I highly recommend StretchLab!
It’s hands-on assisted stretching, so I felt encouraged to go beyond what I would normally do stretching on my own.
The staff is highly trained and gently guide you depending on your comfort and ability and are also supportive in preventing injury.
Absolutely horrendous management. Poor communication and billing problems that never got resolved with the management. Some of the flexologists were great but they apparently got let go. I had a very skilled Flexologist (Nick) who was thorough, explained everything well, and was passionate about the work but now they have a lot of new people who don't seem to know what they are doing.
My stretching sessions were great.
However, the overall management was poor. I asked to switch packages and the studio manager just added a new package to my account, meaning I was going to be double-charged. Eventually, my favorite flexologist was let go (another poor decision) and the studio never communicated this with me, despite me having multiple appointments booked with him. Since then, I’ve cancelled my membership.
Terrible customer service from the store manager after you sign a membership. The facility is completely oversold and it's difficult to schedule. 30 day notice to cancel ensures THEY bill you for an additional month beyond your cancellation notice. I also found the sessions were only mildly impactful, mostly not at all.
