I can't thank the ladies of team 3 enough.  They did an amazing job and my house was sparkling.clean from top to bottom when we needed it as we prepare for my husband to recover from a knee replacement. Thank you ladies all of your hard work was really appreciated!

The Maids came on 6/7/2023 and cleaned my apartment.  They arrived right on-time.  They cleaned my Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Dining room and Bedroom.  They washed my kitchen floor, my bathroom floor and vacuumed my all my rugs.   The Maids .... team number 5 .... did a great job!   Thank you.

They came, they saw, they cleaned everything. They did an excellent job of deep cleaning around the piles of stuff.  I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.   Would highly recommend the service.

I used The Maids for a few years for regular cleaning and recommended to others. The staff was friendly and did a good job. However, during the last cleaning there was some moderate damage caused. Things happen and it’s understandable.

However, the owner refused to help and didn’t take any responsibility. So after the owner told me the damage they caused was my problem, I can’t recommend any longer and suggest to everyone to avoid. I imagine same thing will happen to next person that has damage caused by The Maids.

Excellent cleaning of bathrooms and designated rooms! Team number five did a terrific job!

We have had Mr. Maid clean our home for nearly 20 years. They have been dependable, professional, personable and above all do an amazing job. They leave my home sparkling and during the summer will even clean my deck and patio. I highly recommend having these professionals clean your home!

I contacted Mr Maid literally at the last minute to help with cleaning before a home sale. I was stressed and overwhelmed, but Michael was very reassuring, explaining what the priorities were and what needed to be done. Keith and Zach performed the cleaning and they were very efficient and thorough. The cabinets, surfaces, windows, appliances and light fixtures were spotless after they were done. I’m very grateful!

I recently moved into a new house and the previous owners were kind enough to leave crumbs and dust everywhere, pee on the toilet seats and pet pee puddles on the floor. I’d spot clean but wasn’t able to do a full cleaning myself because of work so I hired Mr Maid based on a recommendation from my real estate agent.

It was so wonderful to come home to a spotlessly and sanitized house! The crew was so respectful of my home and my pets which was much appreciated. Stormy, Levi, Zach and another person who’s name I cannot remember (I do apologize for that) did amazing work. I still haven’t found a spot they missed! Walking barefoot on the hardwood floors is now enjoyable since I’m not stepping on crumbs. Great job, Mr Maid!

Mr. Maid did a wonderful job cleaning our home! They were very polite and on-time. Our home still feels clean and they really paid attention to detail!

Mr Maid is tremendous, dependable, timely and terrific to work with!  They took a huge story house with old hardwoods and lots of family love  and traffic (dogs and kids) and cleaned it down to the vents and ducts.  The service included powerwashing the concrete and steps outside, windows indoors.  The house is so clean, the hardwoods are brighter, and a person with dog allergies was very comfortable.  I believe in this company as a first to call best option for deep cleaning!  @kimberealty

Best Maids NJ

I am thrilled with the cleaning service I got from Best Maids. First of all, the Maid brought all of her own cleaning supplies, including her own vacuum cleaner. Yes!!!  (I hate it when a cleaner shows up empty handed and spends the whole time asking me for everything.) Also, my cleaner worked the entire time (did not take breaks and worked four full hours) and did a great job. Finally, she was quiet and polite, which I really appreciate. She also asked me where I wanted her to start, which is very considerate. The best service I have ever had, very professional. Best Maids really is the best!

Water leak in basement ceiling. Very impressed by instant, professional telephone response from Donald of PuroClean. Same person, Donald, then responded in less than an hour, carefully assessed the type and extent of water damage and set up equipment to dehumidify and filter the air overnight. He was back early the next morning, as promised, even though it was a Sunday, to enlarge the ceiling opening for deeper dehumidification and to set up additional drying equipment as needed. Very satisfied! We will definitely call Donald at PuroClean for any future clean-ups.

