place is slowly going downhill. My kids have been enrolled in Kiddie Academy of Plantation since 2018 and the school has changed dramatically. EVERYONE IS UNHAPPY IN THIS SCHOOL. This speaks volume of the management team at this school because everything starts from the top. Poor leadership has a huge impact on any organization and the poor leadership of this school has led to a lack of motivation and engagement from the teachers.

Within the past year or so they have gone through multiple Director's (for a while the school had no Director) and have recently let go their Front Desk person (I believe she was the Assistant Director... not sure of her exact title) and several vital teachers. This morning I was just informed of another teacher who was let go, this time from my son's class. My biggest issue is how unstable the school has become. These are teachers that both the students and parents love.

As a parent, the most important thing you look for in a school is the quality of care and the quality of the teachers. This teacher who was just fired was extraordinary. When my oldest son attend the school he would not talk to any adult. However, this teacher was the first one to get him speaking. He attended her class and he thrived. That's the kind of teacher I want and look for in a school. Most importantly, it's the kind of teacher I feel comfortable leaving my child to.

Good childcare is hard to find. I strongly advise to look at every school in the area and do your due diligence before enrolling your child in any school. Kiddie Academy of Plantation was once a great school. My hopes is it gets back to that.

NEGATIVE STARS I WISH I CAN USE !!!!My son has being going to this school
Since he was 1 years old. I have never got any complaints until new management came in recently. I started getting calls about my son now 4 year old ! My son is so disruptive of the class and parents are complaining that's it's only one teacher in class when it should be 2. I was told one teacher has to sit with my son the whole day. I was told maybe therapy would be best for him. Keep in mind my son has picked up many bad habits from other students at the school yet my son was singled out and was told he would have to do part time because his behavior was burning the teachers out. With all the 3 years my son have been attending this school I never had this issue or have had to be called about his behavior.I always paid on time sometimes over and we would be notified months later that's  we have a credit. This place is definitely not the same place it once was when my son 1st started years ago. I took him out right after I got that call .He has being doing so well at his new school! No complaints. School reached out to follow up  with me removing him from school PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO ENROLL KIDS IN THIS SCHOOL !!!!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. THESE PEOPLE DON’T CARE FOR THE WELFARE OF YOUR CHILD, NOR DO THEY WANT TO WORK WITH YOUR CHILD THROUGH ADVERSITY.

Wish I could leave less stars. In the negative.

This place is a joke. The people that work there are a joke. Recently a teacher was “let go” and 6 other employees followed her out the door. There’s the first huge red flag.

Our son attended here since June. His behavior is not the best - he has separation anxiety. He literally just turned 4 a month ago. Anyways the old faculty in the class that he was in (who no longer are employed here) worked with him and made him feel comfortable. When he cried during drop off, the teachers would hold him and say “just go” and 10 mins later he would be fine.

Fast forward to now. All new staff and faculty. An administrator that has no business in her position. Probably couldnt even cut it doing door dash.

They kicked my son out this morning due to an episode he had yesterday where he was being disruptive. As he was having a tantrum, the teacher picked him up and he bit her shoulder. WHY WOULD YOU PUT HANDS ON A CHILD WHILE THEY ARE HAVING A TANTRUM??? WHY ARE YOU PUTTING HANDS ON MY CHILD, PERIOD??? Anyways due to his behavior they decided my child can not be kept after. “He is defiant and doesnt listen” SHOW ME A PERFECT 3-4 year old, I said to her. All the other children there must be perfect!!

The other little lady also thought it was a good idea, while we were we talking to the clueless administrator, to call the police on us. She is an absolute joke, and as we left the police officer agreed that it was a waste of their time.

This lady said that there were complaints from other parents about our childs behavior, but wouldnt (or couldnt) show us one but of proof, no paper, no email, nothing. FIND ANOTHER PLACE FOR YOUR CHILD, KIDDIE ACADEMY IN PLANTATION IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S WELFARE.

Our daughter graduated from VPK at Kiddie academy on June 2023!! She was there for over 2 years and she enjoyed every second of it. She created great memories and great friends. This school was the best transition for our daughter specially coming out of the pandemic. We are very thankful for our daughter’s teachers: Ms. Janice, Ms. Casey and Ms. Robin!!!! They were very loving and supporting of our daughter, and Ms. Marjorie always paying attention to ALLLL of the kids!! Her last year at VPK was fantastic, she learned so many new things, we love all of the shows and dances Ms. Robin created , we are gonna missed all!!
If you are looking for a place to feel that your kids are in great hands,this Kiddie academy at Plantation is the place to have them…..and the fact that you can see your kids through the camera is even better!!!!!

Love this school, their teachers, curriculum. My kid never had a bad day there in 4 yrs attending. They make learning fun and during summer there are always fun activities happening. And I liked the cameras in the classroom so I could check on my kid if it felt like it. We are really going to miss this school.

