Chem-Dry of Colorado

I only use ChemDry to clean my carpets, but this was a less than ideal customer service experience. Pet stain removal does not remove the black light signature which we were led to believe it would. I also had to purchase fans to dry the basement carpet which took 3 days. Otherwise, the tech was friendly, on-time, and got the job done.

Chem Dry could have abused my ignorance and taken my money, but the tech was open and honest and told me cleaning was futile.  Remove, Kill and Replace everything was his advice. He then walked me through the home with a light to illuminate stain, after stain, after stain, with odor to match.  Integrity is a lost art, but not with Chem Dry. I also used Chem Dry at my own residence and was extremely pleased with the results.  Price was perfect, and service excellent.  Stop shopping, get Chem Dry!

We have a puppy, we have kids and therefore a gross carpet.    We had previously hired a "professional" cleaning company and it was worthless.  So I wasn't real excited to dump a lot of money into cleaning my carpets, but I haven't had time to do it myself.

Justin came over and was very nice and kind.  I thought I needed the extra clean, but when Justin looked at our carpet he said we didn't need that kind of service.  I really appreciated Justin's honesty and also the fact he saved us money.  He was here for about 2 hours and our carpets look brand new.  I had given up hope that they would ever look this good again.

Not going to lie, it wasn't cheap, but it WAS worth it.  The puppy smell is gone, and my carpet looks like new.  Super impressed with the results and would recommend to anyone!

Jeff and Pauline were professional, punctual and personable.  They were respectful of my home and animals.  They explained the solvents they were using and educated us on how different Chem Dry is to other companies.  My dining room chairs had never been cleaned in over 15 years and I was AMAZED in the way stains came out and how brand new they looked again.  I recommend them to come into your home!

Karl Franklin deserves a 5 star shoutout for the extraordinary results he was able to achieve with my antique sofa upholstered in antique damask in a light pink color. A very challenging project but it came out looking like new! I was thrilled!  Karl was professional and highly skilled as well as incredibly patient!  I was so grateful!!

This company did a wonderful job on our carpets.  We were just getting ready to move in and Justin, our Chem-Dry technician, took care of us.  He did a great job and was very professional.   I would definitely use this company again as well as request Justin.  Thanks for making our carpet look new again!

We had an issue getting into our new house as we were getting the carpets cleaned before the closing date. The technician was respectful and understanding, even though it took about 45 minutes to get in the house. Carpets were cleaned well. Nothing was missed that we went over. Good communication after he left and completed the job

I’ve worked at Maids of Honor for some time now and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been employed. The working environment is friendly, welcoming, and patient. My training was thorough, in depth, and I was offered several points of contact for any questions or concerns. I highly recommend our services, we do fantastic work and are always willing to go the extra mile! With the closing of a 4400 sq ft home this company was given 4 hours to clean an empty home for the new residents. Half the baseboards, shelves, light fixtures were full of dust,  the oven & fridge were wiped down, but the oven door and racks were full of baked on grease from the previous owners. One bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. Etc.

The company sent 2 more cleaners to fix the problem after we moved in.  One cleaner cleaned 5 bathrooms & vacuumed a portion of the home. The other cleaner wiped down the kitchen counters, mopped the kitchen and tried to clean the kitchen window.  They weren’t allowed any extra time so we were left to clean the grease out of the stove (we cleaned the fridge and microwave ourselves prior), dust the remaining light fixtures, vacuum, sweep and mop tile, etc.

Before they left I asked how long it would take to finish our home. They said 4.5 hours should be good on a normal day. They had 4 hours and couldn’t swing it.

Moving into a new home is exciting!  Frantically dusting floor boards prior to movers setting up furniture and getting food particles out of the fridge prior to unloading food was stressful   We patiently waited for the company to fix their mistake and was disappointed that we ended up having to clean kitchen appliances, floors and dust from remaining light fixtures after a second team came in.

Would not recommend this cleaning service.

I very seldom write a poor review and I honestly don't like doing so. But I honestly have not a single good thing to say about this place. So I'll just let it go at that. I do not recommend them period though.

Carpet Cleaners and Joshua my technician, is thourough in work and in communication to the client.   I have had many contractors in the past year working on my 47 year old house and I was so pleased with the level of thoughtfulness to tell me what to expect.  My carpet is clean and my house smells fresh and all it took was a quick call and I was called right back with dates to choose from.  They text on there way introducing themselves.  I enjoyed the whole process.

Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and cleaned very stubborn stains on the carpet. He is very professional and takes care of your home. He was the 1st carpet cleaner i used, that used special devices to protect the trims and corners of the house. Also, he walked us through and explained his process,  before and after.  I will definitely be using him in the future and recommend his services to my friends,  especially that is a local small business.

Josh has done our home and our office.  He is outstanding in service, price, and the quality of his work.  We will continue to use him for our carpet cleaning needs!

Josh did an amazing job on our rugs, carpet, and couch. Everything smells so great and is so much brighter and cleaner! He even got some pet stains out of some very light rugs! He was professional, timely, and easy to work with. We will definitely use Carpet Doctor again.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic Joshua is! I was so impressed that they were able to the get the horrible stains out of our carpet. I was so embarrassed  by the mess my son made. I thought for sure we would need to replace the carpeting. They were early but called ahead. They were professional.  Polite and they worked efficiently. They were above all honest. We thoght there may be cat odors in the freshly painted room. However they used a blacklight and no pet urine was detected. So I was not charged for that service. Highly recommend.

Pike's Peak Chem-Dry

We had approximately 2000 square feet of carpet cleaned by Mr. Dave and he did such a good job. We had dog urine spots and stains, he took his time and thoroughly treated every spot. Not only did he do a great job on the carpets, he was such a pleasant man to speak with. He engaged my 11 year old in conversation and before he left felt like a member of our family.  Would happily use his carpet services again and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs cleaning services. This service wasn't your average truck mounted water spray and vacuum, he uses the floor buffer with very nice cotton fiber pads to actually scrub the carpet clean and leave them dryer than expected. If you are looking for a reliable, respectable, hard working carpet guy, Mr. Dave is the one to call.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at PuroClean of Central Denver & PuroClean of Central Colorado Springs & Golde for the inspection of my home after a pipe burst and flooding of the house. The team was professional, courteous, and dedicated to doing a great job. They provided me with a free estimate and an accurate assessment of the damage caused by the flooding. They also set up air dehumidifiers to help prevent any additional damage.
The team worked diligently and with great attention to detail. They were able to accurately assess the damage and provide me with a thorough report of their findings and recommendations. They were also very helpful in providing advice on how to best mitigate the damage and restore my home to its pre-flood condition.
I am extremely impressed with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them for any inspection or remediation work. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my home was safe and secure and that I was satisfied with the results. Santiago and his crew did a fantastic job after I had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve morning.  There was 2 inches of water in my lower level.  They came here and did their job.   The carpet in my entire lower level was soaked.  They removed all the carpet and padding in the large living area and bedroom and disposed of everything.  The ceiling was raining and the smell was horrible.  They used several machines to clean the air and dehumidify the whole place.  I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. We recently had a fire when my husband was out of town. It was a tough situation for me. I discovered that a floor drain flooded my basement the morning I was leaving for my niece's wedding.  PuroClean was called and began cleanup the same day. As an insurance adjuster it is very rare I leave a review for contractors however, my dealings with Mr. Scott we're all but typical. This gentleman was beyond knowledgeable, professional and displays the utmost care and concern for his clients. What a breath of fresh air! American Veterans Cleaning Service

The man that drives this van has hit and blocked our trash cans. We have made numerous police reports prior to this incident due to this man’s erratic  and harassing behavior. If this does not end will be filling a restraining order.

They are great! It’s a military friendly company with an amazingly flexible schedule and great prices. The gentleman they sent out to clean our carpets was professional, patient with my dog barking at him, and did an amazing job of getting the carpets clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality cleaning service!

They come in on time, clean the details in a timely and efficient manner. The price is great for the quality of work you get. I have used AVCS for a few years for both residential and commercial cleanings. Move out cleans are thorough and make for a great presentation to the next tenant.

These guys are awesome!! Veteran owned company! Professional,  on time, and my carpets look amazing, great work!  I initially heard about them from my neighbor who had her house done. Steve and his team were upfront about the cost of the cleaning and called to advise me on the state of my rug (due to age and manufacture) while providing options for further care and/or services.   The team was great about educating me on the cost/benefits of those services but I felt no pressure to take on additional expenses.  I was additionally impressed by their knowledge of the new practices in their industry!  I will definitely use Doc's for any carpet of rug care. A+

Have used Doc's on 3 occasions and each was a WOW. They are easy to schedule with, professional, skilled and friendly.
