Went inside to order to go, the three tender box, just the tenders with Buffalo ranch, and larger funnel cake sticks. There wasn’t a single customer inside or drive thru. They forgot my sauce and my funnel cake sticks look like they’ve been sitting there longer than five minutes with no sugar powder at all. No evidence that they even sprinkled any

Yesterday, I broke up with the whole chain. The last visit and this one, was a slap in the face and echoes a disrespect for customers. First of all, I know how to cook chicken and I have eyes. I also know what freshly cooked Crispy KFC looks like. BOTH times, the chicken breasts had been put back in the fryer to sell after sitting on the line. It wasn't golden brown, it was brown with chunks of coating and the Crispy skin slid off greasy. Like original. And I never order that. Cheap shot guys. WE KNOW WHEN YOU DO THIS. The first time it happened, I was so angry, I sent my concerns to Corp. No response.  I'm not giving money to people that refuse to value the people paying. That's why they dont deserve my business. We have 3 other places. Zaxby's, Popeyes's and Harps, all have a good product. You're being cheap. That NEVER increases your bottom line. Staff has always been nice and I like the slaw. This is about management.

This is the worst KFC restaurant!! Their management leaves ALOT to be desired. They don't care about how long it takes them to get your order to you. They can not determine the difference between a thigh and chicken breast. We have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again and again. Nope! Still can't get a good experience at the Siloam Springs KFC. We're done trying. Maybe they'll get their stuff together in the future. I'm definitely not going to hold my breath. They need new management. Clearly the ones they have just aren't good at it.

It's Friday Sept 1 5:21 pm floors and tables are dirty and the lobby is like 90* I could feel ice cold air behind the counter but no air at all in the lobby. I don't appreciate eating in a hot dirty environment. Thanks.J

Food was slow to come but the lady working there made sure we were happy and even though we waited longer then we expected we left happy because of her personality

Simple Simon's Pizza

Was told they aren’t accepting orders because someone called in.  Imagine if every place made this decision. Oh wait,  they won’t. Because they have a business to run.  Very poor service on their part. They still had pre made stuff. But wouldn’t make fresh to go orders because “someone called in”. That’s pure laziness plain and simple

Chick-fil-A

I ordered extra lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich and I didn’t notice until I drove away that my sandwich had no lettuce on it.

So I went back through the line and told them and as a result I was handed old  lettuce with mysterious food looking particles or bugs on the lettuce in a clear container.

I was already having a pretty rough day and that experience was the icing on the cupcake for me because a grilled chicken sandwich doesn’t taste the same without lettuce.

It honestly makes me question the foods quality in this establishment.

Ordered breakfast today and my hash browns were all smashed. Still tasted fine but the meal was for my toddlers so because of the mashed form they had no interest in eating them.

Update to response: How would I go about letting a team member know if the visit was a to go order and I’m not eating the food in the restaurant itself?

Fast, friendly, Delicious!

I placed an order in the app and when I pulled up they confirmed my order.
Then I pulled forward and they confirmed it again.
Then I got to the kid handing out the goods and he reconfirmed, yet again.
This is a good thing.
Using the app is great because I can take my time ordering and not worry about holding up the line.
Plus I was able to cash in some points and score a free brownie.
The sandwich was perfect.
Juicy, flavorful, and very fresh.

Always a positive experience here at this Chick-Fil-A. Always clean and personnel are friendly as ever. Always super busy too! Just be careful cuz they’re in a tight spot so the parking lot tends to be crazy with the drive-thru line rounding through it all. Only bummer is how much inflation has impacted prices that I can’t afford to go here regularly, have to make it special occasions only. Don’t forget to sign up for their free app to earn points and free treat rewards every now and then!

This location is my favorite location. I actually live closer to another location but I will make the longer drive to this location.

The employees at all the locations are very friendly including this location. Everyone at this location seems to be happy and they act like they love their job.

The reason I pick this location over the others is for two reasons. The most important is the food. I love the salad with chicken and this location doesn’t disappoint with how delicious and wonderful the salads are. The amount of chicken makes me want to order from here. My husband loves the sandwiches from this location. The second reason is their speed. They get the orders accurate, friendly and fast!

Denver Biscuit Company

We rolled in just after 1:30pm to a bustling place with a fun atmosphere.  Bill was AWESOME - greeted us, invited us in, wiped down the bar counter and served us with a smile (it was apparent they were a bit busy!) but he was efficient and had some great recommendations.  I got the Beeler - so yum! And the hot sauces offered - just such great additions. A great last stop before heading back to Tampa! Pictured is my chicken biscuit and my companions - they got the hot Nashville chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The house made pickles are spectacular!

