Would never use anyone else again. Great customer service, nice guy who came. And not a pricey place… my carpet looks amazing and it’s not soaking wet like most companies leave it.. excellent job!

The two gentlemen that came were on time and courteous. They cleaned my stairs, basement, and one of my bedrooms and my office. The carpets look great and smell good. I will definitely use Chem-Dry again would highly recommend them.

Chem Dry came out to look at a series of red Gatorade stains on our carpet.  They weren’t able to get the stain out; but, we did have them clean the remainder of the carpets in the house.  They also didn’t charge us for the treatment of that room since it ultimately did not work.

They were right on time.  They also came to the house to review the job beforehand and provide a firm quote.  They honored a 10% off coupon that I had seen online and gave us options for cleaning items like our area rugs.

They cleaned carpets in a six bedroom house with a carpeted basement in about 6-7 hours.  The best part is how the carpets were dry the next day so our kids could run around and play.  The carpets look refreshed and they are so much more fluffy and plush than from just vacuuming.

Andrew was our tech and he checked in numerous times as he went along, asking about focus areas and ensuring he got all the spaces we wanted. The team was very interested in doing a good job and customer satisfaction.

I hired these guys to clean my leather sectional.  Let me start by saying that the people that performed the service were nice but overall I wasn't pleased with the value of the service they provided at all.  To be honest, I could've just purchased leather cleaner from Home Depot and done myself for 1/8th of the cost in a couple of hours on a Saturday for what they charged me.   Is it cleaner, yes, but not as clean as I'd expect for what they are charging.

First off, when they showed up they ended up quoting nearly 80% more than the quote they gave me, even though I gave them dimensions and pictures. They told me $600 and it ended up being $1,000

Second, although the people were nice, they didn't really clean up, they left water on my floor, thankfully I have polished concrete. Not a lot of water, but when you pay $1,000 to have a couch cleaned and it only takes two hours you'd expect them to at least mop up if they are using liquids.

On top of that they didn't have the free cleaning solution they said they'd leave with me but told me if I called them and wanted to order some and pay for it that they'd give me two for one...I simply told them I wouldn't be purchasing anything more from them.

I would not hire this company...if you have high expectations.

They were wonderful & efficient! My carpets look like they are new again. And the air is fresher smelling also. Highly recommend them. Thanks

PuroClean of Central Denver

Once again, PuroClean provided expert water mitigation service for my kitchen maple floors.  The team was prompt, knowledgeable and totally professional. From the initial assessment of the situation to the installation of drying equipment, Incencio kept me informed of every step, as well as daily progress updates. Administrative side of the business is equally professional. Respect for my property and all the equipment installed is clean and not “shop worn” which says  attention to detail.  I cannot give high enough praise for the professionalism and expert service PuroClean provides. 100% satisfied.

Inocencio and his partner were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease. From scheduling with Rose and dealing with Jesus as well, everyone I came in contact with at PuroClean was great. To top it off, their response times and urgency were exceptional.

DO NOT use this company for your mitigation needs.  I called them to deal with a minor intrusion of ground water through our foundation.  The bid included a large scope of work which included fan and fluid collection along with removing a wet carpet pad, base boards and dry wall for further drying.  Their employee’s estimate was that all of this work would “not cost over $2000.”  The initial equipment was placed and carpet pad removed.  They returned three days later and determined that no further work needed to be done.  I assumed that since half the work was not done that the bill would be much less than the estimate.  Unfortunately, I was completely wrong.  The bill was over $2000!  Their itemized bill was stuffed with egregious charges for labor and supplies as well as ridiculous markups.  They then informed me that they bill for the time it takes them to drive back and forth to their warehouse and included a “labor minimum” on top of that!  In addition, the charge for the removal of a small carpet pad was over $300!  $200 was for a “disposal fee” which surprised me since the dump charges the rest of us $20.  After exhaustingly challenging them on these charges, they eventually capitulated to only minor decreases in the bill.  This is an unethical company who takes advantage of those in need and pads their bill.  They underbid the project to get you to choose them and then load their bill with bogus charges in the end.  I would strongly recommend that you choose a more reputable company for your mitigation needs.

We had a minor basement leak. Thought I could get under it and dry it myself, but started to worry about kids and mold and decided to call PuroClean. After calling, Jordy & Ulises from PuroClean showed up within 2 hours(!). They were both super helpful and professional.

