McDonald's

Hopefully, this store's design is not the future of McDonald's.  If it is, "dining in" is over at McDonald's.  The soda machine is now behind the counter.  Ketchup only available via tiny packages. Customers can not even get so much as a straw or napkin without asking an employee for help.  Which would be fine if the employees paid any attention to the customers standing at the counter.

I used the app to order "table service."  A few minutes later, an employee was yelling my name from behind the counter despite the fact that the recept clearly stated my table number.  McDonald's is paying $15+ per hour for mindless drones who know nothing about customer service.  They just go through the motions at whatever pace they feel is appropriate. Customers can't even help themselves if they wanted to...

This location is horrible if you want service in the dining room.  They literally ignore their customers. You have to yell at the staff to get their attention. If they don't want to help customers in the lobby they should be drive thru only.

The register is never staffed.

Very clean. Nice staff. Never had a problem with my food. Internet works. Pretty much everything I want a McDonald's to be. 10 out of 10.

The Best McDonalds i have EVER visited! She wiped off my table upon being seated as requested! Hot fries everytime upon request & they always use fresh product! The only McDonalds where their finished product look perfect...exactly like the ads & commercials! My God! O did i say their work area where the foods being prepared is the cleanest ive ever seen a fast food restaurant?! This place & its people are AWEmazing!!!!

I sat in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. It was 6pm, and the lines weren't long, and there was no one in front of me. I went to the first window after no one would answer (I had a mobile order, so they usually tell you to do that anyway).

The girl at the first window was rude, and simply told me to go to the second window. I go to the second window as ordered, and there were 5 employees that I could see that were laughing, eating fries, and ignoring the window. After about a minute, I finally get noticed.

The woman at the second window looked annoyed, put down her fries that she was eating, and came to help me. She was nice, but very obviously bothered by the fact that she had to help me.

This isn't the first time this restaurant has had slow service and lazy employees. I've worked in good service. I know it's hard. But that isn't an excuse for this. I won't be returning.

Re heated trash food. I waited twenty minutes or so and my fries were soggy and refried.  Quality is not there for this franchise. Elm Springs Rd and Robinson locations  got them beat by a long shot.

Came in today during lunch time, I understand this was during a busy time but when ordering the person taking my order was very rude, short with me & would interrupt me taking my order. Never gave me a receipt so I was unable to do a survey. I went to the second window and they gave my my food and drink but when I got my food there was hairs in my fries, my Chicken nuggets were cold and stale & the overall experience was just terrible. I’ve had an issue with this same McDonald’s before, but it seems like management just never enforces anything.

This McDonald’s has potential, but needs better service night shifts on the weekends. If they know they get busy, hire more employees, have your credit card machines working losing clientele , faster service long lines and no one getting helped or cars moving.

Made the mistake of stopping here on a Friday night, never again. People bringing in outside food and just hanging out far outnumbered paying customers and the management seemed to not care. Fifteen minutes for two Sundays, and two drinks since you can't fill your own cups anymore. Now I see why drive thru is always backed up.

Yard House

Food was awesome as always !! We got the Korean ribeye and very good! Love it! And the cheese cake was good . Don’t mind being back soon when we are in town. The staff was great and friendly. The place wasn’t busy . Was lunch time too.

Food was great. Service was good. But our waitress acted like it was easier for her if we used the self order kiosk on the table. She was quick with refills and had views on all of the items we ordered.

We've been here before and the food was awesome. We got the chicken tenders with truffle fries and tried the blackened shrimp tacos. The truffle fries are as tasty a they have been,  and the blackened shrimp tacos are tasty, delicious, and just spicy enough ^-^ so good!

