Kiddie Academy of Coral Springs

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We put our daughter in the daycare program when she was 4 months old and Kiddie academy has been more than a daycare, they are like family. The teachers and staff go above and beyond to care for your child as their own. Our little one is now 20 months old and absolutely loves going to school every day. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, and safe place for your child, this is it!

I definitely don’t recommend the school at all. My son was literally kicked out a one year old because of biting. Let me tell you something. He’s a child a one year old. Secondly, I was already very unhappy with the school. He was leaving in June regardless.  My son was hospitalized for dehydration, because of school did not give them enough water Proof that I have! he also developed a lot of rashes. It took multiple times repeating myself to teachers to the school to take care of my son better. Also, I’ve had multiple sit downs with the Director and I have literally told them how their teachers are not doing their job. The other day I picked up my son and they tell me oh he was off I go look at the daily report he didn’t even eat lunch and they didn’t even care to call me and tell me that my son was starving by the time he was home so many multiple incidents that I can continue to go on and on and on they do not listen to you. They do not care for your child all they see is money coming in, so my honest opinion find another place where they actually care.

It is such a big relief to have a place that I can drop my kids off and go to work and not worry about them. The staff and director here are amazing. My kids generally love their teachers and I’ve always found that the main teachers in each room are kind, loving, helpful and professional. Both of my kids started here at just 9 months old. Both were pretty clingy but transitioned just fine with the help and support of their teachers and staff. They are both happy to go to school each day and the updates we get during the day plus being able to tune in and check on them at any time is such a big relief to me as a mom. I appreciate the kiddie academy staff so much! Had to write this review before my eldest completes VPK and graduates!

BY FAR THE THE BEST SCHOOL IVE PUT MY DAUGHTER IN! I’ve been trying to find a school that actually cares for their children and I had to go through 3 schools! Thanks to kiddie academy I finally found the best school for her. Let’s start off with how they have cameras that parents can access to anytime to check on there children BIG PLUS! The ladies upfront are amazing and sweet! I appreciate you guys!!

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. We moved from West Palm Beach in June of last year from a daycare we loved up there. That day care did not even come close to how great Kiddie Academy has been. The teachers are genuinely invested in the well being of the students. All the teachers know all the students names. Everyone is friendly and respectful and I felt welcome every time I was picking up or dropping off my son. The facility is very clean and organized and they do Christmas programs and date nights and other fun things. My fiancé and I tell everyone how much we love Kiddie Academy and what a great day care it is. Our son has learned so much since starting at Kiddie Academy and we are truly heart broken to have to take him out of the school as we relocate. Best money we have ever spent! Don’t look anywhere else for child care, this is the best place for your child to be!

The best swim school, AJ is the best. They offer one on one or group sessions. They work with all kids special needs from all ages

Would recommend this to any adult or child family or friend they are great.

British Swim School of Coral Springs South

Extremely disappointed, but not surprised

My 10 year old daughter was very excited to start this new school… up until her first day, in which she came home in tears, because of the blatant and obvious exclusion/discrimination she experienced based on her skin color. Firstly she was told by an employee that she needs to do something about her hair, when she had it in ponytail just like all the other girls and was confused and felt left out as they ended up starting the lesson without her and she ended up missing atleast 20 minutes as she had to wait on the sidelines until this same employee finally says “you know what forget it” and invites her back to the group. And not only this, but she was harassed by other students with racial slurs and told not to get in the pool with them because of her race, and not only did staff not intervene, but according to my daughter, they seemed to almost inadvertently condone this.

I am appalled by the behavior of the managers and staff at this establishment due to, firstly the lack of attention on and discipline toward their students OR staff, but most of all I am very dissapointed, yet not surprised, as it was made obvious from our first visit, up until her first lesson… that this is a strictly, predominantly white establishment, and they would like to keep it that way.

My daughter was taught by the wonderful swim coaches at this school and now is a great swimmer at age 12 years. My son who is now 7 years old is currently doing lessons and is in the green cap level. Very friendly, thorough and committed coaches.

British Swim School has been there patiently waiting for littles ones to achieve their full potential in swimming. Their program is affordable and convenient for any family out there!

Coach Carl is the truth. He’s an amazing instructor and has given my kids so much confidence in the water.

I started British Swim School in July 2021, and it is now January of 2022. When I started, I couldn't even float and have never experienced putting my head underwater and blowing bubbles. Within 8 weeks of 30-minute lessons, once per week, I was able to start swimming. However, I stayed in the program to get better and learn more. Every time I go, I learn something new. It is one of the best investments I have ever made on myself. Not only do I have a new recreational activity to enjoy and a new cross training exercise to add to my week, but it is also a survival skill. I can swim freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. If you are scared and have been thinking about learning, start with this school. Give it a couple months to try it, and you'll be thankful you did.

