Im very happy to be finally able to find a swim school that has classes for adults. My instructor Maria is so patient and encouraging. Its not easy to learn swimming as an adult and specially when there is drowning trauma attached but British swim school is definitely helping me get through my fears. I enjoy my classes alot and look forward to them.

My son took lessons for 10 months here. Great instructors and ownership… they are very good at what they do!! Would definitely recommend Ana and Maria as instructors for your children!! Amazing!

My daughter loved her swim instructor Jeremiah. We had nothing but positive experiences at British swim school in Naples. I’d recommend anyone looking for caring and compassionate swim instructors to come here. The owner Ken made our time here easy and filled with lots of fun for my toddler.

We love it! Every member of the staff are positive, warm and professional! I have two kids in the British Swim School and it's a joy for our family to go every week. My 1yo daughter is with Ms. Joanne who is great! My 3-year old has made amazing progress with Mr. Jeremiah. I'm convinced it's because of his ability to connect with the kids and push their boundaries while being fun. Would recommend to anyone!

Love the opportunity to teach our kids Leo and Agi to swim confidently and safely. The staff are easy to work with the young ones. Feedback and achievement appreciation are great incentives. The owner Ken is very welcoming and occasionally delivers classes himself, a special respect for getting his suite wet, too. The facility has everything needed, especially we appreciate the warmth of water and air indoors through colder weather. We like it that there is no chlorine smell from the water. Simply the best.

This place is a gem - the workers are so sweet with the kids, and it is such a friendly, easy environment. My niece and nephew can be shy and get overwhelmed easily, so it melts my heart to see them so happily growing in their abilities and confidence here. Hearing the story of the owner and how he has in his own life put his family first makes sense when you consider how families are served here.

Kiddie Academy of Rocky Hill

The best director I’ve ever seen, Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure every student is well taken care. My son goes here, Amanda understands his needs and wants also she makes sure his teacher knows how to properly care for him while i am not there so we both are comfortable. She treats her staff like family 🤍 there is no other place i would rather work!!

Kiddie Academy has been a 2nd home for all three of our children for the past 5 years.  We fell in love in the infant room and the trust grew from there. We know at Kiddie Academy our kids are loved and cared for.  The staff and especially the director are so easy to talk to and express your feelings to. We feel so fortunate to have found a place our kids love to go and we know they are safe.

Kiddie Academy provides an exceptional environment for my child. I have complete confidence in the staff, and the director's leadership is truly outstanding. The added convenience of the app, offering updates about my child's day, is a definite bonus.

My Child has attended Kiddie Academy consistently for three years.I can honestly say I am a very happy parent. Their professionalism and the way they care for the children and their well-being is what makes Kiddie Academy stand out for being one of the best.

Worst daycare EVER. If you want your child to be surrounded by filth and bacteria this is the place. Staff do not receive proper training. I’ve witnessed staff change children without gloves or cleaning the changing tables. The walls are disgusting the kids eat straight off the table with no plate or napkin. Plenty of codes not being followed, no outlets have light covers , there’s an infestation of ants that have been in the classrooms for months, rugs in all classrooms are visibly brown from dirt, staff are not given the proper supplies to deep clean classrooms. I’ve witnessed crumbs on the floors that have been left for days without movement. Owner is money hungry and has no passion for children. Bites are constantly being left unreported by staff.  Based on pictures and food logs by staff ,Children are fed inadequate portions to sustain themselves and the meals lack nutritional value they are often being fed canned fruits , and canned vegetables nothing is fresh, they are also fed the same meals every week with no variety. They do nothing about children who have a constant biting problem, biting reposted will be made but ultimately there will be no termination of that child’s enrollment (that would be too much money lost for this daycare) One Staff member is clearly lacking hygiene with strong odor, visibly dirty hair and eyelash mites, these are not the kind of people you want to care for your child. Children’s cot sheets are absolutely FILTHY with weeks worth of stains, cot sheets are rarely washed, in the extremely rare event that the sheets are washed, no laundry detergent is used, only water. Multiple reports of child abuse have been made towards a specific staff member on her own child which attends the daycare and nothing has been done. Director and Owner are disorganized and dishonest to parents and staff. many issues have been handled illegally. The owner has forged signatures from employees and has lied to multiple employees about their starting pay (starting them less than what was agreed upon during hiring ) director nit picks at employees and has a rude and unprofessional attitude, emails sent are in rude and unprofessional tones.