Years ago, this was my first-ever Yard House visit, and now I am a fan, even though it is on the chain-y side.  What's not to love?  ~100ish beers on tap, with many premium and local selections?  Sounds great to me - I'll take a Yard!  The pub grub style food is surprisingly good, and consistent across the brand.  I have tried their burgers, chicken fingers, mac and cheese, fish & chips, and their Chicken Baja Soup, and all are very good.  Save room for dessert, as they often have something in the chocolate variety, which is right up my alley.  This location is sleek, modern, contemporary, very large scale, and the service has been solid on the handful of times I have visited.  Would definitely recommend, and will definitely return.

we had an excellent time at Yard house. The food was beyond delicious.  The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned deliciously.  The tuna melted in your mouth.  The kids had pizza and were beyond happy. Our server put things over the edge. She was friendly and attentive and made the best recommendations.  Her name is Jess and I highly recommend you ask for her when you stop in. The hostesses were also great. It was a wonderful experience.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

In search of a quick American food spot, I stopped by.
Service was good, the young lady took care of everything. The atmosphere is inviting and at this time on a Monday is wasn't too busy. I felt like a pizza for some odd reason.
The deep dish meat pie was okay. There is nothing to write home about. The pie was uneven, with the meat just not covering the pie.
The overall taste was your basic pizza place. So if you are looking for a great pizza, don't get this one.
The burgers and fries are better to go with.

I have only ordered my food to go at the Denver West location, in Colorado. They have friendly and engaging staff. I usually get the Smokehouse burger with fries. The patty on the burger is a nice size and thickness, with a great taste and the right amount of juicy. The burger features breaded deepfried onions, and is topped with a sweet barbecue sauce on a big ol' perfectly fluffy bun. The food is phenomenal at times, although a bit inconsistent. I order my burger medium well, and I typically don't mind if there's a minor amount of pink left in the middle. However I have, on occasion, gotten a burger patty that was cooked medium rare.(see pictures). On those occasions, I eat what I can and just toss the rest. I might switch to just ordering well done and see how that turns out. I gave this location a 4 out of 5 star rating(would have been 5 if I didn't run into the issue of the undercooked burger), and would definitely recommend them to locals and tourists alike.

I was very disappointed the chicken wings were raw ,we told the waitress, and she replaced with 2 more pieces ,like it wasn't a big deal ,I guess no manager was on duty nobody come to our table to apologize for the raw disgusting food ,I never expected that customer service in bjs
Also, the avocado egg rolls were old and saggy  .  Awful experience

Food was really good, but the waitress kinda snapped at our 11yo nephew for playing with his coaster, then rolled her eyes when he had leftovers. It was kind of weird, really. But the food was good..

Great first time here. Had a wonderful lunch with Alexis as our server. Had a refreshing house margarita. The starter salad is a must! Fresh arugula, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with a balsamic vinegar dressing. Enjoyed Nachos and the chicken fried steak.

I came to Colorado for a concert and saw videos of this place online. I came here one day and loved the food and drinks!! Came here twice on my trip to Colorado it was amazing! The strawberry lemonade was great and same with the food and service. A wonderful place to visit at the mall. 10/10

Located inside the Colorado Mills Mall the place requires a bit of searching. When I found it it was busy but service was fast and staff was nice. I got the potatoes K-dog which was just ok. The cheese was good, melted and stretchy, but the dough and potatoes was nothing special. Adding ketchup, mustard and a lot of hot sauce helped but next time I may try getting a spicy K-dog for extra flavor. It is affordable and fast, which are nice features.

Stopped in here with a friend to check it out.
He got one with potato and one classic. I got the K-dog classic.
Very fun food. Absolutely loved the mangonada boba option.
It was definitely a flavor experience, but the potatoes were not crispy at all.  The classic was crispy, though.

Always fresh and tasty ! I love the potato half and half dog it’s crispy, cheesy and savory. I’ve recommended this place to so many people !

We wanted to try the new corn dogs. You pick a filling and select a crust. Did the beef with regular and a half beef with cheese and potatoes. It was cold and tasted like any other fried food Greasy and not good. There was no flavor at all. They both tasted this way. Was definitely a let down. The prices were good and the line went fast. The staff was friendly.

It would be absolutely criminal if you don't give all of your closers a raise right now. We pulled up 15 minutes before closing time after a concert, ordered 65$ worth of food, and got our food in less than 2 minutes. The staff were smiling and it may have been the most efficient fast food encounter I ever had. Not to mention amazing service and the food was good too.

