Unfortunately, I have only talked with this business owner.  I have never worked out there. I am interested in wellness and avoiding disease, while owner is apparently only interested in getting medical referrals from PTs. He has a tower that is a very nice piece of equipment.

They provided fantastic customer service and answered my questions quickly. My vehicle was in and out of their shop within a few days and drives perfectly. Their prices are very competitive.

Jason and Justin go out of their way to help their customers get the best deal & to save them the most money.....also to get the best equipment..... I would never ever go back to a big chain company after dealing with these two guys they are the best.... they care about their clients their prices are very reasonable.... VERY reasonable compared a big chain company. R&R is prompt... They get the work done correctly the first time unlike some other companies that I have had to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone.....
Be aware of AEL....THEY CHEATED LIED HARRASSED...& STOLE FTOM ME.... THEY WAITED 6 MONTHS TO FIX SOMETHING &THEN DIDNT GET IT RIGHT...I CALLED R&R & THEY GOT THE JOB DONE AS SOON AS THE PART CAME IN ...WITHIN DAYS... 1/3 THE PRICE OF AEL & IT HAS BEEN A YEAR....MY STAIR LIFTWORKS LIKE A DREAM....SO I WENT BACK AND GOT A FIT FOR MY VAN....

Jason was AWESOME! My husband's chair is his lifeline and we have been having problems with his joystick to drive his chair coming off. Without it being clamped on the arm rest he has to just have it lay in his lap. Because he is quadriplegic he doesn't have use of one of his hands and the other is limited, therefore it's nearly impossible for him to hold onto the thing and try to drive at the same time. :( We were running behind today and got here after a doctors appointment only to realize we had forgotten the clamp that keeps coming off! Ughhh!!!  But Jason problem solved and whipped up a solution and now my husband has his ability to get up and be active with our family again! Thanks a million Jason...its true what they say...NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES!!!

R&R Mobility has worked with us on several occasions.  Jason and Justin have gone above and beyond in making sure we are fitted with the right product and have come to our home personally and that is a big deal for us.

The Door Company

Very impressed!  I reached out with an issue with my doors deadbolt fully engaging.  Dakota responded the same day was able to tweak it and get it working very quickly.  I will definitely be calling him when I am ready to replace my door!

Awesome experience with my exterior doors! Installed them perfectly and explained everything to me as he was working! This is my only door company I will use in the future!

Quickly responded to my request. Replaced a garage service door for us. Pleased with Dakotas work.

Parlour Ice Cream House

Really delicious homemade ice cream. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is really, really friendly. They have gluten-free and non-dairy options available, and all the flavors are really, really good. They make all their own cones here as well as ice cream.

Love this little place. Staff are incredibly friendly and fast. Ice cream is delicious and they have enough options to please anyone. When you walk in the place smells amazing due to them making their own waffle cones. Prices are extremely reasonable and you get a large amount of ice cream.

Hours on Google were not up to date with their seasonal changes.

Planned a date night around ending the evening at the parlor for dessert. I checked their Google listing for hours which said they closed at 10:30pm. We walked 8 blocks from our restaurant to find them closed at 9:30pm with a typed out page on the door saying their hours are different due to the fall transition.

Google listings being accurate are crucial. It would take 10 minutes to change the hours on their Google My Business compared to the time it took to type out and post their new hours on the door. Since it wasn't updated, I can't trust when they are open now going forward and can't plan them into my downtown plans.

I recommend calling ahead before heading over.

Living downtown and it is starting to feel like Summer, we stopped by to get some ice cream.   Not a lot of variety but the choices all looked fantastic.  We can’t wait to stop by more times this Summer and try more ice cream options.

The ice cream was pretty good. Not the best I've had, but solid. Prices are reasonable. One thing that bothered me was that they don't have the ice cream flavors written/posted on a big board like most ice cream places do. You don't know what the flavors are until you get up to the people scooping. I think this makes the line move slower than it needs to which inconveniences the customers and probably slows sales for the business!

Have not received any information from NuMotion whether they have or have not heard anything from my Doctor concerning my new wheelchair.... !?

The technicians and staff are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them for all wheelchair needs.

Fancy bowl

Had a lunch meal here. I had never tried it and it was not busy. You are self seated when you arrive and then order at the front when you are ready. Then, the food was brought to the table. The food is conveniently given so you can package the leftovers to take home. Food was a cool variety of things that differ from the usual rice/noodles with whatever meat as well as tasty. We were in and out quickly and I am definitely wanting to try it again next time we are downtown SF!

Really great experience here!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I got the build your own poke bowl (recently discovered that I LOVE poke), and I got Tokyo spicy chicken as the protein. I love the way that you can fill out a sheet with exactly what you want for the bowl, and there are also some recommended combos as well. The sushi was good, but I will be coming back for another poke bowl!! (It looks small from the pic, but I got the small size and it was plenty. There’s a good amount of rice and other toppings underneath the chicken)

Lunch today was delicious! First time diner at Fancy Bowl, loved it! The dining room was clean and bright with contemporary music playing overhead. The friendly staff was making fresh batches of food right in front of us. We were served in a timely manner and our dishes were absolutely wonderful. Will definitely visit again!