It was my first time dealing with a water problem and they explained and walked me through the process and did it in a way that made it feel much more manageable and less stressful.

The Maids of Central and North Denver

Highly satisfied with the work of The Maids. Just moved into this home few days ago, with the moving mess and the near holidays; The Maids accommodated my schedule and got a crew over here the next day. Prop Manager said it was just “deep cleaned” but I’m pretty tall and noticed build up of dust on the range hood and couple other spots. The Maids got these areas without being told about them.
Very happy to walk into a fresh and spotless house after a long day of work. Highly recommend and many thanks.

A friend recommended them to us after we had some not great experiences with other cleaning services and we are never going back. We recently switched from once a month cleanings to 2x a month which is such a great value. We love coming home to a spotless house.

They did an excellent job and were able to work me in in a bind for a move out clean. Thought about 4 star because was not clear on time included in initial quote and I would have been able to plan for it taking them about 2 hours and costing more money than originally quoted. Still very efficient and I’m grateful that Kelley helped me understand the final price breakdown. About standard price for company service and I was very pleased with final product.

These folks have done an outstanding job for us for several years. They arrive on time and consistently ask if we have anything special for them to do. We've been in the middle of a lower level remodel and so some of that work has escaped to the upper parts of the house. They don't complain. They're professional, very responsive. The quality is most often very good and the value is in the good window.  Are they perfect? No, nobody can be. BUT, they check all the boxes for us as a professional housekeeping service. Kudos to the ladies for their great effort.

Christmas Eve I got a call from my tenant, due to the extremely low temperatures, pipes had burst and were flooding his condo.  I started calling restoration companies all over the area. All Ways Cleaning & Restoration of Denver (carpet, upholstery, tile, air duct)

I asked Brian for upholstery cleaning and duct cleaning. After assessing our couch he recommended nit doing the upholstery. Even though it cost him a fee, he was honest about the situation and I really appreciated that. Brian is thorough and professional.

He did a AWESOME job on my carpet, it looks so good, smells wonderful. Very professional! I will most definitely use his services again, and absolutely recommend!

I woke up this morning to find out my carpeted basement flooded overnight. I searched for help from nearby businesses and found All Ways Cleaning & Restoration, and I am so grateful I did. Brian came over and got right to work. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and worked very efficiently, and his quick action made a big difference in preventing the problem from getting much worse.
I'm hoping I don't have many more of these issues in the future, but if I ever do, I'll be calling Brian every single time. Do the same, and you can thank me later.

Brian has steam cleaned our carpet for 3+yrs now. Always on time, great price & thorough. He's made pur 11yr old carpets look new. My favorite thing: he uses a round carpet scrubber before pulling up the water. Carpet dries in no time. We've also had him do our air ducts & steam clean our micro fiber sectional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND❣️🥰

We asked Brian to come out and clean our upholstered couch. We had gotten the couches matching ottoman 2 years after we initially bought the couch and noticed how dirty the couch had become. Long story short, you can't tell the difference between the new ottoman and the couch like before. He did a great job and I'll definitely use All Ways again.

Bob did an amazing job on our carpets. I rented a space in Brighton and thought the carpet would have to be replaced due to 15 years of previous owners making it dirty.

Bob came out and did a free estimate and walked me through exactly the services that will be best for my situation. I was blown away by the results, stains that the landlord said had been there for 5+ years were gone, the carpet looked amazing. I cannot recommend Mile High Chem Dry enough and will be putting cards up in my office.

I had a client whose basement flooded over the July 4th holiday.  After his basement was dried out we noticed rust stains on parts of the carpet.  I called Bob and his team at Mile High Chem-Dry to clean the carpet and by the time they were done the carpet looked brand new.  Thank Bob!!

I had to use this service when moving out of a rental unit. Bob was really easy to work with and friendly. He showed up and did the work without issue.

One thing to note - make sure you get a reliable quote before hand. I got a quote over the phone and it was about half of what it came out to be, which could be a bit of a shock for some.

We had Bob with Mile High Chem-Dry out to clean our carpets yesterday and today they look beautiful and are so soft to walk on barefoot. He had to do some extra work with his PURT product after we puppy sat for a friends dog, the stains are gone and the carpet looks as good as new. Thanks Bob!

Wow!  I am so glad we found The Maids in Boulder.  We have used them in Fort Collins in the past and absolutely love them!  My daughter is going to college in Boulder and the team came in and did an awesome job cleaning for her and her roommates.  We will be using them again in the very near future!
