This was an exceptional shopping experience. Everything was done in home. The salesman, Ray Piercy really knew his product! I am a salesman myself. I can spot when a salesman really believes in what he's doing. Next came the installation. Sam and Rob were exceptional. They took their time. They explained how everything worked. They went back and critiqued their own work and made adjustments without me having to ask. This was truly a good company to work with and I cannot recommend them enough.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the product, the installation process and the professionalism of both Ray in sales and the team who did the installation.  Budget Blinds installed plantation shutters in our home and they installed custom shades on our screened in back porch.  We highly recommend them and will continue to use them.  Tom and Cindy Given

Fabulous experience with Budget Blinds of Baldwin County! We replaced blinds on all windows throughout the house, and installed rollup shades on the patio and French doors. Austin Carpenter was the designer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. His measurements were spot on. We are really pleased with Nathan De La Garza, the installer. Nathan is also professional and knowledgeable. He explained several features of the blinds and how best to use and maintain them. He knows a lot about the product. We are grateful for the time Nathan took to remove and install all blinds and shades. The patio shades were challenging and he knew exactly how to install them and not damage the patio walls. It was a pleasure having Nathan in our home and we highly recommend him. He is an excellent communicator. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in sales/designing at some point.

Dennis, the owner, was very helpful.  I will definitely use Budget Blinds of Baldwin County next time I need professional work done.

Ace Handyman Services East Gwinnett

Great job Everything as promised.My technician arrived on time and was professional an courteous. I advise having all materials available including screws so Tech can spend entire time working on site not assembling things. If you are doing a remodeling.project,  schedule at minimum of four hour blocks no matter if you think project is small..Allow your Tech to work without rushing through build, leave them alone to work. They can't get it done if you are  acting as forman, just tell them what you want done, they will get it done. I highly recommend them.

I needed a repair done to my garage. Joe was prompt and very professional he did  a great job! I am very pleased with his work. Scheduling  the appointment with Rudy was easy. I will be using their services again.

Joe was great. Very personable and kind. Unfortunately ice makers are complicated. He was very patient and tried to diagnose it but it was Misbehaving because of the electrical board. He made me feel better about the product and said we could try getting a circuit board and then can come back for installation. Ace Handyman had a policy that protected me financially despite the time and attention  they gave me, so it didn’t cost me a lot. I really appreciate both Joe and Rudy who called me twice to talk me through this process. I will absolutely support and promote this business as they are genuine and authentic when dealing with customers.

Vin B did my drywall installation and he was a pleasure to work with. Very skilled, neat, polite and hardworking. He did an excellent job. Glad I went with Ace!

Outstanding service, skill level and workmanship, and professionalism.  We are so happy, and relieved,  to have found your handyman service and the integrity in which it's provided. This is an invaluable service for maintaining the many needs of our aging home. School of Rock

Our daughter has taken lessons here for the past two years and has loved every minute of it. She transitioned from Rookies to Rock 101 and has been happier and more excited with each lesson/rehearsal.

My 9 yr old son attended classes in the fall and recently attended one of their week long summer camps. He has learned so much, made some new friends and performed in a band. It doesn't get any better than that. Sean is a great teacher, who cares about his students and takes a genuine interest in them. We love this place.

The people are friendly. The instructors are cool. We enjoy our time at the school of Rock. With so many options you are sure to find something that your little one will enjoy. 🙂

Very happy with this place! The owners Sean and Stacy threw a rock party opening day and was very excited to sign my kid up for the rookies program. The staff is friendly and I love the environment. The teachers like Jimmy have real experience and work well with kids.

