I highly recommend StretchLab!
It’s hands-on assisted stretching, so I felt encouraged to go beyond what I would normally do stretching on my own.
The staff is highly trained and gently guide you depending on your comfort and ability and are also supportive in preventing injury.

Absolutely horrendous management. Poor communication and billing problems that never got resolved with the management. Some of the flexologists were great but they apparently got let go. I had a very skilled Flexologist (Nick) who was thorough, explained everything well, and was passionate about the work but now they have a lot of new people who don't seem to know what they are doing.

My stretching sessions were great.

However, the overall management was poor. I asked to switch packages and the studio manager just added a new package to my account, meaning I was going to be double-charged. Eventually, my favorite flexologist was let go (another poor decision) and the studio never communicated this with me, despite me having multiple appointments booked with him. Since then, I’ve cancelled my membership.

Terrible customer service from the store manager after you sign a membership.  The facility is completely oversold and it's difficult to schedule.  30 day notice to cancel ensures THEY bill you for an additional month beyond your cancellation notice.  I also found the sessions were only mildly impactful, mostly not at all.

7/25/2023 I showed up 15 minutes before they closed, doors were locked. After waiting a couple minutes, he let me and another inside. He said he normally locked the doors early. He tried to tell us that, we were lucky he let us in. Then said he absolutely hates it when customers do that.
Do your job!

Online says closes at 7pm. It's Thursday and I'm here at 5:06 doors are locked and no signage with hours are posted

One of my favorite places to pick up vitamins that I need. Actually it's the only place I pick up vitamins at. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell And they're friendly too keep it up GNC. ❗️

This place is a joke. Save your time, money, and gas, and shop literally anywhere else.

1st time I went their shelves were 1/4 stocked and the place was a mess. The clerk never looked up from his phone or acknowledged that anyone was in the store.

Today the door was locked at 4:00 PM and a guy came to the door and yelled “on break” through the glass. I asked until when, then he opened the door and I asked again. He got angry and said “well do you know exactly what you want?” I’ve been a GNC customer for years and recently moved to the area. Every other location I’ve been to has been great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that wants your business, this place is not that. I was convinced it would be out of business and when I saw it wasn’t I thought I’d give it another try. Steer clear, it’s most likely a front.

I've been to this GNC quite a few times. Have always had a great experience! It's a franchise location so the prices typically can't be beat. Adam is knowledgeable and makes recommendations when needed. I highly recommend checking this location out!

Love this location. The customer service here is the best and they always have what I want/need. Rachel is always in when I’m there and she always goes above and beyond to make my experience a 10/10.

He took the time to get to know me & what would be best for my personal needs. they don't push "sales" products like other GNC stores & he was very well educated on everything he spoke of. He also gave me other resources to check out to further my education.

I also bought something the other day & didn't really enjoy the taste & they took it back & gave me a full refund. I highly enjoy shopping at this GNC. (the other GNC's have sold me items that I didn't need & the product is still sitting on my shelf)

Don’t waste your time here. People are not knowledgeable, the prices are astronomical, and they don’t even price match. They used to be good. They used to price match. But not any more. You will save 20% at least going on Amazon or going to your local vitamin store.

I had one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a retail setting when I stopped at the Cottage Grove GNC. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable with their products and guided us in a positive direction of healthy eating with supplements to meet our goals. I've visited several GNC stores over the recent years and find the staff at the cottage grove store to be undoubtedly the most helpful and knowledgeable in the industry.

I like going here due to the fact you can be as specific as you want in the vitamins or supplements you're trying to procure.
This particular store was very clean and neatly laid out. The staff was super helpful and made sure I had found everything I wanted.

Such a great swim class! Individual attention to the kids and they build such great rapport! They know when to try and push to try something new and when a child is not ready yet. Really glad we started this class!

A caring Webster Groves Visiting Angels staff allows their caregivers ease with our routine with the e-technology that allows us to clock-in/out, view our detailed monthly schedule that is updated weekly including client contact information and directive maps. We receive timely pay stubs with  direct deposit every week. They are in constant contact with their caregivers  to ensure our own well-being as well as offering new opportunities. Our office staff are angels, too!

We made use of visiting angels when my dad experienced delirium after surgery. The providers were available on short notice and were caring and professional. They provided the needed redirection and assistance overnight that the hospital and nursing home could not. We were all very pleased

My Dad passed away suddenly after being my Mom’s primary caregiver.  As I worked to find a permanent caregiver to help care for my Mom who needed help with everything due to her Parkinson’s Disease, I thought I’d use the Visiting Angels of Webster Groves temporarily while I interviewed for a permanent and consistent caregiver.  However, I soon found that the variety of skilled caregivers from Visiting Angels were indeed our permanent answer!  Each Angel came into my Mom’s home and brought her own unique touch, loving care and good companionship into my Mom’s day.  Thanks to the Visiting Angels, we were able to fulfill my Mom’s wish to remain in her home and receive top notch care while forming many new friendships along the way.  We are forever indebted to the Visiting Angels of Webster Groves!

It’s been a week full of ups and downs and many challenges as our dad transitions home from NH and our mom adjusts too to many changes and new needs placed on her. The caregivers chosen for dad are wonderful fits to what we described the needs are and have both been so sensitive and kind.

We having been using Webster Visiting Angels for the past ten months for our 95 year old father in his 100 year old home !! We started out having a few hours a week but our Dad was so comfortable with them that we quickly increased the number of hours weekly. Shortly after we started the service our father went completely blind due to Glacoma and we needed someone there around the clock!! The office was fabulous with scheduling many different angels to help with dressing, bathing, feeding, and many necessary needs. All the Angels were respectful and friendly with our father and he truely looked forward to who was coming next!
Even though there was a family member there every evening for four hours for dinner we could not have been able to keep him in his home without the assistance of these wonderful Angels!! This company does a great job choosing their care takers and it is evident that they really care about your loved one!

In that time they have shown ease of scheduling, care to match my Dad with caregivers that align with his personality as well as his medical needs.  When caring for my Father the Amada team has used creative methods to engage with him through playing games, going for nature walks, making jokes, and taking him off-site for meals- going above and beyond to ensure the time under their care is meaningful and respectful.  My family is grateful to Crystal the General Manager as she has shown incredible professionalism even caring for my Dad herself when an employee was ill.  Amada takes the stress out of caring for your loved ones by simplifying the process and executing with first class care when you can’t be with those you love the most.  We highly recommend their services.
