If you're looking for a great company to come clean your carpets - look no further.  I'll spare you the details but one of my kids had a smelly "accident" all down the stairs.  We were certain that the carpets were going to have to be replaced.  So thankful though for Clean Team.  They were candid in stating they weren't confident they'd be able to remove the stain/odor BUT they did.

They were worth EVERY penny and were incredibly responsive.  They also cleaned my Master Bedroom where I had spilled some colored tea and completely removed that stain as well.

We are so pleased with Clean Team and highly recommend their service.

J&S Steamway is extremely professional and excellent to work with.  The technician who was sent to do the job, Mike, was polite and very respectful of our furniture when moving things so he could do the cleaning.  We had not had our carpets cleaned for several years because it was overwhelming to even think about based on our experience with other companies.  But J&S Steamway and Mike made it easy for us, and he was in and out in no time, leaving our carpets looking like brand new!

Why can't every business in Anchorage operate like J & S Steamway? I have used them for 30 years and their service is prompt, courteous, efficient and exceeds every expectation. Mike is great to work with. Keep up the excellent work!

I have a set of well used stairs that seem to need cleaning more often than not. I'd delayed the inevitable carpet cleaning until it was absolutely necessary.  J&S showed up on-time and was able to get the stairs cleaned so they looked brand-new!  I'm really pleased with the results and the price was great too.

What a kind business owner and carpet cleaner. Loved working with Power Clean and loved the result!! Carpets look much better than they have with other carpet cleaning businesses.

My husband and I had been talking about getting our carpets cleaned because of pet urine odor and I started looking around at pricing and best quality. I read all the reviews for Power Clean Carpet Cleaners and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. They called me with an estimate and did not keep calling to bug me about it, just one simple call and that was it, I really appreciated their patience. So I had an appt set up for 11aM received a call from Victor, who was very nice and professional, to let me know he was going to be a little late because of some miscommunication between the scheduler and the worker. He explained everything to me and made up for the mistake with a discount, which I did not ask for, but he was nice enough to give. I would recommend this place to anyone. I know our pet urine stains were a difficult one to remove because of how much their was, but he did everything in his ability to get this carpet cleaned. I have to wait for it to dry to see if the smell is gone, but so far so good. Thank you Victor and Power Cleaners for an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Wow!!   With two dogs, two cats, a young baby, messy husband and a thirteen year old need I say that the carpets in my place were looking horrid!   We had a roommate who got stains all over the carpet in his bedroom and we thought that we would have to replace the entire thing.  They gave me a fair price and quote.  Let me say... all the stains but one old one came out!  That old one was reduced to a faint stain.  The carpets never looked better.  The price and service were top of the line.  I would recommend over and over again.   We got our carpets cleaned a year ago by another company and they did not even look near this well!

We have Allen Rapid Dry come out twice a year. We have dogs and puppies so it's very important that the carpets are cleaned and neutralized well. They do a great job and communicate exceptionally well. Highly recommend.

I had Allen Rapid Dry out to my house to clean our carpets and stairs. We have a toddler and several animals. Needless to say, there were stains and general pet oils and such in the carpet.

The service was excellent! Our pet problem areas, we have a Malamute whose oils saturated several favorite lounging areas around the home. The pet areas look amazing now!

We also found a stain under a couch we hadn't realized we had and they were able the stair completely out.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and job done. And I will definitely use them again!

We use OB for our carpet cleaning ever spring and we’re never disappointed. OB always delivers with fantastic service and expertise. He not only cleans our carpet and stairs, but he also treats and cleans our dinning chairs and area rugs and they always look AMAZING. We’ll never go anywhere else; absolutely the best!!

OB was AMAZING! Hes VERY knowledgeable and takes you threw the entire process BEFORE he even begins- in my case just moved into a new place and the dog urine smell was crazy strong when it got really hot outside and he explained things and then broke out the black light n all I can say is O M G.... the urine spots and very large spots.... he did a INCREDIBLE JOB and that's not even near enough credit to him!