Maribel and the crew at PuroClean were very knowledgeable and professional throughout this process (as were the office staff - Anthony and Gilbert). Maribel communicated with me each step of the way. After completing a thorough inspection of the damage, they got to work immediately. They were extremely careful to contain dust during the demolition process. I am so grateful  for the work they did in my home and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past, and they do not compare. Pure Clean from Livingston , Nj came to my home in Dingmans Ferry , Pa immediately within 2 hours of the incident. When I tell you the phenomenonal service and care they gave us it was over the top. We had Lead on the job Maribel Ruiz , the chief on the job was Alfonso Rivera and then so far 3 days they have spent here with their team Clarence Vandemark, Tiana Rivera. Rafael Javier , Jason Castellanos and Omar Aitsalih. This was the team. I apologize if I missed anyone . In the office we has Gilbert who is the General Manager  and I believe Anthony who is communication manager. This team is from Puro Clean from Mitagation. If you ever have a flood and don’t think u need mitigation still call the insurance and ask for mitagarion because I’m sure u need them . I can’t recommend this company enough. Please if u need any info or information and can reach out to Mirabel or Alfonso please do. We had a previous flood which wasn’t dtwken care of correctly and without Mirabel or Alfonso we would have never know the extent of the damage . We just bought this home and a few more months we would have black mold growing . So please call Puro Clean and have peace of mind. Thankyou so much Mirabel , Alfonso and team . PuroClean Professional Restoration

My job was a disgusting, messy one, if you get my drift.  (think sewer line/brown flood )and the sooner my basement was cleaned, sanitized deodorized and put back together the better. Puroclean was easy to work with, professional, and communicated directly with my insurance adjuster as well as the plumbing and HVAC people. They took a very bad situation, and quickly made it much better.  Thank you to Justin and his entire crew of very nice and hard workers.

Andy and his team from PuroClean in Kingston/Woodstock, NY worked on cleanup from a boiler puff back/ backfire of soot that covered our basement and stairs and main floor. Andy was a pleasure to work with, always answered my calls (even on a Sunday!) and was thorough and detailed in the cleanup! Absolutely hands down the most Pro Team I have dealt with in a long time  Jon, who came on his own time as my Neighbor when i called out for help on social media . Seeing as my husband is disabled with a bad neck and spine, it makes it extremely hard for him in situations like this  Jon went above and beyond to get our guitars and gear safe. We then hired his company and the Staff was absolutely fabulous! I had Team #2, lead by Dolores at my home to clean. And WOW.  They were incredibly thorough - with many special touches.  My floors have never been so clean.  And because four cleaners were on the team - it was all quickly done also.  I am impressed - and hope to have them back soon.

Maid In Oregon

Needed a last minute whole home cleaning (walls, floors, all rooms, ect).  Maid in Oregon was quick to respond and was able to fit us in quickly.  Up front about prices and billing, and no surprises in the final invoice.  The work was done on time and the house looked great.  Special attention was given to easily overlooked spots (like window tracks) which was really appreciated.  We worked with Dan who was really helpful in getting everything coordinated.

Great Service! Fair Pricing! You have to use these great folks if you want to absolutely experience a clean & fresh home. They know their "clean"! Again, thanks Maid in Oregon! Next clean is is in February.

Dan is an honest person with a strong work ethic. I was always impressed with his high quality service he as giving considering the price.  I'd give 4.5 stars if possible as I can't think of any problems and was satisfied.  To get 5 out of 5 from me you have to do something phenomenal.

PuroClean of Hoboken

This organization lacks any follow-up or communication.  They were contacted to do emergency work after my building/apartment received water damage, they dropped fans in and left (easy money for them).  Now I need real work in floor/wall removal and estimates and no word.  Its been 2 weeks, how are they emergency service.  If I could I would give a negative score.  Horrible experience!

Edit: instead of contacting me to do work they send me a bill.  This is a horrible organization that should be report to the BBB.

So grateful PuroClean was on site so quickly to clean up and handle the after math of water pipe that burst in our complex. The amount of water that flooded the building and made its way into all of the apartments was unbelievable. They handled it quickly and efficiently and worked with each individual unit to make sure all of their needs where met. I am especially grateful for Rob and Alex. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

What a loooong three weeks, that was initially quoted to be 7 business days at most.