Kiddie Academy of Port St. Lucie

I’ve thought about this review for some time. My grandson went to this school and it was an awful experience for him as well as the entire family. He cried and begged not to be dropped off. We picked him up early everyday because he was not interacting with teachers and cried a lot. The owner said “he was immature and had to stop sucking his thumb” he was 2 and I agree the thumb was an issue but he has since stopped. She said if we tried another child care it wouldn’t be any better. She said he needed to learn separation. I knew she was wrong about all this and of course she was. My grandson and his younger brother subsequently started another day care and the difference was night and day. From day one he was playing singing coloring building blocks playing with puppets and doing crafts and science activities. He now goes to Apple Tree in Jensen beach the staff is hands on the place is full of toys and enrichment toys. The playground is more than awesome. It would be great for Angie to visit Apple tree herself and see what a difference there is in the two child care centers. My grandson was sad and miserable but only stayed 2 weeks as that was more than enough chance and time. Was not a good experience
The Kiddie  Academy center off Darwin  is clean or appears to be but lacks toys lacks enrichment and lacks qualified interactive teachers. Crying toddlers is a red flag

The staff was very friendly, and the director was as well. I loved my son’s 3 year old teacher Ms. Tiffany I felt that she really wanted work on the development of my child one on one but unfortunately she had too many kids in her class with the assistance of one other teacher. In my opinion the ratio was horrible for his age range but the director would say otherwise. I watched the cameras often and saw that the kids ran around mostly with a teacher taking a few kids to the side for activities at times. My son just turned 3 and I felt that he needed some work with tantrums but they expected him to be reacting as a 5 year old to certain things. No child is perfect but the director was quick on her feet about removing him instead of working with us as the parents to implement some type of structure within his classroom as we do at home. She smiled, she called him cute, she acted like she knew what she was talking about but had very little solutions to help me keep him under their care comfortably. The numbers meant more to her than the development of the kids. It is all understood that biting, pushing, and tantrums are hard to work with but he was 3..........that’s what they do and they have to be taught otherwise along with the parents at home. The teachers were not able to work with my child due to the number of children in his class and that’s bottom line. The director has 30 years of experience but i surely couldn’t tell. My parents also agreed. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone unless they have a child for VPK.

I had my daughter in this school for about two months she never learned anything in this school. And after going she had nightmares
And the director said it was from separation. When I know that was a lie because she goes to my family and stay the night and never had that happen ever.

They don’t use the proper writing tools for pre k they use skinny pencils and not fat. I’m sorry but I’m by the book they’re not gonna learn or learn to write with out the right tools.

They make rules and cannot even enforce them…

They didn’t even have open house or meet and greet the teacher to make parents comfortable… because of Covid “get over it” that isn’t a good enough excuse anymore.

I don’t recommend this school because also I bought each student a small pumpkin and wasn’t even thanked for and along with my school supplies I wasn’t thanked.

As a parent you wanna be connected with your child’s school and I felt very unconnected with them. They say the director has been doing this for 30 years I find that hard to believe when the school isn’t properly ran. Lots of parents have issues and she says the same thing to all them “I never had an issues in my school” when I know four other parents having issues. Not really honest with parents.  I wouldn’t have even given this school one star.

I’m sorry but also my child was sick her last week not one time did anyone ask me is she okay or something happened. Nothing but the second the director knew I was withdrawing my child out the school. Phone calls and text messages were coming In. They don’t care about the children they only care about money. And it really truly speaks for it self

Every year I call for summer camp info… and every year they tell me they will have the director give me a call back with info & availability. It’s funny, really. If the director does not do well with getting back to prospective enrollments, or does not have the time - train & provide the information to another staff member who can assist in answering basic questions.

