I got a ring as a gift, unfortunately it wasn't my number, I went to change it, and they didn't have my number (humidity vila olimpia), ok I liked the ring so I looked for another unit (JK Iguatemi) who also didn't have my number, that was already there if 15 days passed... I went back to Vila Olímpia and heard the same thing, I asked when it would arrive then, the answer was unforeseen, I asked if I could exchange it for another piece, no, if I could exchange it for the same piece but in another color, too no, I asked if I could give the difference, another no. Exhausted, I asked how they would solve it, after all I couldn't keep a useless piece at home that cost my sister a lot, in addition to being disrespectful to leave the store without the problem solved, to which she replied that I could keep looking kkkkk, I said that I wouldn't run all over São Paulo due to the sheer incompetence of such a big brand and that I thought was good, even so I tried again and went to the original store where she bought it, which is also the brand's biggest store in São Paulo, and I heard the same thing when I said I would open a complaint against you and still leave there without any resolution, this is unacceptable.
I bought it yesterday, 11/27, at the Morumbi shopping store and because of Black Friday, the person who helped me put the jewel in a bag and didn't even give me a bag, I had to put it in my bag so I wouldn't lose it. Lack of basic training for attendants.