The two star review is only because they provided us with a 10% discount for the extended remediation time. From day 1 there were delays, miscommunications, and the manager of this job had the audacity to say that we were pressuring him when he was questioned about the delays and miscommunications. Quality of work and craftsmanship was extremely poor, and they left our apartment in disarray for three weeks causing a lot of stress and making my allergies 10x worse due to lack of dust prevention.

Overall a really bad experience and I would not recommend puroclean to anyone.

We had hired these guys (recommended by our building) to fix up the floors and walls after water damage caused by a neighbor’s pipe bursting. They came in and did an initial assessment of the areas to fix. That’s when the fun starts. We were told it would take 6-7 business days to pull out the flooring and parts of the wall and reinstall new ones along with painting the walls. What we were greeted with was miscommunication between the managers and the on-site crew on what needed to be done (despite having this information for a few weeks before the job started), the on-site crew showing late (sometimes an hour later) than the agreed start time, taking longer than usual lunches, needing to go grab stuff from the warehouse or Home Depot because they were not adequately prepared, and shotty work that would require redos and touch ups. All of these things delayed what should’ve been 1.5 weeks of work to 3 weeks. Tiles were not ordered until 2 days before tiling was to start, despite having the information of what tiles we wanted for weeks, because of the deposit payment they required to place the order. Yet, no communication was provided to us that we needed to give them the deposit first, something we would’ve gladly done when asked. Whenever we asked them about what would be done to mitigate the delays they would deflect and tell us they don’t want to rush the job. We don’t want a haphazard rushed job too but the constant delays makes you wonder on their ability to do something in the time they set out and tell you. After having a chat with management about this, we thought they’d fix their act but even towards the end the crews that came were lackadaisical and their work needed to be touched up by others.

Overall, just a poor showing from start to finish. If you go with them and they tell you X days, you should assume X+Y.

Our condo management company called in PuroClean after a hot water heater in the unit above blew. The crew was wonderful and had the sheetrock cut, air movers and dehumidifiers up and running very quickly. They walked my wife and I through the whole insurance claim process, as well, and worked with my adjuster to make the claim very easy. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Mitch and his team. They helped us remove mold behind walls and on floorboards in our basement and they were the definition of professional throughout. It was a pretty daunting task to source a mold remediation company myself, comparing quotes from multiple companies to make sure I wasn’t getting gouged on price while also making sure the situation was properly addressed. The Maids in Albany and Salem

Monica, Julieta and Blanca did an incredible job. They were prompt and efficient.  I told them before they left that I nearly cried when I saw our home as clean as the first time we moved in. They truly were kind and did an immaculate job. They even cleaned spaces I, sadly, hadn't had the time to notice were dirty. They also completely got rid of the build-up on our shower that has been there for years!!! It's like a weight has been lifted to have such a clean and inviting home now. I'm so happy I went with The Maids. I will be utilizing them again and have told my friends and family about them already!

Albany Team #6 (Yaneth, Zoyla, and Brenda) did a deep clean on our entire home. They were very thorough and did an amazing job! My home is sparkling and looks fantastic! We are very happy and would highly recommend them.

Team #1 just finished cleaning our house and it was great!  The process from start to finish was upfront, and the results were fantastic.  We will definitely be setting up regular cleaning from now on.  😃

Very disappointed. Initially all looked good, but as I took a closer look after the ladies departed, I found that most of the baseboards had not been cleaned, even after specifically asking that they be cleaned. I took a new, never used microfiber cloth, and (re-)cleaned areas that should have been cleaned. Pics show both sides of the cloth I used.

I was given a range of $396-$594, and since my house is neat, just very dusty (I live on a homestead, and across from farm land), I assumed I would be at the lower end of that range. I was charged $578 for 3 ladies, that took only 2 1/2 hrs (that included their lunch) to clean 2 bd, 1 small bathroom, kitchen, and common areas, approximately 1500 sq ft. Definitely over-paid, and 3 stars is generous.