Reviews are a serious things. Therefore this is my honest opinion and not a mad rant. I believe this school may be great for some people, it is clean and organized and some of the teachers are very nice and caring. However I, unfortunately, had a very poor experience.  I did not feel my kids were given appropriate attention and supervision by some of the staff. I also never felt like my kids connected with some of the them and seemed like they just were not comfortable at school.
I am a very relaxed mom and very understanding, kids fall, they get hurt, etc. No big deal, so I'm not one to make a scene, after all, life happens. However this was more careless behavior from their part than simply life. (Again some teachers really cared and are very nice, yet...) My girl has recently learned to use  the toilet, so I do expect her to have her accidents and get dirty. So when she came home smelling like pee, I did not make much of it. However this continued on day after day. Pants and shoes with a real strong smell of pee yet dry. She had clothes available at school for changing, so if she got dirty I expect her to be changed and not to be sitting all day on peed clothes. After the benefit of the doubt and two weeks later, I brought it to the attention of the management. Yes they did understand that it was not appropriate and tried to fix the problem, but the explanations just never seemed to make sense. Plus the problem was never why she was peeing herself, it was why she was not getting changed.
It all just left a sense of insecurity that was just not fixable and so I decided it was best for my kids to go to a different school.

School of Rock

School of Rock is nothing short of amazing! The team of instructors goes above and beyond. They are not only positive, caring, and fun, but also a highly-talented group of musicians, as well. It's a perfect blend that keeps the learning environment both enriching and enjoyable.

The group aspect of performing and rehearsing the music together, with other bandmates, keeps my child thrilled about learning her music at home, too. The song selections are awesome and recognizable, and every student sounds incredible at the final show, whether they've played for months or years. As a parent, I'm delighted to listen to the rock tunes she plays—it's a refreshing departure from the monotonous practice drills that linger from my own childhood music class experiences!

One aspect that truly stands out is the personalized feedback from the instructors. I appreciate the time they take to provide tips and insights into my daughter's keyboard work. It adds a thoughtful touch to her learning journey, making each session feel tailored to her progress. My daughter has shown a tremendous amount of growth in her skills and understanding of musical concepts since joining this program.

The vibrant energy and enjoyable melodies make School of Rock a standout for both students and their families. It's more than just a music school; it's a nurturing ground for passion and talent.

We would give SIX stars if we could! So many great things to say about the Madison School of Rock. Every aspect, from instructors, to management, to course of study was designed to get kids to embrace music in a fun and supported manner. Most importantly, it got them PLAYING music in group setting right away...something that traditional guitar/piano/drum, etc. lessons don't always do. Our daughter cherished every moment and friend she made during her years at SoR, and is a better musician to show for it. 🤘

School of Rock in Madison has been an amazing experience for my daughter.  She’s learning electric guitar and had her first band performance yesterday. It’s amazing to watch her, she’s gained so much confidence since she began.  The instructors and staff are all so supportive and positive, it’s a pleasure to be a part of this rocking community.

My daughter attended Punk rock week summer camp and she LOVED it! She is normally an introvert but Walker and Rach were supportive and encouraging. She sang lead vocals at the end of the week concert in front of a crowd filled with friends, family and restaurant patrons. We can't wait to sign her up for voice lessons in the Spring.

I love the method and instructors. My son gets so much out of both his lesson with Mark and his time in rock 101. When he first started he never wanted to be in a Performance Group and by the time he was ready for it, he excitedly asked to join so the method is really working for him! Every time I hear him playing he has improved and his confidence is growing as well!