Every time I visit Denver, I make sure to stop by at Denver Biscuit Company and I wasn’t disappointed this time either. Amazing biscuits and gravy - I love the mushroom gravy!! 😋😋 The potpie dish was delicious too!

It is located in a mall/food court, and gets crowded - join the waitlist online! But if you don’t, you can still join at the location and check out the mall.

I personally wished that there was more sauce on my biscuit, just seemed a bit dry. But the drinks were very good. The music was a bit too loud in my opinion, having to talk over it. Our server was wonderful, very attentive. There was also no wait, which was shocking to me.

I always love this place and try to visit whenever I go to Denver. Fantastic food! I had The Franklin, which was delicious, and my favorite item on their menu. My wife had the Biscuit Pot Pie - chicken. Our waiter was cheerful and attentive.

Red Lobster

We go a couple times a year for endless shrimp + our last visit at the Academy location took 15 mins between each shrimp plate, it was super disappointing. So THANK YOU powers location for putting our next shrimp order in each time we got a new plate. We had a family of 5 to feed so our bill was expensive but the service made it worth it ! Our waitress was really on top of it + I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name (blonde + colored hair/ we were in a booth in the bar area last night). It was hot + fresh + we left full and happy !

Holiday menu didn't disappoint! Server was on point, food was great.  Didn't love seeing the busser swipe the food off the table onto the floor, towels are used for a reason

My first impression was good, the host greeted us with a smile and after a brief conversation proceeded to show us the person that was going to take us to our table.  The table was already clean and ready for us. The service was really good. Anthony was our waiter and he was awesome, always with a smile and very polite. The appetizer took a little bit longer than  expected to get to us but it wasn't a big deal, the food was really good.  I would recommend this restaurant.

What an incredible server Sonia was tonight. She was prompt, friendly and very conversational. Our food was delicious.

Even though Red Lobster is a franchised restaurant, we are always pleased with the service and quality of their staff and food.

Today, I took my daughter on a lunch date. She had the Admiral's feast with Orzo Rice and Broccoli, and I had the Crabfest meal of 1 lb of Bairdi crab in Garclic Butter with a house salad.

I've never had Bairdi crab before today, and it was absolutely amazing! It is sweeter and has more meat than Snow crab. Definite choice if I find Bairdi crab again!

Pizza Hut

If I was able to get them zero stars I would. The gentleman at the counter refused to allow me to order because I declined on providing my phone number. There is absolutely zero reason Pizza Hut needs my phone number when I walk in to order and do business with them. I think people need to start using their head and stop being so below average in life if they want to drive business. I left and went across the street and gave McDonald’s my business instead. I will never go back to that Pizza Hut. The owner owns his family an apology for hiring people that take good off of  his family’s table. Nice job.

We usually get our pizzas from here. I like the people there, even if they are different people. The food is good and its always on time.
My last visit, I had an issue with the quality of my pizza which usually does not happen. They didn't hesitate to fix it. Thank you and we will continue to get out pizza night dinners here.

Could you please close so that a good pizza place or other restaurant can take your spot here?

Stopped here to grab dinner for the family after a 💩’y day at work. Shift manger I believe her name was Aspen and the cashier Taylor or Tyler were awesome. I recommend this location to have your spirts lifted along with ordering one of their delicious pies. It’s good to see that in this crazy world people still give great costumer service and caring hearts. Best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. The GM must be one hell of a leader! Thanks so much for turning a customer’s horrible day into a great family night! ‼️

I’ve had no issues with this location. My order has always been accurate and the food has always been visually appealing. I had an issue with payment (the app overcharged me) and the night manager promptly resolved the issue.

Everyone I've encountered there has been polite with average customer service skills except the red headed guy who works at night. He NEVER greets me when I walk-in let alone even looks up from his phone until I'm at the register. Maybe he missed that part of training but that's customer service101.

I love shell gas, but that car wash they have has to be the worst one ever.  It left suds on my car and didn't do a good job cleaning it.  I'll never go back.  And they don't even sell donuts inside.

Fairly made convenience store, doubt that anyone will hurt their customer service. 10/10 on that they commandeered their stuff to people like me. Lively service is what is on the tip of my thoughts

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I have to say I am upset. I am a Vegan that has been excited that Papa Murphy's actually has vegan cheese as an option. I recently contacted both the store and an associate through chat about the $6.99 Medium Any Pizza Deals and the $10 Tuesday Large Any Pizza. I have attached photos of the ads for clarification. Apparently, you cannot get the dairy free cheese with these promotions even though it says no where on the ad that it is excluded and says "ANY PIZZA". I showed the ads to the associated and they said they would forward the information. As a Vegan trying to do the right thing I am tired of being punished for making ethical choices. They offered me a five dollar coupon when all I asked is to be treated the same as everyone else. Why do I have to pay more for doing the right thing? The Vegan cheese may cost a few pennies more however, they would make so much more money being fair to an entire community and would get way more business. Unless this gets fixed I refuse to go here just to pay more for my ethical choices. This is absurd they would not even honor what they said in their ads. This is beyond false advertisement. It's just wrong.