NH Swim School

I haven't experienced swim lessons with NH Swim School but have taken a few instructor courses and recertifications. Karen and Tyler are amazing and their expertise has made me a better lifeguard instructor and swim instructor. They focus on safety and skills while making sure all students are having fun and enjoying the water. I 100% recommend NH swim school for swim lessons, as well as their training branch (swim nh) for lifeguarding or other certifications.

Karen is a wonderful instructor.  She is very easy-going and makes lessons fun!

The Children's Place and Parent Education Center (TCP)

We’ve been coming to the TCP since my oldest son was 6-8 mo old. He recently  graduated from the pre-school program at TCP and will go to Kindergarten.

If you are looking for teachers who:
- would offer your child an extra hug early morning;
- would read an extra book just because it’s a favorite book;
- would be happy to share with you the highlights of your child’s day;
Then the TCP is your best  choice.

We’ve been to Montessori, Reggio daycares before but TCP is our favorite place. 💕

I highly recommend families with young children check out TCP! Their family events are FUN, their parent education series are INFORMATIVE, the teachers are CARING, and my boys absolutely love it there. They are well taken care of, and their drop-in schedule gives me the flexibility to work the school experience into my schedule, while also giving me some much needed "me" time during the week.

I bring my son here once a week while I go to my appointments. He looks forward to it each week & talks about how much fun he had all week long. They are very nice, it is very clean & safe!

My son and I love TCP, the staff are great and the location in the Heights is very convenient.

Creative Years Child Development & Learning Center

I can’t say enough great things about Creative Years. When I was looking for a daycare, I asked around and there wasn’t a single negative thing said about this place. It is clean, the children are happy, the teachers are amazing, and they have great staff to children ratios. My son absolutely loves it there. I feel he is very safe in their care. They charge per spot, so even if you only work three days a week, you pay for five days. This is because it’s more of a “school” and they need steady revenue to pay for the facility and their staff.

I became sick from a chronic illness in February and was in and out of the hospital, so my mom came to stay with us and take care of my daughter. I went to the daycare in person and expressed that I would be pulling my daughter out until the end of summer, as I am a teacher, and asked if there would be any issue with her returning in the fall. I was told it would be absolutely no issue, we hold spots for teachers all the time, just put the automatic payment on hold and we will send out forms about spot deposits for the next year in august. Last week I went in to put the deposit down for my daughters spot and was told there were no spots remaining.
When I expressed that I had been told (by the very worker now telling me they were full) that they saved spots for teachers, I was told “yes but it’s this whole process where you meet with our director and accounting.”
I understand the need for procedures but if that is the case why was that not expressed when I asked if returning would be an issue?
I ended up scrounging and trying to find a daycare 2 weeks before the school year, which I thankfully did.

when we were going there they also would message me 2-3 times a week claiming that my daughter was vomiting multiple times day, which never occurred at home and somehow conveniently stopped altogether when she stopped going there. I also personally witnessed a staff kissing newborns (hello RSV??) and had to ask her directly to please not kiss my child…during the pandemic.

I’d recommend anyone going here not take what they say in good faith and make sure you get everything you’re told in person in writing. Also be prepared to get a ton of messages about health issues your kid never seems to have at home.

Very happy with the daycare, the best! Before I have chosen I have visited a few other places, and this one is the best! We have started to attend another pretty good place for a couple of month but then creative years has gotten free spot for my son and we have switched right away. They have very nice staff. Teacher of my son Abbey is just awesome, I could not wish better care person for my son! And other staff members are very wonderful! The daycare has pool, gym, they have very clean playground, u can compare- my son have attended another place for couple of months and they had sand, he was dirty all the time. When we started to visit creative years I can see that my son is clean and full and happy all the time and in the morning when I say we go to see Abbey he’s happy so I use this trick to get him ready sooner. Great daycare, I’m very happy!

Not a great daycare. They don’t pay attention to the kids.. My child would come home with her shoes on the wrong feet and I did a random pop in and watched the class shortly after drop off one day and she was just sitting there crying with no one giving a care.. Finally got her switched to a different daycare and she loves it there. She literally skips into the classroom.

I am very pleased with my experience thus far with this daycare. My infant son started in January and I have been very happy. The women in the infant room are very nice and consistent. He settled in nicely after adjusting for the first few weeks and always seems happy when I pick him up. I also love the general feel of the school. It has a warm and fuzzy vibe that some of the other chains/local daycares didn't have. I have only experienced the infant room so far, but it seems as if the other teachers/staff are very nice as well.
