I would like to state that I am very dissatisfied with the service at Luxenter and that I will not purchase from your store again.

I do not think it is convenient that the only way to return a product purchased online is in the same way. This is my third return attempt. First I went to a physical store (El Corte Inglés) where they told me that for hygiene reasons earrings are not returned, which surprised me since it has never happened to me and finally the indication was not correct. The second store I went to (also El Corte Inglés) told me that my invoice does not have a barcode and that if I have purchased the products online, the return must be online. Given that this type of return involves a not exactly cheap cost for the customer (€5.95), I do not think it is a solution in which we are taken care of. I do not understand that a physical store cannot be used to return a product purchased online being the same brand. It is the first case that has occurred to me.

In short, my purchase at Luxenter has disappointed me (also due to the quality of a product that claims to be gold-plated but in appearance leaves much to be desired), it has meant a waste of time, fruitless travel and return costs.

I would like to leave this review to the Luxenter store in general since it was online and not to one specifically, but conveniently on Google I don't have that option.

There is a variety, but in the computer and air-conditioning part, the vendors talk to you terribly about items with solidary prices, trying to sell you something more expensive. The one who sold me the laptop failed to tell me that it was crap and the one from the air force told me that buying the least expensive one was wasting my money. 😱😱😱

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, MUCH LESS TO START!
I placed a wholesale order for ring openers to begin my venture. On their page they promise that each product is made of quality 925 silver with a guarantee and committed to excellence in jewelry.
I sold 2 pairs of Amauta earrings to a client who put them on her newborn baby, trusting that they are silver. It caused an allergy to the baby.
I already made my claim and they only say that they cover the warranty on those two pairs. Although I am no longer aware that anything I bought from them is the material they promise. They didn't mention anything about allergies or my problem with my client, only that 925 silver is an alloy and that in comparison to the complaints that ALREADY EXIST on Google, for this same problem, they have many good reviews. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM believing that everything they sell is 925 silver. Silver DOES NOT cause allergies. I will continue making the claim in consumer defense.

I buy to resell and I test all the jewelry with a magnet (If it sticks to the magnet it is metal, NOT SILVER) I took this measurement due to complaints from my clients because the pin fades or some inflated hearts ended up being plastic , about 50% of the products you bought here stick to the magnet and fade. I recommend it under precautionary measures to buyers!

She went to exchange a pair of earrings with crystals that she had received as a gift for Christmas (I had checked the price on the page and it was $5000) when I go to exchange it the girl who helped me tells me you have $850 to exchange it, I honestly felt cheated because There is NOTHING on the page AT THAT PRICE!