I travel for work and like to do local when I can today I tried fried dumplings, Japanese fried rice and the beef Ramen bowl. I was very happy with the quality of food. Taste was amazing. Probably some of the best rice I've ever had. The brisket in the ramen was sooo good. I think the only "critique" I have is I prefer my egg yolk a little less cooked. Service was great too. If I come back to town I will stop by!

I walked in on a Thursday around 6pm and ordered a poke bowl to go. Order process was very easy and fast. The bowls automatically come with items that other restaurants consider toppings. My bowl was huge and personally it will last 2 meals. I’ll definitely return!

Aire Serv of Sioux Empire

Kyle and Lucas came out to install a new furnace in our old home. They were on time, professional and courteous. They did a great job and we so appreciate the company and their inspections!

The service techs for both Mr. Rooter and Air Serv had to coordinate efforts to get my boiler system up and running this morning and it was practically flawless. All taken care of within just a couple of hours, start to finish,  unreal! The office staff is just as stellar, willing to do whatever it takes to make it all look easy. Good hands to be in.

Our initial contact with AireServ was with Jared as our furnace failed to start.  He showed up within a few hours and did a complete review of our furnace and determined we needed a new heat sensor.  We were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that we decided to replace our HVAC system as ours was 20 years old and was causing issues that would require a service call.
Ian talked to us about options in a wide range of costs and features.  At no time were we pressured to choose any particular system.  Instead, he provided information to help us decide which system would work best for our needs.
We were very impressed with the whole team, Jared, Ian, Kyle, Lucas, and Andrew.
We would recommend AireServ for any HVAC needs.

Brad E did an excellent job servicing our furnace.  He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. One of the most courteous and knowledgeable  service techs I have ever dealt with.

Jared was amazing! Answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way and made suggestions that suited my homes needs. I always appreciate the option to hear what's the recommended suggestions from the technician and customize the work from there.

Went in the drive thru. Quick, friendly service. Food quality? 🤔 Fast food…It is fine if you are starving…hamburger was not the best hamburger of my life…

We were traveling and decided to stop and eat here. Had a party of 5, staff was great! Our food was made fresh. I had the new nacho Burger it was delicious! We had to wait just a few minutes which was totally fine but we all were offered free frostys!!! Thank you to all the staff that night!!

We always enjoy the fresh food here, especially the chili and frosty's!  The service is friendly,  and they make a 1-lane drive thru move nicely.   Their burgers and premium salads are always good.  We eat here regularly and will continue to do so.

I'm an out of town customer from Utah and I was struggling processing my order through the app in the store so I proceeded to the counter where Anna helped me. She provided amazing exceptional service to complete my order. She was amazing for the frontline of the store and I commend her for being so awesome, as someone (me) that has over 2 decades of experience in customer service. Kudos to her!

Decent. Line was super long. They need another register. My chicken sandwich could have had a lot more dressing. The staff were friendly. The table we sat out could have used a good wipe off.

Wheelchair Express Sioux Falls

I just wanted to stop by and compliment Mandy! Mandy was my aunts driver in the afternoon yesterday! She absolutely went above and beyond for us! She returned the wheelchair to the ER (huge relief to me) and even helped me get my aunt all the way into her house and made sure she was safe. She was patient, kind and compassionate and she just doesn't even understand how much it was needed after the day we had! Thank you for being so wonderful Mandy! Also thank you to Wheel Chair Express for being so accommodating!!

I am grateful for the safe ride to the hospital for my mother recently. They came within 15 minutes of me calling and the driver was extremely cautious getting her there. Job well done.

Extremely aggressive drivers. Really hope there’s no one in the truck, that would’ve been super dangerous. Hope you don’t have to use these guys.

The drivers have been great. We have had Mandy several times - she is always so kind and caring to my daughter.  She is so helpful. Service is timely and drivers are safe drivers.

I work at a Sanford clinic. Many of our patients use wheelchair express, so I call them quite a bit. There is always a VERY rude man who we dread having to talk to on the phone. He does not care about any of the patients, and he told my co worker that "they don't care about getting patients home, they care about getting them to their appointments". He has told me multiple times that they didn't transport the patient I am asking about, and then when I call back two minutes later and talk to a very nice lady, she tells me that she will send someone on their way to pick them up. He doesn't even look for the patient. Do not use wheelchair express.

Edited: They responded to my review. I have nothing wrong with you guys being behind as we were told you were behind today. The reason for the review was because there is no reason for this man to be rude to us on the phone EVERY TIME I call. No matter what time of day or what day it is. He’s rude. You guys have been getting reviews about him being rude and hanging up on people for four years so I don’t know why it’s still this bad…