Ashley Store

This was by far the WORST experience of any retailer. I typically shop online with my Ashley Furniture account but felt the need to go to the store to purchase a mattress. After spending $1,900, the delivery date was set for 2 weeks out and the anticipation was building. Delivery day came, the old mattress was gone and the new mattress made its way to the bed. As the delivery guy opened his box cutter to remove the plastic, his facial expression changed and he revealed that he cut a 2-foot-long gash in the mattress. He said not to worry, it will be addressed. I called the store and spoke with Damian, the store manager, who made loads of empty promises from credits to quick delivery dates, none of which have come to pass. I received a call from the warehouse only to be told I would have to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for a replacement. Once again, I called the store, spoke with Nate who was aware of the issue, and was told I would a call back. I called again and spoke with Ashley who was also aware of the issue and was emailing the warehouse to get answers and I would get a callback, but still nothing. I was promised corporate credits for the inconvenience, I was promised a quick resolution and several callbacks. None have come to pass. So, now a week later, I am still without a mattress, no delivery date as of yet, and no credit. There is no way I will do business with Ashley Furniture as a whole again under ANY circumstance and as soon as I pay off my account, I am closing it.  Now I see why the reviews for this store are so low on Yelp, they are only out to protect the commission and not to satisfy their customers. I am being put on the back burner for a situation that was not in my control. Poor customer service, incompetent delivery company, and false promises will destroy a company from the inside.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY!!
This chain is very UNPROFESSIONAL and disorganized, brought whole bedroom set from this store as I was in need because my new didn't had any furniture, I was given delivery date 3 weeks after and the saga continued,
1: Not delivered on promise date and postpone for 2 weeks.
2: Product came after 5 weeks of order but was DAMAGED
3: Called customer care and shop only to found they were helpless, then i was given new delivery date after 10 days.
4: Surprise surprise!! 2nd delivery also came with DAMAGED product
5: Went to store to complaint but as usual they are useless, now given new delivery date
Now its more than 7 weeks still I am without bed.............
Save yourself and don't order anything from Ashley

This is not a reflection of the Snellville GA store. Everyone including our salesman Doug was great. It's your dishonest business model. I found something for $300 but found out no product was in store. I couldn't take it with me. They only ship, @$100 charge.  So my find was really $400.
Just be honest about your pricing.

Nick’s customer service skills are exceptional. I came to this store about a month ago mattress shopping. Wasn’t ready to make a decision then and came back looking for him to complete the process. He was knowledgeable, patient and had a lot to share. I had been to 4 different stores prior and was still not settled. He made the experience very easy. Go see Nick in Snellville!

Walmart Supercenter

Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought a Christmas tree there yesterday morning it was half off when I went home to set it up the stand was missing so I took it back to exchange it for the same exact tree and they said that tree was discounted and I had to pay full price for this tree mind you it was exactly the same! So they would not honor their prices!! They put the tree in discount because it was a return missing pieces and they should have stated that on the box!! Of course no one wants to actually help you there so be extremely careful when buying discounted prices from kingman Walmart they are discounted because they are defective not because they are trying to get rid of last year’s product!

Grocery pick up sucks. They put a hold on your checking for an amount larger than your purchase and it takes 2 weeks for the hold to come off. Ridiculous. Customer service is rude and non caring. Do not recommend.

The customer service has greatly declined since I left my last 5 star review. My husband waited for over 2 hours in the automotive section for a battery change. He ended up leaving without any help whatsoever from the employees. I waited for over ten minutes yesterday on a refund for a pick-up purchase that the woman at the customer service desk could not figure out how to complete. The team member never came back to help me, and after 10 minutes of waiting I left.
I will pay more money for groceries and shop at Safeway or Smith's before I will go back to this store.

Lots of people with their dogs in the cart one of the dogs had dry poop hanging off of it... pretty disgusting ...that's where our food goes.. come on Walmart do better.

Hate the LONG LINES at self checkout and it's slow, and checking out with a cashier takes a long time too because they are slow and the lines are long and when it's busy they don't open any more check out lines, I see many registers closed that need to be opened when it's extremely busy and the lines are really long.  GET IT TOGETHER WALMART AND START OPENING MORE CHECK OUTS SO PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO WAIT IN LONG LINES FOR AN HOUR OR MORE AND GET HOME.

A ton of beautiful home items here!!! Carpets are  a variety of styles and sizes, and very fashionable. I needed a new front door mat, but not of coir, and found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price, and was also able to use a 15% birthday coupon on the whole purchase of items. Good place well worth checking out!!!

We needed some outdoor furniture without breaking the bank. After viewing the stores online, we decided on At Home. Got what we needed, although it was hard to choose because of their wide selection, and still had money for dinner🤑

I went to the Home store after I signed up for their insider perks through text messages.Of course, I started receiving text alerts no sooner than I signed up. I was interested in the text alerts I received about their Christmas trees. They had listed one Christmas tree sale price as $149. Which is a good price compared to the prices in the general area. So I get dressed and head to the Home store and as soon as I walked through their doors I was looking for the on sale Christmas tree. I found it but I did not purchase the tree because I did like the look of it. Anyway, I did enjoy looking around the store at the many Christmas decorations. I was very disappointing not to see any African American Santas, angles, elf's. I usually try to collect Santas and angles to add to my collection I started when I lived in Florida. My family and I was surprised when we moved to Georgia and couldn't really find Africa America Christmas decorations.