Wendy's is a pretty decent average or little above average fast food restaurant overall. However, I am really pleasantly surprised & impressed with the new Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich & Ghost Pepper Fries (for those of us who like hot peppers)! Not just spicy, but very tasty. Hope they both make it onto the permanent menu. Its way better than it sounds...

It's one of my two favorite Wendys spots. Their spicy chicken sandwich is always tasty, and their staff is highly professional and great to work with.

Love the food and the people who work there. Beware of the high school lunch crowd. Most were typical teenagers but I did get to witness a bullying situation that made many patrons upset. I'm not sure what high school the kids were from but if you have lunch there be vigilant.

This place needs a makeover and some sunlight!  Food was ok but could really feel and taste that this place needs a shakeup!  Specifically...clean the inside of garbage, grease, oil...clear the tables when someone leaves...was so tasteless to see several tables in this state...sad.  Dave would be upset!

It's amazing that workers at your restaurant can't even put the right ingredients on a burger. Before you kill someone with an allergic reaction, please take the time and make our food as requested.  It's our money that keeps you employed.  Food on every corner these days, don't give them a reason to go other places.

Quick service considering the number of people in line.  Food was hot and well presented, and biscuit was not too dry.  I only ordered the breakfast sandwich.  Parking lot was clean, and I did not enter the store.

I eat here quite often, the food is always fresh, my only complaint is that they sometimes leave ingredients off of things for no reason, granted it has been a good bit since this has happened. I would recommend this restaurant if on a budget, the biggie bags are a really good deal!

I rate Wendy's a high 4plus because it's probably in my eyes the best fast food available today. I love there juicy burgers and there chili is awesome and after all of that ,you can treat yourself with a frosty. I really like Wendy's. A great place to take the kids out to eat. They will love it and for sure they will want to go back again and so will you.

When we walked in, nobody was up front. When we went to the counter, everyone just kind of stared at us or they hid around the corner. They proceeded to point at us and say “who’s going to take their order?” Which was met with a lot of “well that’s not really my job” or “I did the last one”. That lasted for a few minutes. Till they finally brought someone from the back who was STONED out of their mind. Every time Jesse took our order, he looked confused. Gave us the wrong order twice.
Sarah the manager was just yelling at employees the whole time. When another couple came in, the employees started playing the “who’s going to take their order” game again and Sarah stood at the front of the counter and said “Well it’s not my job, I’m the manager” while proceeding to point at the couple, and walked away from the counter, not even telling the couple someone would assist them soon.

Shortly after this, I ordered Ghost Pepper Fries, Jesse rang me up for Queso Fries. Before the order was even paid for, Sarah, the manager, had put queso and cold cheese on my fries and handed them over the counter. I brought them to the table thinking the sauce just looked different, tried it, then inevitably brought them back. When I said “hey, sorry but I ordered ghost pepper fries, not this”, Sarah proceeded to huff at me, turn the screen around and say “well he wrote you up for queso fries, so what do you want me to do?” When I answered “well, I would like what I ordered please” she then shook her head, huffed again, aggressively scooped up fries, put them in a box, DROWNED the fries in sauce and just plopped the box of fries down on the counter. Me not trying to be rude, I asked “what would you like me to do with these queso fries?” To which she then PUSHES them back at me and says “I can’t take them so whatever you want I guess” then walks away.

At the very end of this, I asked for a receipt so I could write a corporate review. When I asked Jesse for my receipt, he just looked at me super confused then said “ummmmmmm, man I don’t know. What do you need again?” So I asked again and he just shook his said and said “Sarah, can you? I don’t know” as if he couldn’t even get his thoughts together well enough to ask the question. Sarah then marched over, glared at him the whole time and was muttering, printed my receipt and never made eye contact with me till I said “sorry, what was your name?” She broke eye contact, said “Sarah” to my face then marched off.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s numerous times through the drive thru. It’s a very slow drive thru but I always assumed that was because of the Wendy’s “fries are always fresh” policy. I’ve never gone in though and experienced what it was like on the other side. Flies everywhere, nasty bathrooms, trash all over the dining room, no Front Of House presence.

Safe to assume that my family and I will not be returning. And that sucks because we really enjoyed this place when we needed something quick and convenient.

