Horrible customer service!
They were very nice when selling. But one year later when wanted to cancel my health insurance I experienced the worst customer service ever. I am a foreigner and left Valencia so I couldn't visit the office personally. I was contacting office several times, either they were not responding or telling me that everything is fine, but finally i got charged once again for about 600 euro for the insurance I didn't need. I contacted them about this issue but again they didn't respond. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. AVOID!

I will change my service rating from 3 to 1 because it is too much. I just mentioned that I have already complained three times to this Adeslas office in a short time, when again, once again, there is a problem. The authorization is made for a different hospital, not the one that gave me the appointment. Thank God in the end I didn't miss the appointment. But time, money, nerves were lost, and simply because the workers were not attentive. I'll have to look for another office, I hope not all of them have such irresponsible employees.

This company, after three years of religiously paying the fee and almost without using its services, when I ask them to cancel, they force me to complete the current year, so I have to continue paying for something that I do not use and do not want, a lot of image and good words when you hire but when you want to leave they show their teeth, the law and threats, if I had known before...

Terrible treatment by the receptionists, impressive that in a place where you go feeling bad they treat you badly. A shame.
I say this so whoever goes knows what to expect.

Normally I don't write these types of comments, but Sanitas's behavior seems such a scam to me that I have to share it.
In my case, they charge me €10 per visit as co-payments. The fact is that on top of that they consider a visit the fact that they give you the results and they also charge you €10, they also charge you for tests that you don't need and tests that they don't even do. I explain it better. This month I have made 2 visits corresponding to €20 co-payments and they have charged me €50. I have called to have it explained to me and it seems that they have charged me €20 for tests that they have not even done and €10 for a test to see my nasal congestive (symptom that I did not have and that I have not asked to have done), the nurse put the tube in my nose without asking and I was just going to get the allergy shot. In short, everything is a shame.

Impressive I went in July to change the policy for a cheaper one (they confirmed that I could keep the seniority) and I signed some documents according to the change. Indeed and as I expected and without any prior notification, I am charged the same again this September. SHAMEFUL. Enough of ripping people off.

My wife and I have been at Sanitas for many years and with the problem of the pandemic and being self-employed, we owe two receipts. I have called to find a solution and they do not give me any, so I have found another company that offers me the same thing at a much lower price.
But they won't let me process the withdrawal if I don't pay the pending receipts and if I don't pay them, they will continue to accumulate month by month even if I have signed for another company. In times of crisis a little help and understanding gentlemen!!!!!!

Never ever take out insurance with SegurCaixa, especially car insurance, they force you to stay with them for 5 years and they don't care if you tell them that you want to cancel the insurance because you have sold the car, the only thing they are interested in is getting paid and nothing more, Disastrous service and personal attention.

The worst insurance contracted in my life, I do not recommend it at all, I have had a breakdown for 1 year and a half, involving a water leak, they have not solved it, they have been putting patches and each time the fault is getting bigger, it has already affected to my downstairs neighbor and since the breakdown has a higher cost they pass the buck to each other and give me the runaround, I really feel cheated, don't take out this insurance

If you are an international student and need to buy the insurance for visa purposes this is the best place. Right from gathering the documents till the payment and issuing the document Fernanda helped me throughout the process very patiently in spite of me asking a lot of questions. Definitely recommended!

Informing that my mother was very ill and that we would no longer need their services, they ignored us and charged us for the month that my mother was not going to use. Of course, they couldn't lose €400 from a 94-year-old person who was admitted to a healthcare partner. Until we send the death certificate they have not listened to us. May someone give them a long life and may they do well with my mother's €400. ZERO empathy
with the family members and with the injured person who, even when sending reports from hospitals, rejected them.
Obviously I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Very happy. I had a problem with a policy and the girl who answered me on the phone helped me a lot.
Very kindly, she explained to me what I had to do to avoid walking from one place to another, she even told me about some steps that she herself made.

If at ¼ of 11 in the morning it is not available, we are not doing well.
