They sent me to this branch from the Musa branch in León because they did not have the product I was looking for. When I arrived it was already closed but it was still 10:30 pm. There were other people outside just like me.

I made a call to their customer service center to transfer a balance from a savings wallet and I believe that the person who assisted me stole my balance, told me that he had already made the transfer and the next day there was no trace of it.