They do fun events for the kids, place is clean.
Healthy snacks and lunch are served.
Teachers are kind and caring.
They are doing great job teaching the kids alot of things in math and science.
My son is now good in addition.

I had worked at my previous center for 24 1/2 years. When they closed it was hard to find a that special child care center.  After a few tries, I met the owners of Kiddie Academy of Framingham when I applied for the assistant director position and knew immediately that I had found my home.  I have since been made director of the program.  I am a rule follower, and the EEC regulations and Kiddie Academy standards are in place for the health and safety of our children.  I am held accountable and I hold my teachers accountable to provide a nurturing and loving environment that all children deserve.  The teachers at Kiddie Academy of Framingham love these children as their own and treat them the way they would want some one to treat their own children.  I am proud of my teachers, they work hard to give the best to our children. We are a family, a  Kiddie Academy family.  Our children are our future, it is our responsibility to respect them as individuals, nurture and love them, stimulate their imagination and have them be eager to learn about and explore their world.  I am proud to be the director of this center and be a part of the Kiddie Academy family.

I am a very anxious first time mom, and I cannot say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. My child has absolutely flourished there. We decided on KA after visiting many daycares in Metrowest; not only is the facility clean and well-organized, but the teachers and the director (Miss Karen) are amazing. When we visited the first time and got to visit the infant room (observing all safety protocols of course), all the babies who could crawl instantly crawled towards Karen. That impression has proven itself true time and time again!  Even after our child returned from an absence during the worst of the pandemic, we were confident in the care she received, and the learning and growing she has done has been incredible. I would recommend Kiddie Academy in the highest possible terms and with no reservations.  We're so grateful to them!

I have been a teacher since 2008. In those years I have seen a lot of daycares and this by far is the best of the best. I’ve worked here for three years, and I couldn’t be happier. Ms. Ester and Ms. Karen, strive to always ensure the children, and teachers are taken care of. I will be forever grateful to have found kiddie academy.

in my 5 years of working in childcare this has been the worst center. From ant infestations to  not following eec safety regulations. Admin was poor and unhelpful and not willing to negotiate and work with teachers. Teachers were overworked and under appreciated resulting in teachers leaving one after another. Although there are cameras in each classroom teachers were not allowed to freely voice concerns to parents or ask for simple things like shoes. I loved the infants I worked with and loved them dearly so I wanted what was best for them, I did my best to make their experience wonderful but was not met with support from the owner or director. I’ve never quit a job or felt the need to urgently leave a center especially when children are involved but this place really sucks the life out of their teachers, I’ve had to comfort teachers who cried over stress and lack of support. This is an unhealthy place to work, and children deserve better !

British Swim School at Atkinson Pool – Sudbury

This is by far, the best music school you will ever find for your child. My daughter went here years ago, and loved it but her maturity level just wasn’t there to take it serious. We recently re-enrolled her and she is so happy. Deja, the manager actually remembered her from years ago. She is blossoming in her singing, and her coach Esther is pushing her to do more. If you’re looking for a safe and fun family musical environment for your child, this is it!!

First of all, the obvious... my child has learned to play not only her instrument but others and gained a vast musical appreciation. We LOVE the teachers and staff and their genuine care for my child and their musical growth. Besides that, playing as a BAND has boosted her confidence and she's made lots of new friends. School of Rock is her place to belong and feel awesome!

The kids benefit from their one on one lessons once a week and weekly group rehearsals as well. They learn from each other and learn to work together to overcome differences and put on a good show. The kids are so accepting of each other's personalities and each other's levels of experience, and it's just a great environment to foster friendship and acceptance. The staff members are super supportive and create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.  It's been a great experience for my teenager; would highly recommend it to any parent!!

This school have been AMAZING. From the time I spoke to Deja who booked a trial class, and walked me through the signing up process every step of the way. Then, the ease of speaking with whom I know him to be as Funyun.. my 4 year old, Kismet, has had the pleasure of working with Dean, Krystian and a few other drum instructors and they have all taught him something new and encouraged him to keep striving to be the best. They are very knowledgeable and understood his learning pattern for him to learn and enjoy class at the same time. Would definitely recommend!

I have been studying music for years with different schools and instructors, but here I have found the best way to learn and practice, all while playing songs from the beginning of the course

British Swim School at 24HR - Plantation

I love the classes for my daughter, Lily. She has a blast and asks almost every day to go to the pool! She sings the monkey walk song all the time outside of class as well. We have used different teachers and they are all amazing. I would definitely recommend British Swim School to everyone!

British swimming school is great place for kids with affordable prices and also flexible with the schedule. My daughter loves Xavier class, she feels very comfortable with him in and she has learned so much. Thank you.