This location has not always been consistent in order accuracy, and crafting of ordered pizzas for us. However, over the past 6 months we have tried this location again several times. The speed and accuracy and quality of prepped pizzas for us has been consistently excellent. The place seems busier to me when we go into pick online orders so I am thinking I am not the only one to notice.

The owner of this franchise has assembled an amazing team of preparers. Not only is everyone fast and efficient, but they are also friendly beyond compare. I can go in and order my pizza at the busiest of times and I don't even bother to sit down because it is ready to go so fast. What an amazing team!

As far as the atmosphere goes, there's much to say. The service was great 👍.  Very helpful and they answered any questions.  The food was great.  Everyone enjoyed 😉 the pizza. I've also had their salads before and dessert and all of their food is wonderful 😋

I ordered online, 2 stores were listed on Austin Bluffs, I ordered from the one on Academy and Austin Bluffs—they did not have my order. I was directed to the store on Austin Bluffs and Dublin, they had my order. I drove around for 1/2 hr to get my order🥹

McDonald's

My kids favorite indoor play place... nicely air-conditioned and spacious with table seating in the play place area for families to eat and parents to relax while kids play. Also there is a motorized vehicle-free connection to this McDonald's from the Rock Island Trail bike path which makes it perfect for a kids bike ride with an ice cream and air-conditioned rest place in the middle! 🚵 🚴‍♂️ 🚴‍♀️ 🚵‍♂️

No longer fast food. I went to the drive thru, and ordered two meals. When I got to the window, they pulled me around and then only gave me one of the meals, looked at the receipt, and they only charged me for one. Back to the drive thru, ordered the missing meal. They pulled me around yet again. Total time spent? 36 minutes, mostly waiting in the pull-around spots that allow them to game their average drive-thru time. Just look at this frozen raspberry Fanta? You’re proud of this?

I hate that McDonald’s as a corporation has fallen so far from what they used to be. There is no longer any joy here. It’s dark and depressing. Remember when we used to have birthday parties at McDonald’s?

Nice enough updated McDonald’s. Super friendly server and I had the same name! Relatively fast service, it’s just all the prices have gone up and they’ve changed the menu that it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Seemed to be pretty clean and empty when I went there. Food was hot. Not bad for unhealthy fast food! I ordered a fish sandwich and a burger and fries.

Everyone in my opinion knows that Mc. Donald's is what it is...but when you come to a restaurant that has been around for years and the service is great...this makes it all the better... it's not easy working fast food jobs and I try to put my feet in others shoes...the employees and Managers all have to make a living for their families the best that they know how...but I am happy to help and thank you Mc. Donald's staff for making me feel like family and offering good customer service when and wherever possible. ...and doing it with a smile even though times are stressful and hard...THANK YOU

Honestly this is the ONLY location that hasn’t let me down ONCE. My only complaint is too much salt on the burgers. I’m usually not one to complain about salt but this was salty and it’s been getting worse as I frequent this location. Aside from that, my food is always hot especially the fries. Doing great things!

Food is freshly made, but somehow I feel that it doesn't taste as good as Papa Johns or Marcos Pizza. Maybe it's just the sauces taste that makes the difference. Overall, ordering online and picking it up from the store freshly made was great

We tend to pick Pizza Hut the most in our family. Can find a good deal and it's very easy to drop in and pickup to save $ on delivery. The food is always of good quality.

I ordered a Pan Pizza and they gave me hand tossed Pizza  and I paid extra for the Pan Pizza. When I called to the store and informed the manager , he told me that the it is the Pan Pizza. I told him the topping and sauce should be to the edge and manager informed me that actual Pan Pizza was the one I got and previous Pan Pizza's were Chef's mistake. Be careful and check for your Pizza near the Pizza hut only to see if they provided our order as per our request.

We usually have pretty decent luck with this location, but the pizza we picked up this evening was atrocious. We ordered 1 medium Pepperoni Lovers and 1 medium Hawaiian. Both pizza's were burned to a crip and both barely had any cheese or sauce.
We couldn't eat them. Called the location and the excuse given was that they were training multiple people.  They offered no refund, didn't even offer to make us new ones. Hey management, if you can't train folks to build a decent pizza, then maybe you shouldn't be involved in a pizza place. Maybe go get a job at Subway.

Pizza cold. Pizza melt was hard and definitely not melty. Employees didn't know how to do their job. When I asked for a hotel package they stared at me like I was an alien.  Then after informing them it is plates and napkins & silverware, I was informed that they had none.