I saw only 2 people who I think worked there because they dont wear any type of uniform, work shirts or i.d. tags, so customers can know who works there!!   I don't like walking up to another customer asking questions.. humiliating!  At Home is trying to keep their operating costs as low as possible!!  And I'm sure they're making billions $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ of dollars every year with all that expensive furniture and other stuff.  Speaking of which, I returned a small piece of furniture and because I didn't have the receipt, the cashier only refunded 2/3 of what I originally paid and put it on a store card!!!  Then, she wanted me to sign up WITH HER for a store credit card!!  I am a retired senior and don't appreciate At Home only refunding 2/3 of what I paid for some very cheaply made, rickety piece of furniture!!  So... Don't Lose the receipt for ANYTHING you buy at At Home stores, you'll only get 2/3 of your hard earned $$$$$$$$ back!!  They've got a helluva lot of nerve.  They shouldn't be in business if they CAN'T AFFORD IT!!
Customers WILL sometime lose their receipts!  It comes with the territory !!

Ask for Stan. If you don't ask for Stan then you didn't do it right. Stan is not only the man, but he is the man with the plan!!!! Oh, and let him know I want that Traeger flat top but going to need his discount.

Needed a specific Craftsman shop vac filter, and two pre filters. Found them online, in-stock at the Cornelia Ace.  Walked in showed 3 screenshots to the staff member who greeted me. We walked directly to the isle/bay, confirmed SKU, I was ready to go…. He then pointed out that they had a finer filter better suited.  Not an up-sale, just good advice. Proceeded to checkout, confirmed & received Military Discount, in&out time 16min.  The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and neighborly.

The slightly higher prices compared to online were justified by the experienced staff, convenience factor, and transaction speed.

Nicest people you'll do business with! They went out of their way to help me and treated me like I was the only customer there.  They also have great prices.

Go to place if you need anything non food related. Its super expensive compared to the states but if you're in a pinch its the go to store. A mix between Best Buy, JC Penny and Sears maybe. Not as nice as Dillard's.

Got a great deal on a pillow top cooling bed.

A great place to walk around, grab a bite to eat, and people watch while escaping the summer heat.

You can't trust the people at this store. A few yrs ago, I bought a bottle of perfume and the 1st time I used it, the top broke. I brought it back & even with a receipt, they refused to give me a refund. They were extremely rude & would only give me a gift card (as if I'd ever shop there again). Four years later I give the gift card to my friend. When she goes to use it, another rude clerk tells her, "there's is a ZERO BALANCE on the card". So not only did they sell me  a defective bottle of perfume, refuse to give me a refund (even w receipt) and then to top it off, they purposely gave me a blank gift card. They STOLE my $90 is what they did. I GUARANTEE YOU THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THE CASH & kept it for THEMSELVES and gave me a blank gift card.

Like Dillard's. Sales help always friendly and helpful. Wish they had a larger selection of plus size clothing.

Great upscale department store located in the Dekalb county Stone Crest Mall. Lot's of clearance and sale prices too.

I went to the intimate wear section and Keyana, the certified fitter, did a wonderful job of explaining the process and what I should expect. She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Even when she was helping someone else, she still managed to make sure I was ok. Her customer service was superb and I will go back just because of the service I received from her!

We went into Ashley Furniture yesterday and was greeted by "Stan da Man" in a humorous way that made you want to shop there. Our experience was wonderful, Stan made sure we got what we were shopping for. He wasn't pushing us to buy something we didn't want, he gave us time to consider our purchase and to find the item that was right for us. Everyone was polite, and willing to help if they didn't know we had a salesperson, Stan was very educating on the entire process from purchase to delivery. Although we haven't received the product yet, the shopping experience and customer service was superb! I'm glad we came to Ashley Furniture for our furniture needs. I will keep you guys updated once we received our items.

Mrs. Marie provided exceptional service unlike we've ever experienced. She inspired my wife and I to purchase additional furniture  that highlight the essence of our home. 5 stars is not enough for the incredibly individual that she reflects for Ashley Store. Her knowledge and gentle approach not only influenced my decision but led me to select furniture and a mattress I hadn't initially planned to buy. Her superb customer service skills markedly improved the entire experience.

Coming to Stonecrest Ashley Furniture, can I say wow! They had more layouts than the other Ashley stores. Calvin, was such a great help. He helped my mom the perfect bed for her and my dad. Also, they are doing a beautiful job with the renovating the building as well, I can't wait to see it once it is done.  I would recommend coming here!