Chick-fil-A

Terrible sandwich, there was a time you could get a good sandwich here. Not anymore, they gave me bread with breading. When I brought this up to staff they gave me a crazy look then ignored me

Chick-fil-A is always a good choice. I suggest the market salad for a light, healthy meal with fruit and protein.

Thanks for being so consistent! Chick Fil A always hits right. Super friendly staff at this location, especially the dude that works the pickup window! You know who you are!!

I normally have great experiences with Chick-fil-A but last night was a bit of a let down. I went through the drive through around 8:45pm and ordered 2 salads, a wrap, a small fry, a drink, and a yogurt. When I got home after leaving I didn’t get one of my salads, my wrap was missing the dressing, and I didn’t receive the yogurt parfait. I know mistakes happen but it was still disappointing to be missing food. Like I said, I don’t see this as a reflection of the brand because they normally are so great but last night was a flop.

I haven’t been in a while and the Cobb salad was delicious. Everybody is so friendly and the restaurant is always clean and bright.

Ria's Restaurant & Lounge

My husband and I went for lunch and tried the buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was polite and helpful with questions we had about the food and prices. We also talked with the owner and he explained some changes they were doing. He was very polite and easy to talk to. All around the place is one of the best in Jefferson City that we have ate at and we will definitely be going back!

Side note: I highly recommend their fried chicken and potatoes in a ranch sauce (don't know what it is called but it was delicious!)

Us coming from out of town and being here before knowing they had great food, we were excited but quickly disappointed since they’ve changed a lot about the place. They really try to talk you out of ordering off the menu saying it’s going to take a long time for food to come out and only accepting 2-3 people to order from the menu so they push eating food at the buffet while the buffet has only a couple options and the food isn’t kept warm. Our waitress was nice but not attentive. She left cups empty and hardly checked on us while walking quickly past our table multiple times. When we all were obviously finished eating and just sitting there talking she stopped coming by and left us wanting to eagerly get the checks and leave. Overall it was upsetting seeing how much has changed this restaurant and the amount they charge for a small buffet.

We had the buffet and everything on it was very good. All the food was hot and they kept all the items were kept stocked and we didn't have to wait on anything. Our server Mary was very nice and kept our drinks filled and used dishes cleared away.

My wife said the salad bar was good....but salad is pretty hard to get wrong. The stuffed bell pepper was pretty good.  The fried chicken was the best thing on the buffet. The waitress was attentive and very polite.

The scrambled eggs reminded me of the powdered eggs served in military chow halls.  The pizza was not very good either. The spaghetti and meatballs needed more seasoning. Mostly lack luster.

When we walked in there was a weird smell I could not place because the smell of the food.  On the way out I went to the bathroom and found out what the smell is.  There is some kind of sewer issue going on not just some dude having stomach issues but something in the lines bubbling back through or something.  Had I realized it upon entry we would have went someplace else to eat.

I came in after the remodel to give this place another chance. The place looks nice but the food is still completely subpar. The salad bar has hardly any veggies, the potatoes and chicken were overcooked and dry. The pizza as usual was decent. I was hoping for a better bar for 14.00. The waitress was nice.

Your lettuce is disgusting. How old is it by the time it gets to the customer? Have to scrape it off everytime, thus changing how it tastes. The cashier is sick and coughing on stuff. I really hope I don't get sick

The staff here did a great job taking care of our softball team and families when we came in after a game and slammed them in the lobby. Big shout out to Zac H who took awesome care of our families while his team was also trying to knock out the drive through during dinner. So impressed with all they did for our girls! They got to take their time, bond, and have a blast. Thanks again!!

I am very sad to have to down my star for this place. What has happened. It use to be so good. I've been coming  to this McDonalds for almost 25 years. I use to bring my oldest son up to woodland just to go to this Mc Donalds because at the time your play place had a ballwash and it was clean and the food was good. Now my son is 30 he and his significant other got me a spicy McCrispy and the chicken was so over cooked I could not chew it. The bun tasted like it was about 6 months old. Even had a moldy taste. I am very very disappointed. I waste of money.

Make me feel like I shouldn't order food here. Plus it felt like my food was microwaved. If any shady business were done to my food then karma will take of you.
