Horrible customer service!
They were very nice when selling. But one year later when wanted to cancel my health insurance I experienced the worst customer service ever. I am a foreigner and left Valencia so I couldn't visit the office personally. I was contacting office several times, either they were not responding or telling me that everything is fine, but finally i got charged once again for about 600 euro for the insurance I didn't need. I contacted them about this issue but again they didn't respond. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. AVOID!
I will change my service rating from 3 to 1 because it is too much. I just mentioned that I have already complained three times to this Adeslas office in a short time, when again, once again, there is a problem. The authorization is made for a different hospital, not the one that gave me the appointment. Thank God in the end I didn't miss the appointment. But time, money, nerves were lost, and simply because the workers were not attentive. I'll have to look for another office, I hope not all of them have such irresponsible employees.
The operator who attended to me, Estefanía. Very nice, attentive and above all, she takes all her time to explain things to you in detail.
Now the same insurer needs to take care of all the contracted coverage.
