Terrible treatment by the receptionists, impressive that in a place where you go feeling bad they treat you badly. A shame. I say this so whoever goes knows what to expect.

Normally I don't write these types of comments, but Sanitas's behavior seems such a scam to me that I have to share it. In my case, they charge me €10 per visit as co-payments. The fact is that on top of that they consider a visit the fact that they give you the results and they also charge you €10, they also charge you for tests that you don't need and tests that they don't even do. I explain it better. This month I have made 2 visits corresponding to €20 co-payments and they have charged me €50. I have called to have it explained to me and it seems that they have charged me €20 for tests that they have not even done and €10 for a test to see my nasal congestive (symptom that I did not have and that I have not asked to have done), the nurse put the tube in my nose without asking and I was just going to get the allergy shot. In short, everything is a shame.

Great treatment, unbeatable service, and great professionals. Very nice and above all excellent professionals.