🤟I attended LaLa HotYoga last week for a 1Hr and 45Min Class. I have since gone back because it was an amazing experience.
I am not a seasoned Yogi, but Katie, the owner was so welcoming, calm and guided us through the practice with patience and encouragement.
It was hot, but I felt like a new person when I exited the studio.
After sweating, posing, stretching and learning, your body proves that it is capable of some amazing things. After class Katie provides and ice-cold, scent-infused cloth to cool down and It was like heaven.
If you are nervous to try Hot Yoga - don't be. Go on their website, go in and talk to Katie and get ready for a cathartic and awesome experience.

Love love love this place was looking for a yoga studio near me when I was at my aunts place and from the moment I arrived great! Studio was clean the members aka yogis we great and the class was hot and hard! One thing is I wish they had early am classes

Visiting from out of town and was sad to miss out on my practice, so I found this studio online and my whole trip has been made better because of it! The studio has a relaxing and welcoming ambiance. The owner was so kind and caring. She truly made me feel like I was home. The class was a wonderfully divine experience with traditional bikram poses and her own twist to it! 10/10 recommend. I would recommend this place to first timers or life time practitioners! If you are in the town of stuart you must come here! I will definitely be returning.

I LOVE this studio!!  Back to Bikram after 10 years and this place is warm (hee hee), decorated lovely, and instructors Katie and Taylor are fantastic.  I recommend HIGHLY!  Go!!

It is a great yoga studio. Clean and has everything one needs for an awesome yoga class. Including a shower, shampoo and shower gel. The owner was very friendly and she is an experienced yoga teacher. I would go back there anytime. 🙂

British Swim School at LA Fitness - Donald Ross Road

We love the British Swim School! My daughter was apprehensive about lessons at first but now looks forward to her class every week.  The instructors know how to teach through patience, guidance and positive reinforcement.

Literally the nicest and kindest staff! My daughter loves her class and has learned so much, we look forward to it every week. I would recommend them to anyone!

School of Rock North Palm Beach

The school itself is great my son has a great time and enjoys all aspects of learning so far, in my personal opinion the front area could use some work, it's always very awkward when I walk in, dont even get me started on having to wait for any length of time, there's hardly a greeting or asking why you're here. I get it, this place is unprofessionally proffesional but the courtesy could be tuned up for the safety of the kids.

At School of Rock children and teens are treated with respect. There is no bullying, teasing, etc. from other students. Teachers are excellent and my granddaughter has become s really good vocalist. Her confidence level went way up and she loves singing . I highly recommend School of Rock.

I love School of Rock as much as my son.  Rick and Heidi are awesome and so genuine.  It's amazing how quickly you can, at any age, learn an instrument and master it.  I attribute this to the  excellent instructors.  Would definitely recommend.  My son has been going to the school for almost a year.  He loves it and would be there 24/7 if he could.

I love School of Rock. The teachers and band directors are great. They are patient and definitely helped me improve my singing and the bass guitar! I sing with two bands twice a week and love the opportunity to perform at local venues with my bandmates.

British Swim School at the Paxton Tennis and Fitness Club

Both of my sons (2&1/2 and 4) take classes at British Swim School, and it's been amazing! My older son has been in class for about a year, and my younger son just started. The focus is first on being comfortable in the water, then a big focus on water safety/survival - all while making it fun, engaging, and exciting for the kids. I've been amazed at how much my older son has learned and progressed in a short period of time, and I will keep my kids in British Swim School so that they will continue to be comfortable and safe in the water. Daniel is a fantastic teacher, and passes his expertise on to the other instructors. The classes are small, giving each kid a chance to have individualized attention and instruction, while also getting to observe the other students. I'm so glad we tried them out, and we're in it for the long haul!

We had a great experience with my 3 grandkids at this school.  In the short time we were there the kids advanced quickly.  The instructors were great and very patent with the kids as they struggled to feel safe in the water.  They are now freely jumping in and swimming around.

Rea has taken time off but is excited to go back soon ! The staff is amazing and she absolutely loves ❤️  British Swim they worked with her for 4 years and provide a safe environment, work with young children fears and always give positive feedback
